• GRIGORIOS (10/5): Perfect fit for my vacation! - Very good apartment, spacious just like the photos. The neighborhood is perfect, you can find everything (great food, bars, close to the city center, next to metro station). The noise insulation isn’t good. If there is sound outside of the building, you csn hear it. Even if it isn’t loud.

• Cansu (1/5): - They never let us in to the property. In other words, we were stood up. Waited for hours in the middle of the night to be able to check in with no luck and had to find ourselves another hotel. Horrible customer service!!!
• Lim (9/5): Lovely unit. Good find. - Quiet neighborhood. Very neat. Shower drain needs to be fixed.
• James (9/5): Very nice - Location, size of apartment, door staff. Kitchen sink, shower, no soap left for us for sink or bathroom which is a sanitary issue. Bed is way too small for a couple, room is huge just buy an Ikea king size and be done.
• Sonja (9/5): Breathtaking view and excellent location - The view from the apartment is breathtaking. We have been welcomed with a little goodie-bag - thank you! The bed really could be larger and more comfortable (for such a nice apartment!)

• Ievgen (9/5): Superb - Stunning view and great location. The bathroom needs a small renovation. The shower had an issue with the water stream. The bed is with springs and on wheels, so any movement makes the whole bed shake.

• Raquel (10/5): Great apartment located in Salamanca area with comfort, great shops and restaurants in the surrounds - The location of Homeclub Colon apartment was unbeatable, the apartment is located in a secure and safe area, with 24/7 vigilance in the building and the great area of Salamanca. Close to everything, walkable distance to restaurants and shopping areas, within 15 min walk to the center, and you also have metro, bus stations and taxis stops literally down your foot step. Our host, Felipe and Agustin, were very attentive to every message, communication was really great, before the arrival and until the end of our trip. We stayed for 4 nights, and the space and comfort of this apartment made our stay really fantastic. We could watch some of the semi-finals European Championship matches, yay! Very recommended if you're planning to stay a couple of days in the beautiful Madrid, with all the comfort, space and facilities. My only suggestion would be, when you have a late check-in, if they could add some sort of 'self check-in' lock or an automatic device to collect the keys, then you can avoid paying the extra fee for this service. And, sending out in advance with a brochure or video for explaining the features, usage and facilities of the apartment, then you could save time and money when checking in late. The rest, everything was really Superb.
