• Ailin (9/5): un gran departamento para visitar san sebastian en familia - lo que mas nos gusto es el trato amable de la anfitriona, desde el primer momento atenta nuestras necesidades, nos dejo entrar mas temprano de la hora de llegada ya que tenia el departamento listo y nos hizo recomendaciones sobre la ciudad. el alojamiento estaba muy bien amoblado, con todos los utensilios necesarios para poder cocinar o calentar comida.

• Lina (8/5): Lovely place with helpful owners (close to old town) - The property is in good location, a can be a bit noisy with open windows as next to the Main Street which we expected (we liked location); min away from the beach and close to old town. Property is light, clean and has lovely views. Had almost everything what we needed. We liked everything, just have a few recommendations: - to provide iron - full length mirror - coat hanger in the living room. We had many rainy days and did lot have were to hang our wet rain coats.

• Lindsey (9/5): Lovely flat from which to enjoy San Sebastián. - Great location, very close to Zurriola beach in a lovely part of Gros. Easily walkable to the old town and La Concha. Comfortable bedrooms and living room with balconies to enjoy the view. Very pleasant host provided easy instructions and local information. Some traffic noise as is on quite a busy junction but didn’t bother us much.

• CARMEN DELIA (8/5): Donosti preciosa pero hacía mucho frío y lluvia - Maite, la anfitriona. Muy atenta para dejarnos recomendaciones etc. Todo muy bien, aunque quizá el baño presenta algunos desconchones en los azulejos. La calefacción no era muy potente. Posiblemente porque nos tocó unos días de mucho frío en Donosti

• Leyre (9/5): Wonderful apartment in central location! - Super central apartment in San Sebastian. 4 of us stayed and it was the perfect sized! Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with lots of storage and a comfy bedroom and clean bathroom. You can even see the sea from the balcony! The only downside was that although there was a hot/cold AC in the living room, the bedrooms were not as well isolated so they felt slightly chilly. However, blankets were provided and that definitely helped!

• María isabel (8/5): Cómoda - El alojamiento está bien, sólo deberían revisar el funcionamiento o incluso la renovación del termo porque a veces es irregular la salida del agua caliente. PMe gustó la ubicación, la comodidad de las camas y el sofá y la limpieza. El termo no funciona con la regularidad necesaria y hubiera sido deseable un poco de aceite y sal que se agradece cuando tan sólo viajes por un fin de semana.

• Guido (10/5): Excelente opción para una visita a San Sebastián - Muy limpio. Con los elementos clave para pasar unos días en San Sebastián. La ubicación perfecta, a pocos metros del mar y a 10 minutos aprox del casco antiguo. En la zona hay buena oferta de gastronomía para desayunar comer cenar también hay supermercados para hacerte algo en el piso. El piso está equipado perfectamente para la estadía. También cuenta con un parking privado a pocos metros que es muy útil si vienes en auto. Tiene un balcón muy bonito para desayunar. El acceso independiente muy fácil y útil. Se ocupan de dejarte toda la información de la zona para que puedas aprovechar al máximo. En nuestra estadía no tuvimos problemas ni algo que reclamar. La verdad que todo perfecto.

