• Jurijus (10/5): Perfect place to stay for 2 persons in the heart of Seville. - Very modern and excellent apartments on very close walking distance to cathedral square and Giralda tower. Easy to find, very helpful staff (recommended restaurants/taverna’s or places to visit (Flamenco, etc.). Comfortable bed. Everything was just perfect.

• Lauren (10/5): Amazing location, clean & well equipped apartments and helpful team. Would stay here again. - The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city of Seville. The apartment was clean, cosy and as pictured. The team were extremely quick to respond via WhatsApp when we had issues with access, and when we requested additional towels etc. We would have liked a full length mirror in the room. The area is busy so can be rather noisy, but that is to be expected in the heart of a city centre. We could hear the people staying in the apartment above ours walking around so some soundproofing would be beneficial.

• Roos (2/5): Would deffinitely NOT stay again!! - Location is nice and the beds is comfortable. There was severe noise disturbance at night from the church bells of the church next to the apartment. This was not mentioned in the Booking.com listing, so we were not aware of it beforehand. As a result, we slept very poorly. As a solution, we were offered alternative accommodations. One was offered at the beginning of the week, but it did not have a terrace, while we had specifically booked this apartment because of the terrace, so this was not a suitable option. The other apartment was only offered for the last 24 hours of our stay. Moving at the end of the holiday is very inconvenient and does not solve the problem for us at all. Because of the noise, we slept very badly, which had a significant negative impact on our holiday. Additionally, the bathroom also gets wet when showering because the shower screen is not large enough. There was insufficient toilet paper, few towels, no hooks to hang a coat or similar, and hardly any space to store clothing. Very disappointing considering the amount we paid for this apartment.

We chose the apartment with the roof - Fantastic studio apartment right in the heart of Seville Old Town. Locations was superb 👌 Nothing not to like about this place. • Lucie (9/5): Een mooi verblijf, dat het vertrekpunt is voor veel bezichtigingen. - De centrale ligging van het appartement is prachtig. Midden in de oude stad vanwaar je overal lopend naartoe kunt. Veel terrassen in de buurt en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het appartement is verder mooi ingericht. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Tevens is er een mooi dakterras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Alles was goed. Omdat het appartement aan een plein ligt, zit je meteen midden in de gezelligheid. Dit gaat ‘‘s avonds ook door. Het appartement is echter redelijk goed geïsoleerd, waardoor het goed te doen is.

Cela ne nous a pas mis à l'aise... La parroi de la douche laisse à desirer, elle n'est pas très étanche car elle ne se met pas bien. Le pommeau idem... dommage on voit que les materiaux ne sont pas de qualité... Independamment des propriétaires, le bruit des travaux sur la place...

• Thomas (3/5): Passez votre chemin, l’insonorisation est inexistante - L’emplacement exceptionnel, la propreté et la décoration. Le lit était extrêmement inconfortable et l’insonorisation totalement inexistante. Nous avons subi énormément de bruit durant la nuit, ainsi que d’importants travaux qui ont fortement perturbé notre séjour. Nous avons signalé ces problèmes à l’établissement, qui nous a répondu que tout cela était « normal ». Pourtant, nous vivons à Paris dans une rue très animée sans jamais rencontrer de telles nuisances sonores. Leur réaction et leur manque de considération sont complètement inappropriés. Ils nous ont proposé, à titre exceptionnel, de rembourser uniquement la dernière nuit et que nous devions nous reloger par nos propres moyens. Mais à la dernière minute, il est évidemment impossible de trouver un autre logement correct à un prix raisonnable. Concernant la salle de bain, la douche fuit abondamment et les joints de la cabine sont moisis. Nous avions remarqué qu’un précédent avis mentionnait déjà ce problème, mais aucun travaux n’a été entrepris depuis. Après leur avoir signalé à notre tour, ils nous ont simplement proposé d’envoyer quelqu’un pour « réparer », alors que c’est toute la cabine qui doit être remplacée. Il est aberrant qu’ils tentent d’effectuer une réparation de fortune pendant notre séjour, alors qu’ils étaient déjà au courant de la situation. La gestion de cet appartement est clairement médiocre. En tant qu’utilisateur régulier de Booking, j’espère que la plateforme prendra les mesures nécessaires pour exiger que ce logement fasse enfin l’objet de travaux indispensables.

