• Viviana (5/5): - Appartamento grande, doccia spaziosa, parcheggio sotto casa. Host latitante, non risponde ai messaggi, non risponde alle telefonate. Abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora prima che si degnasse di darci il codice di ingresso, e non sapeva nemmeno di quale appartamento stessimo parlando. Molto poco professionale. L'appartamento è asettico, senza personalità, tutto bianco, sembra un ospedale. Lasciate perdere.
• Guest (6/5): Comfortable apartment. Third floor without lift on a busy road. Customer service could be improved. - Comfortable rooms. The apartment is nicely decorated and well kept. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The communication with the host was not straightforward. Upon arrival the keys were not located in the placed advised by the host. The safe was empty. This is because despite having informed them on various occasions of our arrival time, the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived. I tried to contact the person assigned to manage the property (beware it is a different person to the one appearing on booking.com) but this person did not pick up the phone or returned my messages. After messaging the host (the one appearing on booking.com), I only got a message indicating they'd had some issues with the cleaner and it appeared that the message had not gone through to me. No apologies, no calls, poor customer service. Beware this is a third floor apartment without a lift.

• Sonia (8/5): Cómodo, espacioso y buena ubicación - Gran amplitud y buena iluminación. Todo bastante nuevo. Las camas eran confortables Se podrían poner mosqueteras ya que por la noche no se podían abrir las ventanas porque entraban muchas polillas. Recomendar cambiar la escobilla del servicio(algo deteriorada). También recomendamos poner un escurridor como utensilios de cocina.
• Denise (4/5): We left a day early. The description of the property was not complete. Did not disclose it was on the 3rd flr. With no - Large bedrooms On a busy road so it was noisy. On the 3rd floor of a 4 story building and no elevator. No Wifi provided.
