• Nicole (2/5): nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette (résidence) - l'appartement n'était pas fonctionnel , la salle de bain du RDC était miteuse et pas du tout pratique le bac à douche complétement abimé et caché avec un caillebotis qui glisse à chaque fois que l'on monte dessus la salle de bain à l'étage en 2 parties avec un lavabo dans le couloir très discret quand on est plusieurs!!!!!!!! Quand nous avons changé les draps en partant 2 matelas était tachés (urine certainement) c'était très très bruyant la fenêtre d'une chambre donnant sur un mur!!!!!!!est ce normal???? il y a 30 ans que nous venons en Andorre et c'est la première fois que nous avons un appartement de ce genre le prix devrait être divisé par 2

• Ewelina (10/5): Seguramente repetiremos - El apartamento grande de dos plantas, la cama de matrimonio muy cómoda, tele en la habitación . En el apartamento no faltaba nada( utensilios de cocina, secador, productos de limpieza…). Todo muy limpio! Pudimos alojarnos con nuestro perro y además nos dejaron un obsequio . Todo perfecto.

• Andrea (8/5): Muy recomendable - Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado y muy bien equipado. El servicio de parking muy recomendable ya que por la zona hay aparcamiento de pago. La nevera, pese a estar regulada a un nivel bajo, nos congelaba la comida y tuvimos que tirar algunos alimentos. También se escuchaban bastante los ruidos de otros apartamentos.
• Sergio (9/5): - Está muy bien de espacio, dos plantas espaciosas para 4 o 5 personas muy recomendables. Muy cerca de las pistas de Soldeu, buena ubicación para esquiar.
• Mayte (7/5): Todo por la ubicación - La situación frente a las pistas . No había plaza de parking disponible, además de que ahora se paga a parte así como si llevas una mascota. Antes no era así. Exigen 250 euros de fianza que antes tampoco se solicitaban y no te los devuelven al hacer el check out si no más tarde.

• Rafael (9/5): Good deal, comfortable but check everything need for checking so you don’t have to wait outside - Great location, from Soldeu is easy to move around especially if you have a car. Garage at an additional cost of 10 EUR was a good deal. Apartment is comfortable, had everything we needed as toiletries and kitchen equipment. A bit smaller than photos, but photos still updated as it is shown. Checking in was a bit of a hassle. I sent documentation before arrival (was after working hours of the receptionist) so we had to do it all over an interfone, took a while to be granted the access.

• Joana (8/5): Estadia muito confortável, com excelente localização, ambiente tranquilo - Gostei muito da estadia neste apartamento. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, e os colchões fizeram mesmo a diferença para uma boa noite de descanso. A cozinha está bem equipada e tem tudo o que é preciso, o que dá muito jeito para quem prefere fazer algumas refeições em casa. O prédio é bastante tranquilo, perfeito para relaxar depois de um dia ativo. O acesso à garagem é simples e a entrada com código torna tudo mais prático. Sempre que foi necessário, o apoio ao cliente respondeu rapidamente, o que transmite bastante confiança. A localização também é um ponto forte mas só se não tiver de carregar o material de ski (se não é muito cansativo). Supermercado perto, o que facilita bastante. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva — ficaria aqui novamente sem hesitar.

• Denise (8/5): - Spacious rooms, comfy beds, warm and well insulated. Quick bond return. No dishwasher. Minor points: No light in fridge, fridge door didn't open fully, not many power points on kitchen worktop.

• Jane (9/5): - The reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The apartment was clean, tidy, warm and comfortable with all the facilities we required. Parking below the property was useful. Having an entry code rather than a key was especially useful. The shower above the bath was situated in a position where it always sprayed the floor, but we just used the smaller individual downstairs shower which worked really well so it wasn't a problem.
• Kristen (7/5): Better for a family than a couple - Nice 2-story apartment with plenty of storage space. Walkable to the gondola and shops/restaurants and there is a bus stop nearby. Not the most central location in Soldeu. The building is a little farther down the road then it shows on the map. Also did not like that dish washing soap/sponge was not provided, so we had to buy some at the market. I do think it was a little expensive for what you get.

• A. (8/5): Acceptable - Spacious apartment, with two levels: living, kitchen and bathroom with showers down stairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a kitchen with all you may need including a nespresso machine, fridge (small), pots, etc. Heating was ok, there is an adjustable thermostat. On tv you can find Euronews an BBC. The entrance in the building, parking and room is automatic, with a code (was sent in the arrival day). The small bedroom had a serious problem of the insulation and mould, witch created an unhealthy smell. This problem require immediat attention in my opinion, the apartment should not be rent in such condition. Upstairs, the sink to wash is located on the bedrooms connecting hall witch was a little unconfortable. The parking places are very narrow (appreciate that the nearest place was not rented) and paied separate. Nothing for welcome (coffee, water...)

Skikeller+Parkplatz extra gebucht/gezahlt, Entfernung zum Lift 550 m. - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für südeuropäische Verhältnisse gut, das Personal an der Rezeption (im Haus) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die angegebene Adresse war falsch, so dass wir 30 km "verkehrt" waren, dass darauf folgende "online" Check-in gestaltete sich relativ kompliziert, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war und die komplette Konversation per Telefon/e-Mail erfolgen musste. Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, untere Etage auf Straßenniveau.

• Elena (8/5): - El apartamento es muy amplio, con dos plantas y un baño en cada una de ellas. Las camas de la parte superior cómodas. Esta ubicado a 10 minutos andando del telecabina de Soldeu, al lado de la carretera pero no es ruidoso. El colchon del sofacama no es nada cómodo.

