• Suzanne (9/5): - Locatie was perfect! Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers. Contact met eigenaar verliep soepel. Uitgebreide instructies. Gelegen naast restaurants, bars, winkels, supermarktjes en n kiosk, fantastisch dus! De hygiene was wat minder. De bedden zijn zéker niet geschikt voor mensen met rugklachten!
• lloyd (1/5): Really disappointed - You are sleeping in the middle of loud crowded restaurants. You can enjoy the holiday vibe until early hours of the morning. To access the key safe you need to be 6 feet taller. The rooms are filled with damp smell. No way to get WiFi even if you used the details from the hub. No lock on the toilet door. The flat is really outdated and the smell from the rugs is mouldy. The bathroom was not clean. The host texted apologies . I have requested the option to cancel the rest of the stay but the host offered to sent a cleaner. It is a very old and damp atmosphere.

• J (6/5): Great location. Great value. Slightly tired. - Keys were easy to find, though host could have been a bit more responsive with messaging me the information. Location is great! Restaurants locally are fab - lovely food and really good value. Rooms are nice and big. Water in the fridge was a nice touch. WiFi was good once we'd figured out the password - bit more information on this would have been helpful beforehand. It wasn't super clean, the sofa bed wasn't made up, even though I'd requested it. Decor was a bit random, but that may just been my taste! Bathroom door could do with a lock on it.

Malgré la présence de restaurant et bar, l appartement est 'bien isolé. Boite a clef non indiqué, étiquette enlevé. Appartement situé entre 2 bars, la localisation Google pas très précise. Pas d eau chaude malgré les indications données

• Αναστασία (8/5): Άνετο αλλά πολύ βρώμικο διαμέρισμα . - Ηταν σχετικά μεγάλο και άνετο με 3 υπνοδωμάτια . Όμορφο σαλόνι μόνο .Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία . Με Πάρκιγκ στα 10 μέτρα ,αλλά γενικά βρίσκεις και στην περιοχή . Έχει πολλά μαγαζιά από κάτω και μίνι μάρκετ. Ηταν υπερβολικά βρώμικο !!! Μυρίζει υγρασία που δεν έφευγε ούτε με ανοιχτά παράθυρα . Είχε ένα μικρό δωματιάκι με σκούπες κτλ μέσα το οποίο το ανοίξαμε και πήγαμε να πεθάνουμε από την μυρωδιά της κλεισούρας και της υγρασίας . Οι τοίχοι ήταν σκασμένοι από την υγρασία και κίτρινοι . Η ντουζιέρα στο μπάνιο παν βρώμικη δεν την χρησιμοποίησαμε σιχαινόμασταν ,η κουζίνα επίσης καθώς και όλος η εξοπλισμός της . Το ψυγείο επίσης βρώμικο .Δεν έχει καλό φωτισμό ,καθώς στο σαλόνι είναι καμένη η μια λάμπα .Γενικά θέλει ανακαίνιση και πολύ καλό καθάρισμα .
• Alexandre et Aude (9/5): Très bien. - Appartement tres agréable, bien équipé et propre. L'emplacement dans une rue piétonne est un plus. Deux grands mercis pour avoir répondu a nos appels a 2h du matin et pour la boîte de chocolat de Noël. Ce logement nous a permis de bien profiter de nos 10 jours a Athènes. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pieds en coupant à travers le parc en passant sous l'acropole. Largement assez grand pour nous 4. Certains soirs exceptionnels de fêtes il peut y avoir du bruit dans la rue. La literie peut être un point négatif si vous êtes fragile du dos.

• Candice (1/5): Une catastrophe - Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement sale, les lits n étaient pas faits , le ménage non plus et le propriétaire injoignable. On a du quitter l appartement et trouver un hôtel en pleine nuit. Même pas un mot d excuse de la part du propriétaire.

• Petteri (8/5): Cosy apartment - good location - Very good location near Acropolis and Plaka. Nice restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Roomy and cosy apartment. Noise from the street and bars can disturb your sleep. It's good to have earplugs with you. There was a problem with hot water boiler, and we didn't have hot water all the time, but according the owner it will be fixed.
• Despo (10/5): Πολυ ωραίο οικογενειακό διαμέρισμα, θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα - Το διαμέρισμα ειναι μεγάλο, με άνετα μεγάλα κρεβάτια, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία. Η κουζίνα επίσης έχει τα πάντα, επειδή ταξιδεύαμε ξημερώματα, φτιάξαμε τσάι καφέ και πρωινό εκεί. Ειναι στην καρδιά της πλατείας, όποτε έχει ακριβώς από κατω πολλά εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και οτι άλλο θέλεις, απλα κατεβαίνεις 🙂 Το μόνο κακό ειναι το check in που ειναι πολυ αργά και είχαμε μαζί μας αποσκευές που κουβαλούσαμε συνεχώς.
• Quiroz Ayala (10/5): - Un lugar muy hermoso, las indicaciones claras para el ingreso. Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con una cortina de un cuarto, el cual al moverla se desprendió, pero no fue un inconveniente para poder disfrutar del alojamiento.

• Ramesh (4/5): Excepting location - and air conditioners everywhere - nothing much to talk about. - There is no breakfast. Hot water in the property is a joke; the WiFi is not even worth mentioning. The worst internet I have ever experienced in any AirBnb or Booking,Com apartments. The owner couldn't fix the hot water issue at all.

C'est à recommander à tous ceux qui aiment les nuits animées. Des produits d'entretien dans la salle de bain et l'étagère manque un peu de dépoussièrer.le placard est à ranger car en ouvrant on trouve désordonné.

• sarah (7/5): emplacement idéal - Excellente localisation, grand appartement avec 3 grandes chambres salon et cuisine, bien équipé l'hôte a oublié de me donner les instructions pour récupérer les clés, mais il a été réactif par téléphone heureusement Assez bruyant Le problème majeur est qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude, car malgré les instructions données sur un bouton à relever au compteur, nous n'avons jamais eu d'eau chaude.... c'est dommage car sans ça j'aurais mis une note maximale

Есть всё что нужно для комфортного пребывания, включая кофемашину. Хороший Wifi. Немного шумно от улицы (на мой взгляд, некритично). Телевизоры в спальнях имеют декоративное назначение - ни к чему не подключены..)

• Mariami (9/5): It is great apartment in a great district. - The location is perfect, really close to main tourist attractions. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The Apartament itself is cozy and spacious for groups. The communication with the host was not fast. There was some problem with the key and it took lots of time to get the answer from him, we were freezing in the street for three hours. But at the end the host came and gave some sweets as an apology.

• Dimitrisklv (9/5): Superb - A comfortable well equipped apartment located on a pedestrian street in a safe, bustling area right above trendy restaurants. It easily accommodates 6-7 guests, families, couples or friends. Everything is close by -metro, attractions supermarkets. Communication with the host is very easy, he is friendly and helpful. Easy check-in checkout. I highly recommend the apartment If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this might not be for you, as there is a bit of noise from the restaurants, but nothing too serious. Parking might also be a bit tricky. However you won't need a car to get around Athens, as the apartment is very close to the metro ang you can also walk to many of the city attractions.

• Francis (8/5): Excellent apartment for small group or family who prefers staying away from the pricier tourist area - A very friendly and accomodating host. The apartment, well equipped and clean, is in a very good location with many nice eateries and convenience stores nearby. It is also within walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka shopping area. As the apartment is just above some awesome eateries, it does gets a bit of noise because of the crowd but once the restaurants closes, it is fine. On the flip side, I won't mind the slight noise in exchange for good local food at a much cheaper price than at the tourist area at Plaka and Monastiraki Square.
