• Elisa (9/5): Viihtyisä asunto erinomaisella sijainnilla - Sijainti oli erinomainen, lähellä juna- ja bussiasemaa sekä isoa puistoa. Vanhaankaupunkiin oli 20 minuutin kävelymatka. Asunto oli tyylikäs, tilava ja siisti. Sängyt olivat mukavia ja makuuhuoneet ovat sopivan kaukana toisistaan. Olohuone oli myös mukava. Hella toimi todella nopeasti. Kannattaa huomioida, että lämmityslaite on ulko-oven vieressä. Roskikset löytyvät läheltä kadulta puiston luona. Kun käy suihkussa, kylpyhuoneen lattia on todella märkä. Siinä voisi olla muovimatto ja/tai luuttu. Huomasimme vasta viimeisenä päivänä, että voimme itse säätää asunnon lämmitystä, ja sitä ennen meillä oli ollut kylmä asunnossa. WC-paperi ja käsisaippua loppuivat kesken vierailumme.

• PAOLA (8/5): Ottima posizione per visitare la città - Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione dei pullman e treni. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in pieno centro. L' appartamento, situato in una zona tranquilla, è moderno e comodo. È molto facile bagnare in terra facendo la doccia La cucina non è molto attrezzata.

• Brendan (10/5): - Excellent apartment in a very good location, close to both the bus and train stations, very clean and modern facilities. The only thing I would say is that a bottle of water and some milk, a snack of some kind as a welcome pack would have been a welcome addition

Buenas iluminación Un cerramiento mejor para el plato de ducha. Sale agua al suelo. Una mesa comedor en el salón. Y si se alquila para cuatro personas un sofá más amplio. No hay ascensor. Las escaleras estrechas y empinadas.

• Annette (8/5): Very good - The apartment was roomy with two separate bedrooms and a lounge area. The kitchen was very well equipped and modern. We used the washing machine which was easy to use. . It was in a great location near the railway station plus we easily walked to the Mosque Cathedral. Also lovely to open the doors to small balconies. Just two lots of stairs to get to the first floor. We have travelled a lot and a good bed to us is very important. We didn't find it comfortable and the sheets not a good quality and no mattress protector. I had expected that we could have used the two beds in the other bedroom for more bed room but they weren't made up with sheets. Beds are so important when travelling and you need to relax at the end of a busy day. Other than that we enjoyed the apartment.

• Klaus (9/5): Perfect location for visiting the city of Cordoba - Perfect location for visiting the city of Cordoba. Close to the intercity buses and the train station. Walking distance to the city center. Very nice and comfortable apartment with full equipment in kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommended. It is better not to use the fans! ;-)

Comfortable Didn’t have enough toilet paper, was not able to use frying pans, it does not work with stove. Needs paper towel, more clothes hanger and napkins

• Marek (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, very close from the train station but quiet. A lot of storage inside The communication with the owner was a bit difficult at the beginning, but then it got better and the entire stay was very comfortable
• Nataroo (9/5): Excellent appartment & location - Exellent location, 5 min away from the train station, a pleasant walking distance to the city's attractions. Beautiful park in the area. A few grocery stores in a reasonable distance. Two bedrooms (one with a walk-in wardrobe and a fantastic mirror) and the living room with pleanty of place for the four of us. Windows outlooking a peaceful street and orange trees right in front of them - very pretty. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, dishwasher, frindge& freezer, relevant cutlery & dishes); all one needs for preparing a home-made meal. The landlord responded to any questions and communications promptly which we appreciated very much. Thank you. The only trouble was with finding a garbage bin, but we managed anyway, so all in all staying in this appartment was very positive.
• Rachel (10/5): Perfect Family Place - Wonderful location and not on a major street, so it was quiet. We loved being able to walk to all of the major sites and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Rooms had ceiling fans and air conditioning, which was wonderful! The kitchen has everything you need. This was a great place for a family!

• Wendy (6/5): Letting agents let the property and owner down - We'll sited for train station,city centre and pleasant 20 minute walk through the gardens to the historic centre. Apartment itself is very good being spacious and generally in first class order. The letting agents and noise levels.This property is owned by a person living in Barcelona. The running of the apartment has been delegated to local commercial letting company who have no intention of providing a personal service. They insist you sign an in-depth contract upfront which mentions payment of tourist tax and cash surety deposit. Totally ignore desire for clarification of any issue, demanding that the contract is signed. Eventually got answers at the last minute by creating WhatsApp connection and some clarification. Told to ignore the surety, tourist tax. Why include it and why ignore previous booking.com messaging board!! Advised we would be met at apartment. No chance. Standard excuse of too many commitments. We asked for earlier check in if possible ( 1hour) as 16.00 is ridiculously late. Got go ahead so presumed all would be ok. Had to let ourselves in. Faced with dirty apartment,and cigarette smoke stench. Not been cleaned . Spoke to letting agent who at first said too busy to clean today. Big argument. Eventually cleaners turned up and left at 17.10. Smoke smell remained all 4 days of holiday. No apology whatsoever. Cleaners had to explain( couldn't speak English) as best they could the various workings of the apartment. No fire extinguisher. No smoke alarm. No working TV remote control. No air conditioning ( disabled). No dishwasher tablets. So beware if you book this apartment. It is a well proportioned modern apartment but if you are a light sleeper there is poor sound proofing ( not double glazed), the avenue is busy at times and the occupants above are awful with parties going on until the early hours. Not sure if it is only occupied at weekends so you maybe lucky. This has been mentioned on a previous review. The steps are steep any may be off putting for some people . The lack of smoke alarm allows people to flout the non smoking rules but is it not a legal requirement?

• Mike (10/5): Newly refubished apartment with an excellent location - Great apartment, with an excellent location: 5 minutes walk (real) from the train station, which is extremely convenient when you arrive and also in order to manage the departure. Ten minutes walk to city center. The apartment has just been refurbished and is a great choice for a family/group up to 4 people. It is clean, tidy, luminous and extremely quiet with comfortable beds and every necessary detail to enjoy the stay in Cordoba. I cannot think of anything that should be improved... The host was very kind and ready to help and the apartment was in great shape. I would definitely repeat and reccomend it to anybody staying in Cordoba!
