• Sevak (10/5): Exceptional - It was very budget-friendly; the location was great, with markets and restaurants in the area, and The room was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the facilities. The host is a very helpful and nice man, and I will definitely want to revisit this place.
• Helen (7/5): Great for young people with backpacks. Don't go if you're older, or have wheeled trolleys. - Miguel was very helpful with transport into Seville and back with a brilliantly clever card scheme that made the whole thing very practical and much cheaper. He was flexible with our breakfast needs, as he couldn't be there until 8.30. The room was clean and quiet and there was plenty of bedding and towels. The shared bathroom was a bit tired, but spotlessly clean. The price/value is just right. FOR YOUNGER travellers who are undemanding and who only have backpacks or hand luggage. This is REALLY important. Its not a suitable for travellers with trolley luggage or anyone expecting 5 star accommodation in the city centre. This is NOT that. We had a rather disquieting 'interview' as we arrived to see if we were the sort to give him a high rating. He would have done better not to have done that, and maybe made it clearer on his listing why it was not suitable for older people, which seems to me to be all about keeping his ratings up. Looking back it does say, or does now say 18-60 Y/o which is a bit weird as I didn't notice that before. My husband is under 60. I'm a young over 60. I'm actually more relaxed than my husband. Miguel would probably agree :D We did have small trolleys and Miguel jumped on my husband when we left at 8am because he was wheeling the trolley. This left a nasty last impression in his mind. I had to calm both down. OK, there is some negative feeling about letting rooms to tourists so Miguel is trying to be courteous to his neighbours to avoid complaints, which is fair enough. I liked the accommodation and appreciated Miguel's concerns and his care of us, but because of the above we will not be returning. WE would NOT recommend to older travellers either, because nobody likes a 'suitability interview' with the threat of no bed for the night!
• Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - Miguel was so welcoming and lovely - would definitely stay again. Place is spotlessly clean and even though it is outside Seville, it's only 12 euro taxi from city centre so really close.
• Sandra (10/5): I was very welcomed and taken care of at this place. - I liked the coziness and cleanliness of the room. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and although the property was full, I came across just one of the other guests there. Miguel was an excellent host. He answered all of my questions even before my stay, wherever they were transportation or itineraries. I was able to practice my Spanish during our conversations also.

• Saurav (7/5): Good property, friendly and helpful host. Disappointing ending. - Mr. Miguel was extremely friendly, always available and attentive to the needs of guests. He explained everything regarding the area of Camas and was kind enough to provide me with a loaded transport card which I could use to get around Seville. He also made a breakfast every morning by himself. The room was comfortable and the whole property was clean. The location was far away from the main city centre, across the river. You need to get to one of the main stations, Plaza De Armas, and take a bus to the property, every time. I had a rather unfortunate incident while checking out that left a sad mark on an otherwise great stay and bugged me throughout the rest of the day. I returned the transport card back to Mr. Miguel and was paying the money that was used on the card. I was collecting whatever coins I have on my wallet since I needed to keep cash/coins on me for the trip back to Plaza de Armas and the rest of the public transport rides. Mr. Miguel proceeded to ask me if my head was elsewhere and I heard him say that I am "very cheap". This was extremely disappointing to hear as a guest, someone who paid money to stay at a residence. I am a student traveller on a thin budget but I was happy to pay the entirety of the money loaded on the card (8.5 euros) but could only pay the amount I used because I had to keep some coins to be able to pay on the bus (they accept coins on the bus back to Seville centre, no cards). Maybe it was a misunderstanding or a lack of communication but it is never nice to hear this from a host. Especially when I have actually paid what I owed.
• Mai (10/5): Memorable and Interesting - The host - Mr. Miguel - was extremely nice and very attentive. He picked me up very early in the morning and took care of everything during my stay. The bed was very nice.
• Silvia (9/5): Great stay at Miguel's place! - Miguel was a 5-star host, communicating with me even before I arrived in Seville to make sure I had all the info I needed to get to his place safely and without getting lost. He was always reponsive, super friendly, kind, and I felt at ease from the moment I stepped into his apartment. The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh. I had a small room with everything I needed, storage space, a desk from where I worked while I was there. The internet is fast and reliable. I work online, do a lot of video calling and good internet connection was crucial to me. Breakfast is included in the price - Miguel prepared eggs, tomato and toast, and a nice foamy cappucino for me. Miguel recommended a nearby restaurant where locals eat, and where they serve homemade type of food at very reasonable prices. Even though this is not in the heart of Seville, it's conveniently located 3 bus stops away from Plaza de Armas, so getting to Seville's old town centre is quite easy. Muchas, muchas gracias Miguel!

• Michael (7/5): Privately operated flat not far from the city - The accomodation is a flat privately operated with living room. It was nice to have a small breakfast in the morning. The host also gave several advices for sightseeing and reaching the city. He even gave me the card for using public transportation so that I got the cheaper prices. The electrical installation looked a little bit adventurous, so that I avoided to have something connected or running unattended.

• Per (5/5): Passable - it is cheap, it is easy to go to the center of Sevilla from the apartment, and it is cheap to have dinner en Camas You chose it because of the house, you don´t have much privacy - if you can afford it you choose somewhere else to stay. lack of privacy

Miguel's welcoming nature, empathy, and eagerness to accommodate made my stay truly memorable. The atmosphere was inviting, the service exceptional, and every detail was attended to with care. A delightful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! It met all the expectations I had for a one night close to Seville, really close!
