• efrat (5/5): - את המיקום האוירה בדירה המגבות בכמויות והמיתקנים במטבח התקינו בדלת הראשית מפתח ביטחון שגרם לנו בעיות בפתיחת הדלת. רק לאחר נסיונות רבים מאד !!! כנראה משהו השתחרר שם והקל על הפתיחה. כמו כן מיטת היחיד מתאימה לילד ולא למבוגר. העלנו את הבעיה הזו בפני נציגי הדירה .

• Da lina (8/5): Overall, we liked our stays. - Very spacious and good location. They give everything we need. Very noisy in the morning Very cold at night It was very difficult to sleep at night because it was cold and in the morning it was too noisy. For the check in, we waited outside 30 minutes. My daughter was so tired and hungry.

• Jaerin (9/5): - Really gorgeous and spacious apartment, exactly like the pictures! We loved the neighbourhood - we ate exclusively at restaurants around us and they were all wonderful. Lisa was very helpful and met us for check-in. Would definitely stay here again! The keys were a bit hard to use at first, but we got used to it. The two twin beds are bunk beds in the hallway, but one of the sofas is a sofa bed.
• Thomas (6/5): - It was a good size for one bedroom apartment. Location was convenience It’s close to everything. The apartment, located on the third floor, lacked an elevator. The kitchen refrigerator was small and malfunctioning, and the bedroom lacked a WiFi connection. To add to the inconvenience, there was a €35 check-in fee after 6 pm. The living room sofas were dirty and old.

• Maria (9/5): Melhoramentos: substituir o beliche por cama. - Casa muito bem localizada e que proporcionou todas as comodidades desejáveis com grande qualidade. A Eleonora recebeu nos excelentemente, com toda a simpatia e profissionalismo. Como melhoramentos sugiro substituir o beliche por uma cama ou duas e dotar a cozinha de um microondas. Maria Ribeiro, Portugal Do beliche porque se tem que ter cuidado para não bater com a cabeça durante a noite e é um pouco claustrofóbico.
• City (9/5): Spacious with a delightful Italian charm - An apartment is really spacious with a delightful Italian charm! The location couldn’t be better; it’s super easy to reach all the popular tourist attractions by foot while still feeling a bit more private. The nights here are nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, there’s a market every Saturday at the piazza, which is such a treat. If you’re planning a longer stay, we had 2 weeks, you’ll find plenty of convenient shops nearby. My husband even got a haircut at the barbershop just across from our building—it was so handy! WIFI worked very well. Pretty much all was great, just a small note: There is no elevator in the building (which is listed in a description ), steps are a bit steep.

• Fernandez (8/5): Good accomodation. - There was a national train strike in Italy on the day we were to arrive at Florence around 3 pm. We were traveling from Tirano way up north where all trains were canceled, we managed to get a combination of buses and special trains and a dose of good luck to traverse close to 400Km to get to our accommodation, and we communicated many times with the venue about our progress - at 2 pm we received an email stating costs associated with late check-in were E25 Euros from 7pm E35 from 8pm and E60 from midnight. Also a charge of E 283 was levied for safety which was returned minus E 33 without explanation. None of these costs were outlined when booking. Fortunately, the accommodation was superb and in a good location and Giovani a student who gave us the keys after 9 pm was friendly and helpful. • Lennarth (10/5): Perfekt lägenhet i gamla delen av Florens - Lägenheten är stor ojättemysig. Madrassen i sängen är fast o bra, men sängramen i metall är lätt att göra sig illa på. Det är det enda negativa jag har att säga om lägenheten. Annars är läget perfekt, nära till de flesta kända utflyktsmål i gamla delen av Florens, jättebra närbutik bara ett par hundra meter från lägenheten.Hyfsat bra köksutrustning, så vi lagade lunch o middag ett par dagar under vår semestervecka i Florens. Sängramen kunde vara bättre, så att man inte riskerar att skrapa upp benen när man ska lägga sig. Lite fler o större bunkar, gärna i metall istället för plast, så hyresgästerna lättare kan tillaga egna måltider.

• Patrick (8/5): Bien pour découvrir Florence - Appartement spacieux bien équipé manque un micro ondes. Calme et bien placé près des sites touristiques et transport en commun. Proche des commerces, boulangerie Al forno dei Ciompi au pied de l'immeuble vous réservera le meilleur accueil. Le check in très succinct, une boîte à clé aurait suffit, d'autant plus que l'on a payé un supplément de 45,00 € pour une personne en retard et injoignable durant le séjour si problème.

• Yanjun (7/5): 入住七天，慢节奏旅游，总体感觉还好 - 位置不错，步行可以到达想去的地方，房间宽敞，舒适度不错，只是有0层，2楼实际是三楼，没有电梯，搬运行李很困难，感谢礼宾员上楼帮我把行李带上去了。下楼我把腰扭了。 我们这次旅行2个多月，这是唯一一次房东要求我们寄存行李要付10欧小费的，我们中午12点到达，希望把行李放房间再等待3点入住，因为小费高，只好带行李去餐厅吃饭并等待到下午三点入住，结果又被告知我们只能3点20分入住，要求我遵守规则，房东却不遵守规则。民宿必配的洗衣机，冰箱，洗碗机要做好维修。
• Bustamante (1/5): - No La atención, nunca estuvieron pendientes, cobraron un excedente después de las 7 el cual no estaba estipulado. Les pedí el favor del internet en repetidas ocasiones y no contestaron. Al igual cuando pregunté sobre un cargo. No recomiendo el lugar
• Michelle (8/5): Lovely neighbourhood - Lovely appartment, very spacious, could fit family. Beautiful decor and windows overlooking the Piazza. Lovely bedroom. Has washing machine and kitchen. Excellent location, loved this neighbourhood. Check in was a bit confusing and waited for greeter. Check in form and deposit seems excessive. Price a little steep. The cleaning fee was excessive given there was no cleaning servicing during stay. Difficulty extending stay but this was because it was re-booked through booking.com maybe better to contact directly.

• Naiara (10/5): Fastástica - La ubicación es inmejorable y el espacio del salón comedor es amplio, bonito, y muy luminosos con vistas despejadas a la plaza. Es una zona fantástica para ir caminando a cualquier sitio. Hay una pequeña panadería debajo con buenos productos, un supermercado cerca y muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor. Teníamos dudas porque no se muestran fotos de las dos camas individuales, pero es una litera en una estancia entre la zona del salón-comedor y el dormitorio principal que no está mal. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor,
• Kimberley (10/5): Wonderful apartment in excellent location. - The apartment was perfect. Clean, light and airy, great style and comfy beds, beautiful view over the piazza, fantastic location with great eateries within stones throw. If we are back in Florence we will definitely stay here again.
