- Lei (9/5): Overall, a well-equipped cozy place and convenient location. - Location was great. Convenient to go to the village by car. The resort itself is nice, lots of parking spaces, and we felt safe. The unit was cozy and well-equipped. Depends on who stays above you, can hear noise from the floor above. During our stay, it seems like a group of friends staying up late at night (probably after skiing), and we can hear them moving around and laughing/talking at some point.
- Peter (9/5): - Easy, convenient and good value. Nothing- all good
- Joshua (10/5): -
- Juan (6/5): - Burns ubicacion De amp de la cama esta muy suction
- Shacelle (8/5): A lovely vacation spot in a convenient area - • Short drive from Blue Mountain Village
• Code-style entrance
• Quaint, cosy and comfortable
• Hot tub on premises for guest use
• Full kitchen
• Ring camera out front for added security
• Private balcony
• Shower essentials provided
• Free parking - a ton of spaces available even during peak times • Fire place did not work (at least we don’t think it was working, it’s possible we just didn’t use it properly) but we tried to follow the (vague) instructions; made sure it was plugged in, used the remote to turn it on/increase the temp, tried to look for any buttons/switches on the fireplace itself but could not get it to work.
• We could hear EVERY single thing the people above us were doing, even just walking around or opening a drawer… We weren’t there throughout the day so it wasn’t always a problem, but when it was the early morning / late evening it did become quite bothersome.
• The hot tub is a few minute walk from the property, which in the warmer months is likely not an issue, but being there in January was quite a chilly walk to and from. Thankfully there was a change room so you don’t have to wear your bathing suit to/from the room, and there is closer parking available, but it was usually filled up so we did have to make the chilly walk each time since this property is located near the back (hot tub is by the front.)

- Kallista (9/5): Overall, great location and we enjoyed our stay! - Really good location close to the mountain
Nice tub and nice bathroom overall The a/c was locked at 20 which is a little high when I normally sleep at 18
- Gordon (8/5): Great weekend away. - Facilities were as described and location was very convenient.
- Dwight (10/5): -
- Sury (10/5): Amazing stay - It was an easy way to access the door. They had sent me an email with all the directions on how to open and close the door with the code.
- Anna (7/5): We liked our staying in Mountainside Resorto in Blue mountains. We appreciated privacy and neatness of our room. - It was a nice room with all the necessary equipment. It was clean and comfortable. One of the storage rooms was closed and we didn’t have an access to the dripping coffee machine as well as to the pots and pans. We also didn’t have an access to the iron board. I would also suggest the topper for the extended sofa in the property as the actual mattress wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on.
- Roseshiela (8/5): -
- Julie (8/5): -
- Sandy (6/5): Pleasant - Hearing a man snoring next house over. You couldn't watch cable unless we had a subscription to certain networks. The sliding door didn't lock, especially being on the ground level. It wasn't the most comfortable feeling.
- Tandiwe (7/5): Good - Great location
Plenty of parking spaces , and bed linen, a lot of tv channels to choose from. Clear check in instructions The condo is too clattered. Chest of drawers should be useful to guests. The bath tub was dirty, dust on
surfaces
- Edit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rita (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Jie (9/5): Superb -
- Keshia (8/5): Holiday Stay - The room was nice very clean and cozy. They had everything you would need for your stay and additional items such as, board games,DVDs and smart tv to access shows. Close parking as well. Only 5mins away from the Blue Mountain Resort The location itself was hidden inwards, the three elements on the stove were not working properly. Only 2, but we were able to complete our Christmas dinner.
The application process was a bit overboard.
- Melanie (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - Neat and tidy. Clean. Lots of parking. Close to everything. The check-in went smooth and the information was good. Microwave plate was missing.
- Sheila (10/5): We loved our stay, it’s a very cozy room and spacious. We enjoyed the getaway. - The property was very clean and had the utensils we needed . It was near Blue Mountain Village. Nothing
- Coe (9/5): Superb -
- Joffrey (7/5): We enjoyed our stay - We enjoyed the layout of the place. It was great for a couple, but might be awkward for more than 2. Having a full kitchen helped make everything feel more at home. The couch was very comfortable, and we were surprised to find games available. The television could easily be accessed by our computer. We loved having the jacuzzi tub. We found the cleaning not so great, dirty dishes were in the cupboard, clean dishes were in the dish washer. There was a collection of spiders and webs around the balcony area. One bedside lamp had a broken switch and couldn't be used. The other had a broken shade. One burner for the stove didn't work, and no temperature markings for the oven. We couldn't figure out how to turn off the balcony light.
- Aman (5/5): Okay - Good location with Indian restaurants and pool but enter of condo not clean and poto not clean Other good ☺️ Enter of condo not clean
- Emmily (3/5): Poor - Non-communicative host
- Marian (5/5): We enjoyed our stay in Blue Mountains but would not return to unit 702. - Heated pool and hot tubs in newly renovated outdoor area . Tired older unit in dark lower corner of building. Nail clippings on area rug. Mouse seen in living room on second night!
A phone message was left of mouse presence next morning before we checked out. Trillium staff never responded, very disappointing.
