• Angela (7/5): - El lugar por dentro estaba bien, cómodo, limpio y con lo necesario si quieres preparar tus propios alimentos. Está cerca a todo lo turístico de Bruselas. Que tenga un ingreso de día y otro de noche. El ingreso de noche no es muy agradable. Da un poco de miedo si vas sola.

• Sebastian (9/5): Funktionale Wohnung, super zentral gelegen. Gern wieder. - Genau in der Innenstadt gelegen. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss erledigen. Der Grand Place, die Kathedrale, die Galerie alles ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Ein sehr gut gepflegtes Parkhaus ist 100 m daneben gelegen. Appartment ist ruhig, sauber, und funktionnel. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht in Brüssel. Ware von der Wohnung und der Stadt nur positiv überrascht.

• Andrii (10/5): - Отель в центре номера. Очень большая комната и ванная, есть кухонные принадлежности, можно самим приготовить еду. Ночной вход хорошо работал, со входом проблем не было. Есть ощущение домашнего уюта. Шумные соседи. Нет чем помыть посуду.

El apartamento estaba limpio.Relacion calidad precio correcta. El colchón y las almohadas no son cómodas. Hubiera puesto más puntuación si el colchón hubiera sido cómodo. A parte de eso , no tengo nada malo que añadir. Por favor a los propietarios , poner colchón nuevo.

• Joannah (8/5): Spacious apartment in the centre of Brussels, but access is through an unappealing shopping area - The apartment was spacious for our family of 5. It was conveniently located in a busy tourist area with many shops and restaurants. As other reviewers note, the entrance to the apartment is through a rundown shopping mall. There was a very strong smell of nail polish when entering/exiting the mall.
• Sern Wei (8/5): - Incredible value for money in a very central location. Clear instructions to access apartment with electronic password lock. Good wifi. Escalators to access the apartment was a huge bonus. Apartment clean and modern. Up high so street noise was not a big problem despite being surrounded by restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Unusual location to enter the apartment via a commercial mini-mall that is, despite being in the city centre, run-down looking. This main entrance closes after 10pm and thus returning requires a side-entrance through a separate dark and malodorous alleyway. Honestly not a problem for us as experienced budget travellers, it just takes a bit of getting used to. May not appeal to people looking for the outward appearances/amenities of a hotel, or a 100% luxury stay.

L'ingresso serale dopo le 10 risulta un po' inquietante e se fossi stata da sola avrei avuto un po' di paura. Non si può però certamente dare la colpa alla struttura per questa problematica.

A fronte di un importante problema so è dato subito da fare per la soluzione. Poche posate. Manca un coltello che taglia davvero. Il bagno aveva uno strano odore nei primi giorni poi sparito.

• Zlateva (9/5): - Tout était parfait ! L'emplacement est excellent. Dans l'appartement il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un court séjour. L'appartement est très propre. La vue, la vue est magnifique ! L'accès est un peu moche mais aucun problème d'y entrer.

• Albert (7/5): Studio middenin centrum met leuk dakterras. - Het dakterras, ruime schone studio en fijn bed. Veel codes om binnen te komen en de ingang van het complex is in een wat slecht onderhouden, vervallen winkelcentrum wat na 22 hr ook weer dichtgaat waardoor je via een andere deur met code naar buiten moet. Het is niet onveilig maar voelt wat onguur en opgesloten.

