- Dennis (7/5): Good - The location is excellent. The apartment is worn and dated. It is in need of a serious renovation programme. The kitchen is quite modern and easy to clean although the floor tiles are working loose. The main bathroom is poorly laid out, with the toilet and bidet set facing with a very limited leg room between them. Again, there are loose floor tiles and the condensation pipes from the Aircon drain into the wash basin and the bidet. The apartment is in need of a comprehensive fumigation. There is a significant cockroach problem, and the numerous traps appear not to be very effective. We found we needed to burn citronella all day to keep the biting insect at bay. Despite its excellent location, I would not rent this apartment again.
