• Anais (10/5): The host is very detailed, I love the way she provided details on check in, check out! - Location quite centralised with a dim sum, 8 mins walk away from accommodation! Other famous cafes and eateries are at most 10-15 mins away! This stay gave us a very cozy, home like feel! The host was very generous in providing big bottles of shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, 7 towels, extra toilet papers etc. The lift being a lil too slow, stopped at too many levels with no one at those levels.

• Geraldine (8/5): Very good - Location Lift was not properly maintained. Takes 30mins to get down from the unit to the ground floor
• Alexis (10/5): Exceptional - Beds were comfortable and the whole place has a homey feel. Check in was simple, host was very nice. The Lift/elevator is horrible. Take ages to arrive and no ventilation.
• Jayleen (9/5): Stay was good - I like that the property is clean and spacious and comfortable I think the security at the gate can deal with the people nicely , although it’s not the property issue but I believe the guards can treat everybody as equally.

• Jez (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean and well maintained. The maintenance of the lifts has a huge room for improvement. Every time I go in the lift I pray that it will bring me safely up/down without breaking down 😅
• We (10/5): Comfortable and value for money. - Place is very well furnished with the necessary comfort of a home. There are washing machine, microwave oven, hair dryer, iron and even clothes pegs or hangers if you need to do your laundry. There are eateries within a short drive or a walk. The lift was a little slow during peak period.
• Ng (9/5): Perfect home away from home. - The place is clean and everything was functional. The bath towels, hand towels and floor mats were all properly absorbent. Host is thoughtful to provide towels of different colours, and bedsheets were clean and not old. Had a very good night's sleep. Kitchen is well-equipped and washing machine is front-load, cleans well. View is also great. The lift to the apartment was slow and a little shaky.

Plus, big thumbs up for owner's hospitality! Location was abit far... But tht is a tradeoff as there are many eateries n restaurants in Austin area!
• Gabriel (9/5): Very satisfied with this accommodation among the many we have stayed thus far. The room size is just nice and cozy enoug - Very clean with enough facilities, like hangers for towels, a lot of table space to place items in the accommodation. The mattresses are good enough for a a good night sleep. The aircon in the master room needs servicing as it’s not as cooling compare to the other units in the house. Will wonderful if there is also heated filtered water for drinking.

• Yeow (5/5): Passable - The tidiness of the unit, fully equipped. Many shelf and space to put things. The unit is at 32nd floor and no high or low zone lift. Long wait for lift and long ride going up or down if stop at every floor. The air conditioning is not cold, no matter how to adjust, wind blowing like room temperature 🌡️

• Siva (7/5): Overall Good - Host gave clear instruction about check in and out procedures, house is clean and well maintained. There was a lift issue during my stay, only 2 out of 4 lift worked for such a huge apartment with 35 floors so have to wait around 10mins every time to go down / come up
• Chong (5/5): Clean place , terrible lift and very strict security - It’s clean and the rooms were alright The lift experience was horrible . We spent more than 30 minutes staying in the lift just to get to our place . There are 4 lifts but only two of them are functioning and they are ridiculously slow . Total time in the lift just for this trip was more than an hour . The lift went up to one of the floors then reset itself and went back to ground floor with everyone in it . Also the living room has no aircon it can get a bit warm but there are multiple fans so it’s still alright

• Han_sg (7/5): I would give a rate of 9 and above if not because of the lift. - Fuss free selft check in check out procedure. Car park lot near to lift lobby. The unit is clean and spacious. Suitable for small family. Stable wifi. High floor with unblock view. The lift. Took an average 30 mins to go up or down. 3 out of 4 lift were broke down and stop for every floor. Not able to get in when the lift arrived because lower floor passengers took the lift to go up and down. Longest waiting time was near to an hour to go down. Don't bother to explore the facility because all the time were wasted waiting for lift.
• Joshua (10/5): Great place, great location - Clean, near to food and shopping places. The appointment's lift is horrible. Only 1 working, stops at random floors for no one, takes a long time.
• Zuraidah (8/5): Short stay in JB for family get-away - The unit was very clean. It was adequately equipped , with utensils. The switches were all labelled for easy identification. There was water filter provided. Washing machine was also available for use. The living room and dining room was not provided with air-cond units. However, 2 units of stand fan was provided. The unit becomes hot in the afternoon as it was facing west , so was not comfortable to hang-out at the living and dining room.

• Misuari (10/5): I will definitely stay there again if I were to stay at JB. - Unit is super clean and,as someone who has a bit of difficulties in falling asleep at an unknown places,at this unit,it was easy for me.So,I guess even though it’s a homestay,it feels like home.Every spaces in the unit was so clean and neat,tho cleaning is provided in the rate,I still clean up the apartment before I check out,coz I appreciated so much to the host and the cleaning lady. At that time 2 lifts was on maintenance,so the residents have to take the Fire lift and of cs,it will be a bit crowded.Anyway it was a night stay for us so no issue.

• Aidan (9/5): Nice and quiet apartment with well-lit corridors and carpark. Will consider the same location for our next JB vacation. - Like the small apartment that surprisingly comprises 3 bedrooms that are not really that small and also well kept. Fittings that provides comfort are also well equipped and make the stay feels cosy except for a leakage on the sink in the common toilet. The lift is super slow and the owner does not provide access card for entry & exit from the guard house.

The complimentary mineral bottles, tea and 3in1 as well as snacks were simply thoughtful and beyond. Instructions and videos given to show how to check-in/out were very helpful. Gave feedback to owners so the next guests were more comfortable for their stay and they addressed it immediately after we left. Certainly an example for other owners that rent out their place. Price point is reasonable for the space, location and upkeep of the unit. Will definitely be one of the regular units I will book from now on. All are beyond satisfactory
• Eugene (10/5): Exceptional - Great location (proximity to Austin Heights and nearby malls) and value for money. The rooms were great for a family of 5 (2A+3K) and everything was well maintained/prepared by the host. Recommend it to everyone to come. There are 4 lifts servicing 34 floors, and 1 was broken down - it does take a while to go up/down. Also, there was unfortunately a water supply issue on the last day - out of the control of the hosts, but building management was working to get it sorted while providing alternate sources of water. Both non-host related so doesn't affect the ratings.

Condo located on the other side of golf course. super view as unit above 30 storey. accessing the condo is very easy. car lot is available for guest. unit is big for 4 to 5 person. super windy. there is a sunday morning market nearby selling a lot of stuffs. from vege, meat to food and dress. lift is very slow. 2 of out 4 lift constantly fail. common road round the condo is poor condition