• Ashleigh (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a superb location, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. - The location was perfect - very short walk to the Old Town, and lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The host was so helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the air con worked great, and the rooms were very comfortable. The little balcony is great to have wine on and do some people watching before you head out to eat pintxos! Our host also provided us with lots of recommendations which was really appreciated. We would definitely stay again if we come back to San Sebastián! Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Ben (6/5): Voor ons een duur & luidruchtig verblijf in het hart van San Sebastian - * ligging dicht bij de (surf)strand & het oude centrum van San Sebastian * vriendelijkheid van de gastheer * netheid van het appartement bij aankomst en faciliteiten (nespresso, grote flatscreen met castingmogelijkheid, grote frigo/diepvries, oven, microgolfoven, airco,…) * door de renovatiewerkzaamheden aan het gebouw er naast & de ligging aan de drukke baan was het er erg luidruchtig. Zelfs met oordoppen waren we vroeg wakker… Van de renovatiewerkzaamheden was op voorhand niets gezegd, terwijl ze toch al zeker enkele maanden bezig waren, gezien het gebouw volledig in de stellingen stond. * er zijn 2 terrassen aanwezig: 1 kon niet gebruikt worden door het geluid en vuil van de renovatiewerkzaamheden. Op het andere terras wad het niet echt gezellig om te zitten door de geluidsoverlast van de baan * de wifi was 2 dagen kapot. Ik lees in andere reviews dat dit bij andere huurders ook al voorgevallen is. * het appartement is gerenoveerd, maar je ziet wel aan verschillende kleine details dat dit nog steeds een oud appartement is (gebroken tegels, gaten in de muur, behang dat loskomt aan de rolluikkasten). De kussens van de bedden zijn ook aan vervanging toe. In de wasmachine was ook schimmel aanwezig. Het warm water en de dampkap konden niet tegelijk gebruikt worden (oude doorstroom gasketel die waarschijnlijk veel stroom verbruikt). Aan de voegen van de tegels in bad/douche was schimmel aanwezig. Bij betaling van 1750€ (350€ per nacht) verwacht ik meer…

• Stephen (10/5): 1 night stay in San Sebastian. Family of 4 from Ireland - Wonderful location, beautiful apartment, close to everything including the beach. Lovely balconies and very well organised owner who had everything ready for us. We had two teenagers with us and their room was very spacious. Just excellent! A bit of noisy work was going on next door but wasn't too bad as it stopped in the evening. Wouldn't put me off returning.

• Sarah (9/5): Perfect in all respects - Everything was perfect - the flat is lovely, the location is great and the host was very friendly and helpful - what's not to like? Nothing. Potentially would have been nice to have some welcome essentials like tea and milk on arrival (although tea with milk is a rare occurrence in San Sebastian anyway!) but that's being extremely picky!
• Vasiliev (9/5): Great location, cute and nice apartment. - Location was great! A quick walk from the old town with lots of wonderful restaurants and shops near by. The layout of the apartment was great and a perfect space to travel with 2 couples. There was a funky smell in the stairwell as you enter, but luckily no smell inside the apartment itself. Beds are quite firm but still a decent sleep. Would be nice to have conditioner in addition to shampoo and body soap.

• Veerle (9/5): Superb - Excellent location near the beach and residential area yet a few minutes away over the bridge to tapas bars and the beautiful boardwalk along the beach. The suite has everything you could possibly need and tastefully decorated. We come to Spain annually and will definitely stay here again. Maite was very friendly and helpful.
• Roisin (10/5): I would most certainly stay in this wonderful and well located apartment in San Sebastián. Maite was very fast to respon - The apartment is roomy, bright and really comfortable which was great because it rained a bit while we were there and ended up spending a little more time there than we planned. It has everything you could need and Maite, the owner, was very communicative before arriving about where to park(conveniently very nearby) how to get into the apartment. Just one thing…..bedside lamps in the room with the double bed would be nice. Other than that, nothing at all.

Having 1 bathroom with the toilet in the bathroom for 4 people was a bit of a struggle. Cleaning in bathroom could use a little more attention.

Lovely bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and a comfy living room with Netflix for the kids. Everything we needed and more! And a special thank you to the host who was so helpful. We loved our short stay in San Sebastián and we’ll definitely be back.
• Frederick (10/5): Size, location, and value in a truly wonderful city. - Location, location, view! An amazing amount of space two blocks off the beach with ocean view from the master bedroom. A great price during a busy June when rental prices were very high. Nespresso machine🙂. Street noise on Friday night. The apartment is clean and very spacious, but a little dated. That said, the price is very fair for what you get.

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Most of all the location was great, close to the beach and a short walk across the river to the old town. A lovely place. Parking was a little expensive (but to be expected in the centre of town). The area around the apartment was a little noisy overnight.

The apartment was clean and the check in and check out process was so easy. Maite was super helpful and flexible, and gave us some wonderful recommendations! It was a bit noisy at night as there was a concert set up in front of the church. And it would’ve been nice to have some firmer pillow options, but otherwise everything was great.
