Gute lage, sehr gut zu fuß erreichbar, Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe kostet ca.10 euro pro Nacht...Gastgebet hatte kleinigkeiten für Fruhstück da gelassen...große Wohnung , unkomplizierte Chek in ...wir kommen gerne wieder 🤗🤗🤗
• Sylvain (6/5): Compliqué, nous n’y reviendrons plus. - L’appartement est spacieux avec de beaux matériaux. Les deux matelas de la pièce principale sont bons, moins celui de la chambre. L’accueil et les explications données à notre arrivée. La proximité du parking (10€/jour). La saleté générale de l’appartement. Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine. La lunette des wc pas bien fixée. Les 87 marches (4 étages équivalents à 5 étages classiques), et pas d’ascenseur… Petit-déjeuner pas top, et café napolitain (très serré) uniquement.

• Noam (10/5): We were a couple with three teenage children. We really enjoyed the place, it was very spacious. Lot - Breakfast... It was not a classic breakfast. The host left products for a light breakfast. We love coffee and there were different types of coffee. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. It is worth noting that the apartment is not accessible to people with difficulty climbing stairs. The apartment is on the top floor without an elevator and it is unpleasant to go up with luggage.

Reggelivel kaptuk a szállást minden étel előre be volt készítve a hűtőbe és a konyha asztalra érkezésünkkor hűtőt viz fogadott a hűtőbe. A ház szomszédságában őrzött parkoló 10 € éjszakára Azt hogy negyedik emelet és nem volt lift de ez nem a szállásadó hibája viszont sehol nem volt feltüntetve mikor foglaltuk.

• Radu (4/5): scam attempts - Well.. I felt something was off when he said that he wants 20e if we arrive after 18:30. So, of course, we chose to arrive before. It would have been great but the address is just the street name, no number, no nothing. The guy who was coordinating everything remotely gave us the name of a place nearby, and then sent us videos to guide us from that place. It felt like playing live geoguessr. But now comes the interesting part - there was a lady that was waiting for us, I told her we will arrive around 5:30, plus minus 20 minutes. She then gave us a share location, we went there and realized that we were behind tbe building and there was no way to 'jump the fence'. So we had to walk for another 20-25 minutes to get to the actual place :). When we arrived, they asked for 10e extra because we were late. Even though we arrived around 5:45 or so. Their reasoning was that she had to wait for us from 5. We paid as we didn't want to fight. I even have screenshots from the guy asking me to tip the lady. They had a sticker on the fridge, calling it a minibar and a list of prices. I've never seen this in my life. Of course, we chose not to take anything. We decided on this out of principle. We actually left 3 beers there - given this logic, we should have ask for 4.5 euros. Also, there was molded cheese and some meat, dirty as hell also. same for the freezer. There was some opened and molded cheese inside, next to carefully placed water bottles. some small packs of butter, 2 of them already opened. some prosciutto or something similar that was also opened and looked weird - haven't checked for mold. the coffee filter had a plastic bottle with a hose connected. And the actual water contained was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen. I'm curious how often they are changing that plastic bottle - judging by the rest of the apartment, probably once every couple of years. It looked extremely old, a bit yellowish. Another little.

• Bernadett (7/5): Good - Our goal was to find a comfortable and safe place to rest after long days of walking and sightseeing, and this place definitely fulfilled that purpose. The accommodation was well equipped, the rooms were bright, and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were kind and helpful, although due to the language barrier, communication was sometimes a bit challenging. The host explained how the boiler works, but we couldn’t manage to make the rooms warmer (it was quite cold during our stay), and we had to wait quite a while for the water to heat up. It could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was good enough for our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!
