Guest Reviews
- Joerg (9/5): Alles Prima...... -
Brak
- Joanna (10/5): Fantastic location, beautiful apartment - The location was great! We enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants! The host was extremely helpful and even provided some toys and a bath for our baby. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous with everything you need for your stay in Rome. N/A
- Gavin (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were wonderful. Nothing was a problem for Giorgia.. Loved the stay and will book again next year when in Rome!
- Dtendam (9/5): Fantastic apartment, top location, easily accessible public transport, near restaurants, great host - The contact with the host was excellent! She was there to hand us the keys to the apartment, showed us around and gave us advice. She also gave us advice about restaurants, public transport and helped us with transport to the airport by taxi. We had some trouble with the internet connection. The host helped us out by asking the neighbors to use there wifi.
There were too few cups for a group of five.
- Josh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nathalie (10/5): Nice host, lively neighbourhood,great apartment -
- Andrea (10/5): Great place, feels like home! - Everything! Really spacious and nice, it had all the amenities you might need, kitchen very well equipped and a book full of tips on transportation, supermarkets, restaurants and so on. Giorgia was super nice, always ready to help. I definitely recommend it, felt like home :) Nothing at all!
- Irena (10/5): Amazing Stay in Rome - Highly Recommend! - We had a wonderful stay at these charming apartments. Georgia, the host, was fantastic – her assistant met us on arrival, showed us everything we needed to know, and Georgia was always available if we had any questions. We had an emergency with the keys, but Georgia quickly resolved it, even though it was late at night. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and incredibly grateful for her swift help😍
The apartment itself is cozy and full of character, perfect for a family or a larger group. Located in a lively student district, there’s a great local vibe right outside the window, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing, we didn’t hear a thing!
It’s a perfect place to experience local Roman life while having a comfortable spot to relax after exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!
- Kathryn (10/5): Utterly enchanting apartment in a cool neighborhood - This apartment was a dream. We were all traveling for a conference at the university, and this was a beautiful place to come home to and enjoy peaceful mornings in. The apartment is lovely, wonderfully curated and with a fabulous kitchen. I wish I could have that shower in my house. The location is awesome, overlooking the bustling square full of social life, and walking distance from so many great bars and restaurants. We would come back after a long day, have a beer outside, and then come straight up to end the evening. Our host was responsive and helpful, and everything worked perfectly. The downside of the location is that the evening is loud and boisterous outside. I am from a big city and am lulled by street noise; my friends shut their windows to sleep and had no problem.
- Blerta (10/5): Enjoyed every minute! - The location was perfect. Close to public transport, quiet, and with all the necessary amenities close by. The square close to the apartment is always full of life. It serves as a market or a place where students spend their time in the evening. The apartment is beautifully arranged and has everything in place for a comfortable stay. Giorgia is gorgeous. She assisted and helped in everything we asked for. Nothing. Everything was greater than expected
- Katja (9/5): Superb - Great appartment in great location near supermarkedets, restaurants and public transportation. Beautifull and modernized. The host answered all questions within minutes. And the elevator was functioning We were surprised there were no livingroom. The kitchen was smallish but well equiped
- Carrie (9/5): Comfortable vintage flat - We wish we'd booked a longer stay, but we arrived a day before our 2 week group tour started. It was a great place to land, with comfortable beds, a wellstocked kitchen, even a washing machine so we could wash our clothes. Air conditioning helped us stay cool. The high ceilings and antique furniture gave it a vintage feel. There was some confusion with check-in which was challenging. We were given two different codes for the lockbox to get the keys to enter the building, and also 2 different sets of Wi-Fi names and passwords, neither of which worked, so we were unable to contact the host to get help. Forty-five minutes later, we finally figured it out and then with the updated password for the wifi in the guidebook, were able to contact the host. She was very responsive and helpful and everything was sorted out.
- Karin (10/5): Great apartment in an exciting area of Roma - Giorgia is a perfect host. She was very friendly and accommodating and made sure that everything was easy and smooth for us! The apartment is beautiful and very centrally located. It was perfect for us as we needed to be near the university. Also, the quarter is great, full of young people, students and nice bars and restaurants. The location also meant that it was loud. The place below the apartment becomes a party place for students at night and the noise is quite prominent. I did not mind it as I enjoyed the crowd of young people below but if you are sensitive to noise, you should consider this. However, the windows were quite soundproof. So once they were closed it was fine again.
- Paola (9/5): Beautiful house in Rome - The house is well-located in front of Saint Lorenzo's Church, there's lots of nightlife bars opened till late in the evening. It was great that the house has quality double-crystal windows so that they block some the outside noise.
The house is well-equipped and there was coffee and tea available for morning breakfast.
The building has a nice lift which was always clean.
Giorgia was really kind at all times, she accepted to anticipate the check-in at 2pm. She made us felt comfortable and provided everything we needed to make our a stay a great experience! Will def come back! Giorgia replaced the shower which was broken at our arrival. They come during the afternoon so that good two hours were gone with the technician at home.