- Cassandra (8/5): Very good - Clean, cute and enough space.
- Hanna (8/5): Very good -
- Pascos (8/5): Very good -
- Shanny (7/5): Overall, everything was great! - It was close and convenient.
There was a good amount of space and nicely decorated.
Had everything I needed
Bed was very comfortable Wasn’t able to take a bath after a long day of skiing because bathtub’s jets were filthy.
Fire place wouldn’t work therefore wasn’t able to dry ski clothes.
- Farheen (9/5): Decent comfortable place to live in. Very cozy lodges. -
- Anonymous (8/5): Cosy and comfortable with everything I needed. - - Everything but the kitchen was very modern and comfortable.
- Smart TV made staying in and watching a movie a fun option
- Easy to access
- Heating and cooling system was great The oven didn’t work very well and neither did the dishwasher. But when I tried to do the dishes in the sink there was no plug.
There wasn’t a nearby grocery store within walking distance.
- Maia (7/5): Good -
- David (9/5): Great Stay - Awesome room. A little dated but nice nonetheless. The patio was nice and cozy. No staff nor visible security.
- Ladan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Tenesia (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - it had everything we needed and the place was super cozy for our stay. n/a
- Stephanie (4/5): Felt like I was in a basement and for that it was overpriced - It was easy to get in. Too small and couldn’t use the deck. Was really dirty and nothing there to clean it. It would be better suited for the winter when your skiing. We were looking for a nice romantic evening as it was our anniversary and it just felt too closed in for our tastes.
- Burlanyette (8/5): Very good -
- Vasco (9/5): Superb -
- Sara (6/5): The price did not reflect the accommodation - The location, which is only a 4 minute drive from both Blue Mountain Village and Craigleith. The parking is convenient and the compound feels safe. as security vehicles appear to circulate often. They were very quick to respond to a late night noise complaint.
If this location is the prime requirement suggest taking a second floor unit as even normal TV, conversation, movement from the upper unit could be heard on the lower level. The condo seemed very old and worn and in need of an update, particularly the kitchen which was not set up to be functional and seemed to be a clutter of odds and ends. The dials/settings on the stove and dishwasher were extremely worn and in some cases illegible. The pots and pans had seen better days with the only frying pan quite rusty and badly chipped and since it was Teflon we decided not to use.
The electric fireplace kept going on and off and jets on the jacuzzis bath did not seem to work. This might have been user error in which case written instructions would be helpful.
- Inese (10/5): A very pleasant getaway! Highly recommended - The apartment was comfortable and roomy as well as bright and cheerful. The walls are thin and we could hear the upstairs residents walking around.
- Mackenzie (10/5): amazing -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Claudia (9/5): Superb -
- Ana (5/5): Passable - The appliances is outdated.
- Becca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raya (7/5): Good - The space, comfortability. The noise upstairs.
- Jamie (10/5): Fantastic apartment with a great location, would highly recommend anyone to stay at this residence - extremely clean, all utilities were accessible and functional, close to attractions, great communication and instruction about the property, everything you could possibly need for a stay is in the apartment only downside was there was nowhere to put clothes, not the end of the world, would be nice if there was a spot to put clothing away
- Jessica (9/5): Great getaway spot - Great comfortable space! Me and my friend stayed here for a small bday getaway and it was perfect! Key pad did not light up in the dark, tricky when forgetting the outside light haha
- Carla (9/5): wonderful place to stay! this is my second time :) - close to the village! parking right in front of unit which is great! only minor thing was we spent few moments looking for our unit which was in the back of building.
- Marian (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, big and comfortable Nothing
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Dhillon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paivi (8/5): Very good -
- Dominelli (9/5): Superb - The set up was so comfortable The wifi does not work, the binder needs to be updated
- Varghese (1/5): Bad -
- Olumuyiwa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (9/5): comfortable and relaxing stay - comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. deck is a little small for the table and chairs
- Sofia (10/5): Long Weekend at Blue Mountain - It was super comfy, and everything needed was available within the suite itself.
Spent most of the weekend cooking, eating and enjoying the area.
- Fariba (3/5): I didn’t like the property as well as the owner’s behavior. I never go back there again. - The location of this property was close to the village. Bed was comfortable also. For the check in information, you need to pay 700 CAD as a deposit. They sent me a link and neither I nor my husband were comfortable to put our ID and credit card info and when I asked can we do that in person, the reaction was rude. when we went to the property, we understood all the stuff in the house including oven and dishwasher was in the age of my grandma.
Secondly, the washroom’s fan was not working and it didn’t have any window to freshen the air. I asked the owner for solutions and he/she said thanks for letting us know and we will take a note and we’ll fix it. Nobody came to fix it.
The stuff in the property was so old and they didn’t worth the price that we paid for deposit even.
- Kelly (7/5): Nice condo and clean with a few updates option! Property needs a little TLC and more amenities !! - Good layout of condo!! Condo had a fishy smell and used spray to cover up odour…..Nice condo
- Stephanie (7/5): Good - property was clean and perfect for a family with small kids the people staying above us were really loud at night sounded like furniture was being moved around all
night !
- Jack (9/5): Superb -
- Rita (10/5): Exceptional -