Lo único que entendemos deben mejorar es la ducha, debido a que los cristales de las puertas no se quedan en su sitio y el agua se sale hacia el resto del baño. Por eso le doy 9 y no 10 A parte de eso, todo estuvo muy bien.
• Niccola (4/5): - The flat was clean and in a very good central location The bed was terrible and with a bad back it made for some uncomfortable sleeps. Also the church bells go off every 30 minutes and throughout the night. At midnight it rings 12 times. If you enjoy your sleep consider somewhere else. I left behind my earbuds by mistake and the hotel company is still waiting for the cleaning company to return them. I requested to pick them up or pay for shipping to Madrid since Tuesday morning and today is Friday and I am still waiting. They keep saying the cleaning company has them. I departed to go back to Canada today on Friday and still am unable to get them. Not sure if they just want to keep them as they are expensive Bose. That made for a poor experience with the customer service. Maybe a hotel would be a better choice for next time. Lesson learned

• Carole (10/5): Perfect! - The property was exactly as described. It was very spacious and beautifully presented. Location was convenient and central to everything. Lovely view over the SAN Francisco square. A standout out feature was the little extras - a package including tea bags and coffee capsules, sugar, and even a small bottle of oil. Another package contained everything you need for kitchen clean up. Especially notable was the inclusion of detergent for the washing machine. I’ve stayed in other apartments across Spain without these inclusions so for longer stays this was very thoughtful. Every appliance you might possibly want was included in the kitchen - juicers, blenders, hotplate, microwave and kettle as well as large fridge. Overall, this has probably been one the best studios I’ve found across Spain and my travels across Europe.and represents great value. Nada
• Hidenori (10/5): - The fanciest hotel apartment in terms of the space. Spacious, bright, with a fantastic balcony. High-quality beddings. Location can't be better for major attractions. Upon booking via Booking.com, you keep getting the wrong link to register. I have communicated that to the hotel. This doesn't affect my rating, but the balcony is facing a busy square with all sorts of activities. Highly recommend for people who like that kind of energy, but not so much for people looking for quiet comfort in the evening.

• Başak (9/5): - The apartment was in a very central location, spacious, airy and nicely decorated. Since I was working during my stay, the internet connection was good. The kitchen facilities were quite sufficient, the terrace was nice, thank you Although I arrived later than the check-in time, cleaning was still in progress, and I waited for about an hour in front of the room. The host addressed the issue right away, but it was not a pleasant experience

We had a hire car and public parking was very close also. It was on the first floor and overlooked a public square. This was the best accomodation we had for the entire 2 months of our European holiday. In comparrison to our other accomodation, this stay was almost perfect. The only suggestion would be some bedside tables.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally well located—right in the heart of Seville, just steps away from everything. Despite being so central, it was peaceful and relaxing, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The space was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville! The sound of the cathedral bells was the only slight inconvenience, but even that felt like a charming reminder of Seville’s rich history and timeless atmosphere… an authentic part of the experience.

The location couldn’t have been more central—everything we needed was right on our doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout. One of the highlights was the private terrace above—it was such a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the views. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! It’s not even a complaint, but we lost power for a short time, but I messaged the team and they were onto it immediately.
• Maram (4/5): Disappointing - I was contacted by the property telling me that they had to close & they moved us to somewhere else! for me it was a shock TBH as the apartment was hard to reach by car & we had to park by the street to unload our luggage! the bathroom was small and the shower as well! & there was a note informing us that the hot water in the shower will be running for 11 minutes & then the heater will take 2 hours! there were homeless around the area! it was so scary for me & I couldn't sleep well as there was noise all night long! I was very thankful to leave this property

The roof terrace was fabulous, well looked after and lovely sunny warm place in mid January. No cloths for drying dishes. Apparently a hygiene issue but unusual for rentals.

• David (9/5): Comfortable, stylish, superbly located. - The location could not be bettered - central, lovely view, yet high above the crowd and lively street noise. The apartment is stylish and very comfortable - they get all the major things right. Just a few small things that could easily be fixed - no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo ( tricky!), no ice making compartment in the otherwise ample fridge (I needed an ice pack for a sprained ankle, and had to go begging for ice to the bar next door). Main door code was long and a bit of a worry to remember. But don't hesitate to stay there!

The bed was so comfortable with lovely bedding. The bathroom is elegant with lots of little touches like shower gel, hairdryer and lots of towels! A small kitchen area and a comfy sofa with the best view made it an ideal stay for us. Nothing. We’d return in a heartbeat. Yes, a bit of noise but you’re in the centre of Seville - it’s expected. Pack your ear plugs and you’ll be fine.

• Jordan (1/5): The perfect apartment ruined bu the Bells and a drain smell. - I wanted to love this place, the apartment itself is great, in a great location, has everything you need and the bed is comfy. Two things entirely ruined our stay: 1) THE BELLS!!! This place is situated a stone's throw from the city hall, and very close to the cathedral, both of which have bells. These bells, sound like they are in the apartment, and during the holiday period (Jan 5th -8th) rang ALL NIGHT LONG, every 30 mins, we did not sleep at all. Secondly, there is a really bad smell from the drains that fills the apartment, maintenance came to 'fix' it, by putting standard drain cleaner down the shower, which helped for all of an hour (he said it would last 5 days). The team refused to move us and insisted every day that the bells would likely stop the following night. It felt torturous honestly, ZERO sound proofing.
