• Guest (3/5): Stanowczo nie polecam tego miejsca - W samym obiekcie nie podobało mi się nic tak naprawdę. Jedynie co to blisko przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy był plusem. Po pierwsze, jest to mieszkanie podzielone i kuchnia jest łączona z innymi ludźmi, zapach był bardzo nie przyjemny, łóżko które nadaje się jedynie do wymiany, jest dużo za miękkie, nie mogłem się wyspać podczas urlopu… czystość tez zostawia dużo do życzenia, wanna była bardzo brudna i obudowa była i pewnie nadal jest oberwana.. ręczniki koloru szarego z białymi plamami tez nie wyglądały dobrze.. Hałas zza okna nie umila spędzanego czasu. Kamienica znajduje sie przy zajezdni tramwajów i od 5 rano już dociera do środka hałas z torów.. nazwa Wellness.. tylko nazwa.. nic więcej

• jon (2/5): Ni recomendaría, ni volvería. Estafa. - Para empezar en todo momento se nos indicaba que el alojamiento entero seria para nosotros y cuando llegamos nos enteramos de que a pesar de que la habitación (con baño privado) si era privada, el resto del apartamento había que compartirlo con mas gente. Y menos mal que preferimos deleitarnos con la gastronomía Italiana de la ciudad porque en los utensilios y cubiertos de la cocina había grasa para freír croquetas para medio Roma. El wifi PESIMO, tenia mejor cobertura en el viaje a Albania que en ese piso. La atención fue bastante mala, el dueño del alojamiento ni se implicaba ni se preocupaba demasiado por nuestras dudas, tardaba en contestar a los mensajes y no era nada claro. Conocimos a las limpiadoras puesto que nuestra habitación no estaba preparada cuando llegamos y la terminaron de limpiar a prisa y mal a ultima hora mientras esperábamos en el sofa comunitario. Cuando llegas a la zona del apartamento no equivale a lo que se ve en las fotos, no tiene vida, es bastante marginal, y de noche no da confianza pasar por allí andando. No esta demasiado bien comunicado con el centro, y la zona mas cercana donde se pueden coger los autobuses y tranvías esta rodeada de indigentes. Nosotros estuvimos en la habitación Deluxe, la verde, que contiene una bañera de hidromasaje. Tanto la bañera como la habitación engañaba en las fotos, son bastante mas pequeñas de lo que parece. En cuanto a la iluminación, queremos destacar que no hay posibilidad de tapar la luz ya que no hay persianas y la cortina que tiene es transparente, por lo que si quieres dormir un rato de dia, tiene que ser con mucha luz si o si. Ademas, como ya se comenta en varias reseñas, la ventana esta direccionada a muchos railes de tren, y cada vez que pasa uno, se escucha mucho y tiembla todo el apartamento, y no precisamente poco. Por ultimo, destacar el olor a tubería que abruma todo el apartamento nada mas entrar por la puerta principal, y en el caso de nuestra habitación se intensificaba el olor.

• Oleksandra (4/5): Вообще не рекомендую проживание в данных «апартаментах», лучше немного доплатить и жить в нормальном номере - Понравилось, что был кондиционер в рабочем состоянии В объявлении указано, что это отдельный номер, а на самом деле это аренда комнаты в квартире Не самое чистое место и к тому же неприятный запах в ванной комнате. В самой комнате находится джакузи которая разваливается и ее нельзя использовать. Дом находится возле железной дороги и каждый раз когда проезжает поезд ощущается как бомбежка. К тому же дом находится очень далеко от нормальной цивилизации, транспортной развязки, всех магазинов и кафе. От вокзала термини так же придется нормально пройтись. Еще не стоит ходить в ночное время так как район выглядит заброшенным и опасным

• Marcela (4/5): No era lo que esperaba - La habitación estaba limpia La ubicación del alojamiento era compleja, muy lejos de todos los lugares turísticos en Roma y solo un tranvía disponible para llegar. También se debe compartir el departamento con otros huéspedes, y no estaba al tanto to de eso. Por último, el departamento está a lado de las líneas del tren por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido al dormir.
• Aria (4/5): Disappointing - quite a good location in terms of the location of the accommodation as it is very easily connected to public transport The description of the accommodation is not clear enough, giving the impression that it is an entire apartment Something that is not true, as you have to share common areas, such as the kitchen, which forces you to limit yourself to a 16 sq m room. A second thing that I would say surprised me was that during check-out and without any prior notice, the owner entered the house 10 minutes earlier than departure, without even ringing the apartment doorbell... Also, the accommodation has a bad smell, usually upon arrival and when the windows are closed. One last thing, the house is right next to the train station tracks, which results in them being quite noisy οι
• Krzysztof (1/5): THIS IS SHARED FLAT NOT A HOTEL - .. We booked the entire apartment with two rooms for three people, but upon arrival we received only one room and had to share the space with strangers. Moreover, the other couple who arrived later and woke up in the night was also convinced they had booked the entire place – they were surprised to find us there. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, which further worsened the experience. This situation really ruined our trip – the three of us ended up cramped in one room instead of having privacy and space.

