- Julie (8/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay with a few quirks. - Comfortable with all the mod cons. Harry was helpful on arrival as it wasn't the easiest apartment to locate. Quiet with a nice view over the lake. Keys weren't in the key safe as arranged but I was early. Cleaning was also incomplete - perhaps the same problem. Canberra is an odd place in some ways if you don't have a car. Apart from a small convenience store, there was nowhere nearby to buy food for dinner other than restaurants. An excellent cafe below apartments, but the kitchen closes at 2pm. I also found the central heating to be very hot overnight and couldn't see how it was regulated.
- Isabella (9/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - Great location. I was there for business at ANU and it was in easy walking distance. Great number of of cafes and restaurants just downstairs. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, much bigger than I was expecting. Nice and warm too which was great for my late June visit. It was a little confusing to get into the parking lot and to the apartment. There are instructions with the keys, but it would be good to include some pictures to make it clearer. The instructions could also be stronger and clearer that you must move your car from the parking lot before leaving the keys in the apartment as the fob is needed to open the garage doors.
- Wbarin (8/5): Very good - Location was very central and good. Parking spot very convenient for loading/unloading baggages. Kettle could have been in better condition. Key drop off process on leaving could be better.
