• Andres (10/5): Perfect stay with parking - The flat was really clean, it was like in the images, kitchen was fully equipped. The host left water, coffee, basic amenities. The check-in was easy. The flat includes a parking in the sane building and you can walk to the city, find restaurants nearby, supermarkets and nice walking paths. We also recommend you visiting the swimming pool-Schwimmoper To say something, we missed a macrowave. You have an oven.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung. - äußerst sauber und gepflegt, sehr stylische Einrichtung, Supermarkt und Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe, zur City in 10 min zu Fuß, von Reinigungsmitteln bis zu Essig, Öl, Salz etc. alles da. Gerne wieder.

• Andre (7/5): Praktisch und gut - Ruhig und gut gelegen Der Abfluss im Bad hat etwas streng gerochen, es wurde mit Nutzung besser, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es etwas unangenehm.
• Corinna (8/5): Empfehlenswerte, moderne und stadtnahe Wohnung - Die Unterkunft ist modern und sehr sauber, die Lage ist super. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt am Haus verfügbar. Die Matratzen waren überraschend erholsam. Der Tisch mit den dreieckigen Stühlen sieht gut aus, ist aber sonst nicht nutzbar. Es ist sehr ungemütlich. Im Flur leben offensichtlich viele Studierende, es hat extrem nach Gras gerochen. Der Preis von 220 Euro als Selbstversorger für zwei Tage ist stolz, aber die Ausstattung ist auch sonst echt gut.

• Paul (5/5): If for 1 or 2 nights ok, not really an experience for longer stays, disappointed. - Parking with ease of access. Walking 15-20 minutes to Paderborn centre. It is misleading to state apartment aspects which are not as expected, the washing machine and dryer is a pay-for shared laundry facility for all in the apartment block. The kitchenette is restrictive and there is no after washing-up drainer, sockets are placed above the cooker hob, no extraction. The bedroom is large and has storage space, the mattress is like a sponge!! Balcony faces main road and this can be noisy at times.

• Gregor (8/5): Ich kann diesen Vermieter und seine Wohnung in meinem Freundeskreis mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. - Eine sehr schöne, moderne und helle Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, fußläufig in 15min. bis zum Dom. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zu kontaktieren. Ausser das uns ein Duschabzieher gefehlt hat, habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.
