• Yamila Vallejo (8/5): - + Muy limpio. + Cocina equipada (aceite, sal, azúcar, cafeteras, ollas, platos, etc) + Si bien el encontrar las llaves fue un poco complicado, Eleni fue súper amable, así como el personal de limpieza. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas 1hr antes del horario de check in y pudimos quedarnos a esperar ahí media hora hasta que esté listo. + A 3 cuadras de la estación de tren, fácil de conectar con el centro de la ciudad. - Las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas. - La puerta no terminaba de cerrar con la llave, el marco de la puerta no encajaba, y no tenía una traba la puerta. Pero igual no se podía abrir de afuera sin llave.

• Andrea (7/5): - L’appartamento è comodo e accogliente per un soggiorno di medio-lunga durata. La posizione, in un quartiere residenziale, offre un’atmosfera autentica lontana dal caos turistico. La vicinanza alla metropolitana, solo due fermate da Monastiraki, consente di raggiungere rapidamente il centro storico e le principali attrazioni. Il proprietario è stato disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Il quartiere non è ricco di negozi, ristoranti o locali, quindi per servizi e svago è necessario spostarsi con i mezzi. La zona, essendo più residenziale, può risultare meno vivace e meno caratteristica rispetto ad altre aree più centrali di Atene. Chi cerca un ambiente più animato e pieno di comodità a portata di mano potrebbe dover considerare la distanza dal centro più vivace.
• Jana (8/5): - Great location near the metro and just one station to the center, yet quiet place. Clean accommodation, sufficient equipment. Seamless communication with the owners via WA. Only the stairs are a bit scary ;)
• Arianna (6/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda, si trova vicinissima alla fermata della metro. L'aria condizionata funziona solamente nella camera principale e in cucina. Grazie agli avvolgibili abbiamo dormito bene, senza l'ingresso di luce la mattina. Quartiere tranquillo, non si percepiscono rumori esterni. La cucina bene fornita. l'appartamento appare abbastanza datato. Nel salotto l'aria condizionata non funziona, ci sono due ventilatori a disposizione che però con il caldo ateniese sono poco efficienti. L'odore del frigo è abbastanza sgradevole

• Ana (10/5): This place is an absolute catch if you’re travelling on a budget and appreciate a creative vibe. Loved it! - The renovation in the house is handmade, a beautiful piece of art! Great area, safe neighbourhood, grocery shopping and fast food options in front of the house in lovely setting. Can’t ask for more! Super sweet host, very clean, next to public transport ( bus and metro 3 min. by foot), 10 min. to Monastiraki. At this price absolutely no complaints!
• Laura Pierucci (6/5): Appartamento spazioso ma da rivedere - Appartamento spazioso vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e vicino a ristoranti e negozi. La cucina è ampia e dotata di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. È ubicato in una zona tranquilla e l' host è stato sempre disponibile. Il condizionatore nella sala perdeva acqua quindi siamo stati costretti a mettere un secchio sotto. Inoltre sempre nella sala c'erano tre divani ma nessuno di questi era un divano letto matrimoniale così come era invece descritto.
• Mich (9/5): Superb - The place is nice, and it's actually quite big and comfortable. Everything works, even though the cooker might need to changed soon. Honestly it was very clean, the location was great, people were friendly but I would say people in Athens were generally amazing. I got a bit lost at the beginning, it would be helpful to send a pic of the doors so people know where they are going.. Honestly for the price it was extremely good, If I plan on going again to the city I would try to book it again. The internet was not working, which would have been a real inconvenience for someone without an EU sim card. I struggled a bit because my company signal was bad, but nothing crazy. I can't really say anything bad, it was a very big and clean space.
• Chaikovskyi (10/5): The accommodation is a godsend for budget travelers. - The place is located in an authentic area, where mostly Greeks live: not touristy but with its own extremely interesting history. All the infrastructure is accessible in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance is Filopappos Hill, which is a real gem of the city. The rest of the sights are easily accessible by metro, which is about 300 m away. The accommodation is furnished in a truly retro style; some elements are quite old, but everything is in perfect condition and works flawlessly. We did not have a situation where we would have missed anything. Mrs. Eleni, the owner, is extremely hospitable and full of practical tips. It would be unfair to talk about any shortcomings, since the property fully corresponds to the description, which we carefully read before the trip. As for the price-quality ratio, the quality clearly outweighs.
• Melis (9/5): Great stay, would definitely come again! - The location was great and everything is nearby. Apartment was very clean and cozy, and the radiators came in handy. Communication with the owner was easy and flawless. Strong recommendation! The walls are quite thin which is very common in Greece so if you're a sensitive sleeper, I recommend earplugs for the night.

Everything I may have needed was there and the apartment was spotless. Close to the metro station and only 2 stops away from Monastiraki. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, responded to messages quickly and instructions were clear. The photos don’t do it justice. The apartment certainly is rustic and retro, not for you if you’re looking for modern.

• Gabor (9/5): Superb - The apartment isare indeed retro, yet super comfortable and roomy enough even for 4 people, and equipped with whatever is required for a few days trip. Safe and quiet location close to metro, supermarket and cafés, and even the most touristic areas are reachable with a longer walk. All was great.
• Matina (9/5): Perfect in Petralona - What a wonderful place! I couldn't have been happier. The apartment is huge - the photos don't do it justice, it so much nicer than it shows. Decorated simply and everything you ever need. So convenient and in a non touristy neighborhood. Loved the balcony, big comfy furniture, strong ac, clean as can be. Miss Helene is a great hostess and I will definitely stay here again I was not expecting the interior open stairs but got over it quickly. A bedside lamp would be nice.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay, would love to come back! It is in a great location, just 1 station to the city centre. Still, very quiet with a little park right in front. The air conditioning was working great and saved us from the 38C outside. Everything was clean and working, we have absolutely nothing to complain about! Also, the host was extremely kind to us and let us stay in another apartment before this one because our flight arrived early in the morning and we didn't pay attention to the check-in time when we booked the apartment. We could contact the host through whatsapp at any time, always very helpful and super friendly. I want to recommend this apartment to everyone staying in Athens!