Está en pleno centro, al lado de la gran Palace, de la estación central.. tiene de todo,un sofá cama, una cama de matrimonio,un armario, ducha ,toallas, secador de pelo, plancha para la ropa, gel del cuerpo, muy práctico y cómodo,fue todo un acierto por su ubicacion.ademas no pasamos frio, tiene radiadores.Los dueños lo explican todo por Booking y al traducirlo se entiende bien, en ningún momento los ves ya que te dan un código para poder entrar. Por el precio que tiene,lo recomiendo por su ubicación, nada que envidiar a un hotel justo debajo tienes cafeterías pastelerías y cerca un carrefour . Pongo foto de la habitación y también de las vistas desde la ventana q se ve lo alto de la gran Palace. Que no tiene buena insonorización, se escucha el ruido de la calle (sobre todo si vas de finde porque no vas a poder dormir del ruido d la gente y al día siguiente a las 6 de la mañana escuchas las máquinas limpiando las calles).tiene una cafetera Nespresso pero creo que no funciona o yo no sabía usarla porque no baja la tapa del todo..después de comprar las cápsulas y no poder usarla,opte por comprarme un café soluble.. le falta unas almohadas más cómodas y un horno de mesa ya que solo hay microondas, vitro y una mini nevera.la cisterna tienes q mantenerla pulsada si quieres q baje bien.. Está en un centro comercial lleno de salones de uñas de chinos(adjunto foto de como es por abajo el edificio),parece q estás dentro de un barrio chino .

• marlene (10/5): Squeaky clean, bright & comfortable - The studio is relatively large, very light with two enormous picture windows giving out onto a very large balcony and squeaky clean. The decoration is industrial: some brick & cement and mostly very white walls & ceiling. The entrance to the stairway to the studio is located in a badly lit gallery made up mostly of nail places. At night it is lit even less and you must go in through a back alleyway which is also badly lit.

• Tourtripper (9/5): Groot appartement in centrum Brussel - Dit is een groot appartement met twee slaapkamers en biedt ruimte aan vier gasten. Grote woonkamer met ruim balkon wat uitzicht geeft op de torens van de grote markt. Ruime keuken met oven, magnetron en vaatwasser. Badkamer met dubbele wastafel en inloopdouche. Rondom het appartement vind je veel restaurants waar je voordelig kan eten en naar de grote markt loop je in 10 minuten. NB: Wij zijn naar Brussel gereisd met de trein. Het centraal station ligt ca. 15 minuten lopen van dit appartement. Met de auto kan je niet dicht bij het appartement komen. Smalle straatjes, eenrichtingsverkeer en geen parkeerplaatsen! De entree van het gebouw is nogal verloederd: vies, veel gesloten winkeltjes en er lag een zwerver binnen te slapen.
• Нanna Uzun (10/5): 10 з 10. Найкращий вибір. - Все дуже сподобалось,наш найкращий вибір, місце в самому центрі, поруч вокзал Брюссель Центральний, знамениті місця, магазини, ресторани, все поруч. Апартаменти вкомплектовані усім необхідним, зручне ліжко, чиста постіль та рушники, посуд, кухонні прилади. Чудовий вид з вікна. Нам не хотілось покидати ці апартаменти, настільки нам було комфортно. Ми неодмінно зупинились би саме тут, якби знову повернулись у Брюссель. Не вистачало стільців і столика на терасі, щоб насолоджуватись ранком і кавою з прекрасним видом на старе місто.
• ALBA (10/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue la atención y la amabilidad de los propietarios. Estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades en todo momento. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy céntrico. Tenía una terraza muy grande desde la que se ve la torre de la Grand Place.

• Jean-Louis (8/5): Visite familiale Bruxelles - La location est bien équipé, fonctionnelle et propre. Le lit fait à l arrivée est un plus ! Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Bruxelles. A qque pas de la Grand Place, des transports en commun et des divers musées. Situé dans une piétonne avec bars et restaurants, un peu bruillant en soirée mais fenêtres fermées tt à fait acceptable.

• Nicolth (10/5): Amazing Stay in a Perfect Central Location - The property I stayed at was incredible—very centrally located, extremely clean, and had everything I needed. It’s easy to get everywhere from there, and the hosts were very responsive. They always answered my questions, provided clear instructions, and were attentive throughout my stay. I truly recommend it—I’m leaving very happy with this location. Just something to keep in mind: since it’s right in the city center, Ubers don’t come all the way to the door. If you have luggage, you may need to walk about a block and a half on cobblestone streets to get there.

