- Benedikt (9/5): Perfect location for visiting the pyramids - The rooms are in an apartment building near the pyramids. The beds are nice and you have your own toilet and bathroom. The location is perfect for visiting the pyramids, it's only a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the pyramids area. The hotel manager is a very kind person who loves to chat and speaks very good English. At first we weren't sure if we were in the right place, but a person helping us with our luggage appeared and told us where to go. Unfortunately our bed was not 100% clean. And the signs telling you where to go could be clearer.

- Stevie (10/5): As great as the first time. - After some stays in other places, I had decided to return to this hotel for my remaining days in Giza, Egypt, due to my great first experience at their place. The owners were delighted to seeing and having me again, and so was I. I had already mentioned everthing important within my first review. Very hospitable people. When I had an issue, they helped me out greatly and were very understanding, which I highly appreciated. I am looking forward to seeing them again one day.
- Stevie (10/5): Great hospitality experience. - At my arrival, I was already greeted with a glass of juice. The owners are very kind and hospitable and made sure that I am always fine. I even did receive a free room upgrade. The room was great, it came with a fridge containing water and juice. There was a kettle as well, including tea and sugar. The room was neat and clean, the bed comfortable, a great shower and toiletries. An own balkony is part of the room as well, on the sunny side. Breakfast is Egyptian and good, as it consists of a variety of different food. The staff was also very kind and helpful, whenever he could. I always enjoyed the conversations with the owner and his son. Very friendly and polite people. This is something important to me. The value you get for the price, is more than justified. I have been in other places, where that has not been the case. From all of the hotels that I had stayed in during my time in Giza, this has been the best. I am looking forward to seeing them again, shall I revisit Egypt.

Kamel and his father make you feel comfortable with every detail of your stay and they make you feel like home . He also provided help for places to go , invite me to his restaurant and helping us with the transportation . Overall it was an excellent stay. Shower was a little bit cold . The wifi didn’t work in the room . Had to go to the lobby .

- Radka (9/5): We were very satisfied and would come back. - Nice location if you plan to visit GEM, pyramides. Very friendly and helpful owner and his father. Very good breakfast. The room was extremely big (we were upgraded) and the bathroom could easily fit 3 tubes-) The flat is a little bit outdated but it doesn’t influence the stay. I suppose it is still egyptian higher standard.

- Sebastian (7/5): Just fine. Kamel is a nice host - Kamel is really nice and worries about your comfort. Location is ok. Kind of close to the pyramids. Our room was packed with a minibar, AC, bathroom. The hostel is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. The entrance to the building is sloppy and dirty. Pillows are quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is available from 10 am to midday which is too late for tourists. You usually go out earlier. We took a tour to Alexandria with Kamel but there was no tour, just a driver. That day he promised breakfast at 7 am but did not wake up. We highly recommend Kamel improve his English. We had some misunderstandings because he struggles communicating in English.

- Dimitris (10/5): Could not recommend it more! - Amazing place for someone to stay. Kamel made sure we feel like home from the very first moment we arrived. From wonderful local breakfasts to useful advices our friend Kamel made sure we enjoyed our stay, helping us with whatever we needed, even when we were away. Most importantly we had some beautiful conversations learning the Egyptian culture from the inside. The house was very nice, clean and tidy. It is located near the pyramids so you can easily access them even by walking. Furthermore it has a beautiful view as you can see the pyramids from your balcony. Hope to see you again Kamel! You're the best!
- Peter (4/5): Bad experience but not the worst in Cairo - The location and the quality of the rooms is ok. The breakfast is as usual in Egypt, although for coffee they charge extra. They let us to check in to the room earlier although not in those rooms what I have booked! First of all I didn't get the rooms what I have booked! And the owner (receptionist?) was telling me that I'm lying and booked only for 4 person instead of 5. I had to beg for an extra bed to be able to accommodate all my family. The extra bed was very uncomfortable and dirty. At 1 am in the night I still had to beg for sheet to cover the dirty extra bed. It was really humiliating.

- Bashir (10/5): it exceeded expection by a lot - The meeting room is big and comfortable with nice setting and decoration, and at your arrival you would be warmly welcomed by the host or his sons; the room itself is spacious, and the restroom is simply on a hygiene standard way beyond expectation. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast such as طعمية and ham on the balcony prepared by the owner himself. Everything is good here. Nothing really for everything is sweet and perfect