• Gambi (4/5): Very noisy place. - Location wasn’t too bad, they have ski lockers at the ski station for 17euro a night which you have to do as it’s too far to walk with your equipment. I didn’t find the flat very clean, there were crumbs on the floor and the pots were grubby with old egg stuck in them. The flat is also very very noisy, it’s a very busy road and the insulation is at a minimum. Plus we had the rooms next door that were also having some sort of party which didn’t help.

• Emmanuelle (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - Appartement très spacieux et fonctionnel, beaucoup de place de rangement, une place de parking en sous-sol, un emplacement accessible à pied des commerces et du téléphérique, bref nous avons apprécié notre séjour ! Le principal point négatif est la proximité avec la route et le passage des voitures et camions !… mais nous le savions avant de réserver et il suffit de prendre de bonnes boules quies pour la nuit. dommage aussi qu’il n’y ait pas de voilage clair aux fenêtres car nous avions l’impression de vivre « sur la rue »…sauf à tirer les rideaux opaques … Une seule prise électrique dans la cuisine…

• Christian (8/5): - Location was good 5-10 minute walk to the chair lift. I used the parking in town and which was an equivalent distance and €50 for 5 days when combined with a lift pass. Cooking facilities were sufficient for basic meals. Bedrooms were spacious, with 4 of us staying and not cramped in. Bathroom facilities were good with a shower over bath upstairs and a shower downstairs. The quality of sleep was impacted by the road noise, which seems very busy even through the night. A decent set of ear plugs would solve this.

• Angels (8/5): Hem estat molt còmodes. - La noia de recepció i de la neteja són molt agradables i atentes. Els apartaments estan molt ben situats.cap problema amb la nostra gosseta, inclús ens van donar uns detalls per a ella a l' arribada. La banyera i la dutxa estan desgastades.

• Susana (8/5): Buen alojamiento para ir con perros - El espacio, el detalle para mis perritos, la comodidad de las camas y el personal amable. La nevera le costaba enfriar, alguna puerta y cajón de la cocina no encajaban bien, la tele de la habitación de matrimonio, la antena no cogía buena señal. A parte del alojamiento habían unos huéspedes que dejaron solo al perro en varias ocasiones, cosa que no está permitido, causando lloros y ladridos del pobre animalito :(

Очень долго не могли дозвониться по 2м телефонам, указанным на входе. Примерно полчаса ушло, чтобы дозвониться. Это было очень дискомфортно
• Jill (1/5): A horrible experience - This property informed us when we arrived that they had no accommodation available for us - a party of 8 No attempt had been made to contact us to tell us that they had technical problems with our lodgings . No attempt was made to find us alternative accommodation. The receptionist was sympathetic but the managers attitude was appalling. Avoid This booking had been made 10 months in advance and the property had managed to contact us then to confirm the booking and to explain that as we were 8 people we would not be able to have the option of free cancellation. I said this was fine . How they couldn’t then contact me on the day to explain that they had a broken boiler I really don’t understand. We had to find last minute accommodation OURSELVES 2 days before New Year’s Eve for 8 people which cost a fortune .

• JOSE RAMON (6/5): BIEN PARA DORMIR, MAL PARA ESTAR - Estaba limpio. La calefacción y el agua caliente muy bien. La atención del personal ante incidencias fue buena Pequeño para 5 personas. Imposible vivir 6 personas. Equipamiento de cocina escaso. No hay toalleros ni accesorios en los baños. Poca capacidad de armario para alojamiento de esquí. El sofá de la sala de estar es para 3 personas y no hay ni una butaca. Las puertas del garaje no funcionaban, y siempre estaban abiertas. Muy caro para que dan.

• Ester (8/5): Apartamento nuevo, buena ubicación! - Apartamento muy limpio y nuevo. Buena ubicación a 5 min a pie del telecabina de Soldeu. Aceptan perros. El apartamento no tiene lavavajillas y el salón comedor es un poco pequeño para 6 personas. El aparcamiento es de pago. El bloque de apartamentos no tiene instalaciones ni servicios. Te piden fianza de 200€.

Rooms were very warm (needed to turn it down as was very hot on first evening) and beds were comfortable. Additional bin liners, toilet paper, and detergent would have been good as 5 people burnt through the original allocation quickly.

• Carmen (7/5): Buen apartamento pero resulta muy caro para lo que ofrece - El apartamento está bien localizado para el acceso a las pistas de esquí , a una distancia fácil para llegar andando. También hay que destacar que el apartamento está bien equipado en lo que se refiere a menaje de cocina y mobiliario el justo para el uso que se necesita para pasar unos días de esquí. El personal de recepcion y de servicio de los apartamentos es muy amable Una de las dos habitaciones es muy pequeña y la ventana da a una pared por lo que no tiene prácticamente luz natural. La puerta del garaje estaba estropeada y todo el mundo podía acceder al mismo por lo que no daba seguridad, Igualmente, al estar abierto todo el día, suponía una entrada fácil para cualquier persona ajena al edificio. La habitacion de matrimonio y el salon dan a la carretera principal y resultan bastante ruidosas por la noche, si se tiene el sueño ligero es recomendable el uso de tapones para dormir Aunque la calidad del apartamento es buena y la atencion del personal también lo fue, considero que la relación calidad /precio es mala, en base a todos los detalles comentados anteriormente
