- IVY (7/5): - Location was superb,room was good for 6 people with kids. Easy access to everywhere in Bukit Bintang. 1) Shower head was leaking and toilet was too small. But overall,the water was warm enough for hot shower. 2) Our room was on the basement and first thing we realized was the sewer smell (+ cockroaches smell) and it was kind of disgusting. I have to spray perfume all over the hallway to our room. 3) Not enough hooks and hangers to hang our towels.

- Nur (3/5): Not clean - The hotel is located very near to Bukit Bintang, can access to MRT and nearby malls by walking distance only The hotel room that we got initially got a cockroach roaming on our bed! We proceed to change rooms and luckily the receptionist told there were an extra room for us. But still got cockroach in the bathroom later of the day.

- Noor (7/5): A worth for money and good stay for those who will only use the hotel room for sleeping at night after a day of explorin - It's very convenient to MRT and monorail station hence, easy access for you to travel around Kuala Lumpur via trains. And very close to malls in the Bukit Bintang area. Just a short walk of 5-10 minutes. The bed made my skin a bit itchy when I sleep at might and the bathroom did not have a surface for me to put my toiletries or even the ones provided by the hotel.

With stains that are quite clear. Even the toilet towel was stained and dirty. Not sure what happened cause Iāve been staying here for years and it was never like this.

- Alattas (9/5): Clean & Comfortable Hotel, Great Location, Affordable Price - This hotel is in a super convenient spot, right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Itās not only close to Pavilion, Fahrenheit88, Lot10, and other malls, but also near the Bukit Bintang MRT Station. Plus, the price is really reasonable. The whole hotel is clean, and the rooms are tidy and comfortable. The bed and pillows are soft, the air-conditioning is cool, and the water heater works well. Thereās even a cold and hot water dispenser outside the room. Personally, I think this boutique hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Bukit Bintang, whether for a holiday or a staycation. A bit more smiles from the staff would make this place a perfect stay.

Very difficult to find hotel entrance, taxi had difficult time looking for hotel in map and navigating where to drop us off. Room different from photo. Room seems smaller than photo in bookings. Room too small, uncomfortable to move and can barely open luggage. Bed is not queen size. Shower has no division from toilet. No hooks to hang towel.

Gave me 1hr late check-out and kept my luggage! 1) Nowhere to hang items in the toilet. 2) V signal was fuzzy but I have no need for it. 3) No charging outlet near the bed. 4) Window is not tinted.

- Mj (8/5): Very recommended! - The location was very strategic. (Literally just behind SEPHORA, so ladies be "careful" LOL) Easy to access to all public transport especially the MRT. Walking distance to every shopping mall like Fahrenheit, Lot 10, Pavilion and so on. The interior design was very aesthetic and beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was not much of a privacy bcos you can actually hear people talking from the next room. Maybe bcos of the wall was quite thin i guess.

Staff was accommodating when I asked to change my dates for the stay, although I had to call regarding this as the hotel did not engage via Booking.com. However, overall happy that they were accommodating. The mat in the toilet was the most disgusting thing I have seen in a while. I know one might say that this is what one should expect for the hotel price, but as someone who has stayed in hostels for lesser price, I have not seen something like this. The room was dimly lit. There was no offer of assistance when I had to carry 3 luggage by myself but an offer was made to a white couple who had a bunch of backpacks - I had to ask for assistance. Overall, terrible hospitality.

- Giwtravels (8/5): Perfect Location in Bukit Bintang - Even though the room was small (mine was with a window), it's good enough since you're probably not going to spend a long time in it anyway. But if you're with a partner, it'll might be a lil' cramp, especially if you both have a big luggage each. You have to put a deposit if you wish to use the room safe. Mine was so small (room 52) that you can probably fit only 6 cans of soft drinks, so I was pretty worried about leaving my laptop. But the staff was nice enough not to charge me. There's also no toothbrush and soap.

Just a few meters from MRT Bukit Bintang. Damascus just across the street. Sephora just next door. The room is acceptable and has reasonable space with the price.