• Marcus (10/5): Great for early morning flight - Perfect Spot Near Termini for Early Flights or Easy Connections I stayed at Termini Wellness 4Suites Roma Centro because I had a 7:30 AM flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. The location is ideal—an easy, flat walk to Termini Station where you can catch the bus to the airport, or you can also hop on a local bus just steps away from the property. The room met all of my key travel needs: Comfortable bed – I slept well, which is rare the night before an early flight. Strong water pressure – The shower was great, with consistent hot water. AC worked very well – Especially appreciated in Rome's summer heat. WiFi was fast and reliable – No issues with connectivity, even while streaming. All in all, this is a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay near Termini if you’re catching an early train or flight. I’d gladly stay here again. No issues

• Thomas (1/5): It couldn't be worse... - - Comfortable mattress - Accessibility by streetcar stop right across the street We've already had the chance to visit Rome and stayed with a local who rented out her apartment (also via Booking). So, although prices are generally high in Rome, we can say that this accommodation is ABSOLUTELY not worth considering for your stay. We strongly recommend that you spend €20 more per night for real accommodation. Here's a list of the negative points we found during our stay (with photos): - We didn't get the room we'd booked (even though we're Booking Genius) - Apartment shared with other people (which was not clearly stated) - Dirty room (mirror, floor, dust, etc.) - Marks visible on walls - Unfriendly neighborhood - Entrance door very difficult to open - Inaccessible to people with reduced mobility (especially access to shower) - Incessant train noise (room directly on tracks) - Sewage smell in bathroom - Yellow, rough towels - Shower head replaced by cut-out soap bottle - No soap provided for washing

Poor or clearly superficial clean-up of the room (old dust visible), rest room (ensuit). Neightborhood or area I would’t recomend for families with kids.

• Dialekti (3/5): Poor - DO NOT STAY THERE!!! We arrived an hour prior to the official check-in time (at 14:00 instead of 15:00). The cleaner was still there, and was finishing off the cleaning. However, the floors were not mopped (there was still some dirt), and when she left, we realized the following: the sheets were not newly changed (there were some black spots) There were still remainders of coffee in the coffee machine which was also not cleaned This is not necessarily related to hygiene, but none of the towels or duvets were white: all of them were dark colored with patterns (you could not therefore distinguish anything that was potentially on them) Last but not least, the location is really not appropriate to walk around at night.

• Andra (10/5): Excelent apartament to stay in Rome - The apartment was super clean and nice. We liked to stay 2days here. From termini you can take the bus to arrive at the location and you ll make like 25-30min walk to the Collosseum, which is ok. Also in the biggest room you have even a jacuzzi so it s perfectly for a romantic trip to Rome. If you receive a message to pay the tax via a revolut link,everything is fine. I was afraid was a scam but was not. The tax need to be paid not with booking. Around 6-7am you will hear the noise of the trains because the rooms have the window exactly near the train lines but for us was not a big problem because we had ear plugs so we had a good sleep.

• Agnieszka (3/5): Decent but definitely not luxurious - The beds are very comfortable and the owner is responsive when contacted Place has recently been painted, it's also big, the interior looks nice Good location There was a bad smell from the plumbing in the bathrooms but I presume that might only happen from time to time like it does in this type of buildings. One of the bathroooms was not clean when we got there. The free shampoos and shower gels are on the pictures, but nothing was provided. The was one roll of toilet paper to share for 2 bathrooms. When contacted, the owner responded immediately, but by the time the cleaning crew got back to the apartament we already had to buy our own supplies. Besides, he still didn't provide what is in the pictures, just one huge bottle of shower gel for two bathrooms. Notice you will not cook or heat up anything because the dishes that are there don't work with the induction. Basically, the kitchen is there but we were just able to use it to heat up water for tea in a one small pot that worked. Also very few old cups, plates and cutlery. The worst thing about the apartament is the fact that it is right next to the tracks. It is extremely loud and hard to sleep at night, especially until midnight and around 5-6 in the morning when there's a lot of trains. Also, when I asked for a late check out, the owner said he will only agree if I promise to leave a 10 point review.
• Stefania (10/5): Greatful experience in city center room! - Close to city center,greatly connected to Termini station and San Giovanni; just 18 minutes from Colosseum by foot or 2 subway stops. The property is between Pigneto and Manzoni metro stop. In 3 minutes you can reach via del Pigneto , a very folkloristic place rich of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Supermarket is close by. Very modern, new and clean accommodation, full of comforts, with smart tv, free fast wifi, really useful co-working area with ac. Andrea,the owner,is very kind and attentive, he was helpful in providing services.

The apartment is comfortable, 15 minutes from Termini train/bus station. 25min walk to Colisium, 1hour walk to Vatican. 5min walk to apartment good picerias.
• Nigel (7/5): Good - Clean and neat. Should not call it Centre termini station, it is a horrible unsafe 1.8 km walk from the station. Instructions to get in were terrible. The owner thinks it's easy because they have been there before. WiFI not good at all.
• Andreea (7/5): Good - Cozy apartment, comfortable beds, very supportive host. Tram station really near the location. The neighborhood is a bit dark, shady and not very clean. The windows are exactly at the train rails and it gets really loud at dawn.

A bit off center (we usually walked our way to the town, but used taxi to get back) and next to train lines which could be a bit a noisy but it didn't really bothered us. If they can upgrade a bit the windows to some more modern and sound proofing (and the entrance door which was a bit "old") it could have been perfect... Windows could be revonated to a bit more soundproofing

No bus or taxi around , just a tram. The building is really old, and near the tracks of the train. So you can hear the trains in the night
