- Steve (1/5): Uninhabitable. Hosts are probably con-artists. Booking.com does not care. - Nothing. I could not use the apartment and had to rent another as this one was a total disaster and uninhabitable Furniture was stacked everywhere, there was half finished construction. I am happy to share a video. Everything, from have to shoulder charge the door to get in as a bed was pushed against the door on- end, to having to rent somewhere else for my family and I, to my 4 year old standing on the street whilst I tried to sort the problem out, paying another 700 pounds for a place we could stay in, to the hosts not responding to me and booking.com refusing to help me.
- Ariffin (4/5): Average - The location is good. Walking distance to stockwell underground station Need improvement on the facilities. Furnitures are cramp into every rooms. Kitchen need attention on cleanlines.

- Altaf (1/5): - Didn't like anything. Nothing to like anything.
- Aneka (7/5): Quirky and functional - We stayed in good weather and were able to enjoy the back garden as a group which was a lifesaver as the property has no communal space. The space of this small flat is used to maximise bed space. Double bunk beds in 2 out of 3 rooms. One bedroom has the refrigerator, the boiler and a glass table; another, a sofa and small dining table along with the beds. It was a bit suffocating.
- Ignaiwa (6/5): Generally good compared to money paid. Some problems with the doors locks. There is a smel of mold - Location and access to buses. Amount of money Mold smell. Bad door locks.
- Vassallo (3/5): - We found this apartment last minute as the booking we had, fell at the last minute. The location for this apartment was fine - 8 mins walk from the underground station and we felt safe in the area. The apartment was rated low so we did not have great expectations. It was not cleaned properly. It was a hassle to open the front door. The main bedroom's mattress needs changing as you can feel the springs going in your back.
- Cianan (10/5): Exceptional - Legit was clean. Loads or space. So convenient especially of going to a gig in academy brixton. Was apprehensive looking at past reviews but legit expectations blown out of the water. Will 100% be back if in area again. Value for money was amazing for london. Door was a little hard to open when we git back with the key but we figured it out.
- Che (10/5): good value for money - property was all good heating is best but bed sheets and pillows smell bad but the towels smells clean, good vaue for money all in all. pillows and duvets smell bad
- Thuvaragan (1/5): Awful stay - Nothing This was my first visit to London, and it was ruined by this place. The door lock didn't work, and we had to open a window to climb in every night during the cold weather. The landlord refused to answer calls and only replied via text. The freezing weather made it even worse, as we had to wait outside with kids because of the faulty lock and the landlord's lack of response. Additionally, there were no instructions for using the heater, and it was unbearably cold. There were also holes in the bathroom floor, which posed a serious hazard. I will never stay in this place again.
- Fahd (1/5): Horrendous - Nothing Everything
- Miguel (6/5): Pleasant - kitchen - kitchen cupboards with mould and a bad smell
- Mauro (8/5): Very good -
- Joe (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing Couldn't contact the property at all and couldn't access the place. Avoid at all costs
- Justyna (8/5): Very good - Apartment located in a very good district, close to the metro and bus stop.
Very well equipped: towels, hairdryer, iron, microwave.
the apartment has 2 bathrooms, which is a great advantage for 6 people.
Good value for money the apartment needs renovation, but it was clean.
- Jie (7/5): Good place considering the price in London - Quiet neighbourhood
Good value for money
Have enough towels Hard to contact to property. I text on a day before and on the day, no replies until 10mins to check-in time.
One of the bedroom doors is almost fell off, and u can do nothing about it, and the fridge is in the same bedroom so it’s very noisy at night.
And there is no trash bin in all three bedroom and two bathrooms(no place for women to throw used sanitary products:/), the only bin is downstairs in the kitchen.