• Oleksandra (9/5): Perfect stay - Nice place in a perfect location, everything is within walking distance. Nothing fancy, but everything you really need to have. Absolutely clear and helpful instructions from the hosts on how to get in and out. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
• Noora (7/5): Great apartment, but little scary entrance at night - I really liked the apartment. It has a lot of daylight, comfortable bed, kitchen, heating and everything you need. The owner was really helpful when we had some questions, and the building is very close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. The biggest problem for us was the entrance/exit. The apartment is inside almost an abandoned mall. You need to enter to the lifts through the hall where at the night time were some homeless people and drug addicts sleeping and wondering. During the daytime it felt safe, but after 10pm the main entrance is closed and you need to walk through a longer corridor and narrow alley. We didn’t feel safe to exit and enter the apartment at the night time. It’s just good to be aware of this night door and mall entrance in case you have a late evening flight or early morning flight or want to dinner / party out late.
• Themis (8/5): I would recommend it for weekend trips or longer periods. - The location of the apartment is super nice in centre and within 3 min walking to Grand Place and many other points of interest and central station. It’s also spacious for a group of 3. Communication with owners went smooth. Because of location, sometimes it can get noisy from outside (evening or early nighttime), depends the day. Couch is comfortable, but could be a bit tighter.

• Dirk (6/5): Zentral Lage für Partygänger - der Check-in Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr belebten Straße (Party durchgängig, jede Nacht, sogar an Feiertagen). Nachts konnte man kaum schlafen, die Mieter über der Wohnung haben die ganze Nacht laute Musik gehört, und auch auf der Straße war es durchgängig laut.

• Rosie (3/5): Unsafe and scary - I would strongly advise against staying here, especially if you are a group of women. I stayed in this apartment in Brussels with a group of female friends and we felt genuinely unsafe throughout our stay. To access the apartment, we had to walk through a shopping centre where there were multiple homeless men sleeping inside and around the entrances. This was unavoidable — we had to pass through this area every time we entered or exited the apartment, day and night. It was extremely uncomfortable and intimidating, particularly in the evenings, and made us anxious coming and going. The location felt poorly thought out from a safety perspective, and this was never made clear in the listing. We were constantly on edge and did not feel relaxed or secure, which completely ruined the experience. No matter how nice an apartment might look inside, safety is non-negotiable, and this place seriously lacks it. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to other travellers, especially women or groups.

• Gemma (9/5): Días divertidos - Está muy bien ubicado, estaba muy limpio. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en un centro comercial y por la noche te encuentras gente durmiendo en el suelo.
• CAFORIO (3/5): - La struttura era in una galleria poco raccomandabile, per entrare bisognava scavalcare i senza tetto, puzza di pipi' e sporco ovunque. La sera dopo le 22, l'entrata principale era chiusa e bisognava percorrere un vialetto buio rischiando brutti incontri. L'ascensore era non funzionante dopo le 22. Nella zona del centro è meglio non alloggiarvi, molto caotica, fino alle 4 di notte si dorme poco. È preferibile stare più distanti e raggiungere il centro con i mezzi quando si vuole.

• Cristina (10/5): Ubicación de 10! Todo perfecto - La ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días en Bruselas y alrededores. Literalmente estás en el centro pero no hay bullicio en esa calle. El checking con clave es muy cómodo. No es algo negativo. Solo que tengas en cuenta que la entrada nocturna da un poco de mal rollo si vas tú solo.
• Clara (8/5): - La ubicación, porque está muy cerca de la Grand place y de la estación central.. El tamaño del apartamento es adecuado, tiene cocina con electrodomésticos para cocinar. La entrada al apartamento está sucia y vieja. Estuvimos 4 noches y no limpiaron ni cambiaron las toallas. La cama es cómoda pero el sofá cama no lo es.

There was one bed in addition to a pullout couch, but there were no extra blankets or pillows for someone sleeping on the couch.
