• Karina (8/5): Comfortable stay - Nice apartment on the whole, although on the expensive side. We visited over the Easter break. The pics make the apartment seem bigger than it is but it was enough space for 3 people and there were 2 bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. There were enough towels and pillows. Both the a/c and heating worked. It is located in a quiet area (there was some roadworks going on one morning and some 'pulling chair' noise from someone in the above apartment a few times but otherwise it was fine). Main landmarks are within walking distance - most are within 20-30 mins walk. Communication was great, the management is very responsive. The TV remote was missing but after contacting them, they did bring one the next morning although it was Easter Sunday. The bathroom door in the en-suite bedroom did not shut. I think someone else mentioned it before in a review and yet nothing has been done to get it fixed. Only a few tea bags and a few coffee pods were provided for 3 people for a 4-nights stay. Only my dad used the tea bags and by the 3rd day, there was none left. When I asked if we can get a few more, I was told to go buy them at the supermarket. This was frustrating as I did ask before my stay whether there were coffee, tea, and sugar in the apartment. If not, we would have brought our own. I was told they were offered as part of a welcome pack but they didn't mention that it won't be enough. It would have been good to have instructions on site on how to use the oven/hob.

Da luminosidade na casa para quem dorme no sofá-cama e da limpeza, que era insuficiente, com pratos sujos nos armários (convinha verificar) e alguma sujidade acumulada nos cantos. Quantidade de detergente da loiça reduzido.

• Zoey (9/5): Brill apartment, clean and well priced - It was clean and around 20 mins from the center. The apartment was comfy and well equipped. The communication was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing - we would have liked an extra mirror but that’s the only fault!

Seville was just magical during Christmas season. - Beautiful, quiet place situated close to all main attractions in Seville, walking distance to all restaurants, churches, and shops. The apartment was very clean, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable, and kitchen was well stacked. Owner was extremely nice and responded quickly to our messages. Everything was great, no complains.

• Mónica (10/5): Muy bien - Muy céntrico en una zona tranquila. Muy bonito y moderno. Un apartamento muy cómodo. Faltaba un sitio en la ducha para poner los jabones. El armario de la habitación de 2 camas es muy incómodo de usar, apenas hay espacio para las maletas en esa habitación. La insonorización no es demasiado buena

Hard to drive through the narrow streets with a big vehicle. Recommend to stop just 50m before you reach the apartment and unload luggage from there. Virgin Lujan Parking garage was the best choice for our SUV with roofbox. Use the app Parclick

• Charles (5/5): Passable - Location and spacious staff responded quickly for requests. Hot in one of the bedrooms and can’t sleep, shower temperature keeps changing tendering very hot or very cold.
• Juliet (9/5): Lovely modern apartment in a great location - I travelled to Seville for a weekend break with 3 friends. The apartment was a perfect size for our group with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a decent size sofa bed in the living room. It was well equipped and very clean. Location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the old town with easy access to the monuments and the restaurant area. Check in was friendly with good early communication. Also queries via booking.com app in advance of trip were responded to quickly. An extra mirror in either the living / dining room or twin bedroom would have been helpful for slightly larger guest size.

Seville is very flat which makes it very easy for walking around. Lots of good quality food from cafe to restaurant grade. Prices very acceptable. A lovely city and the weather was very kind for early February.

• Hhkkg (4/5): Nice apartment but seriously lacks in many ways - Location is good in the fact that you are close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It's between a 10-15 minute walk to each city attraction. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and the space was adequate for our family of 5. The management company is quick to respond. What we noticed upon entering was how dark the apartment is. This has been mentioned by previous guests. The brightness of the apartment they showcase in their pictures is not reality. The management company really should change the light fixtures in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. It is an inexpensive solution since natural lighting is very limited in this apartment. The door handle to the front door was broken and could only be opened from inside with a key. They gave us 1 set of keys and I immediately brought it to their attention we needed another set because this was a danger to any family members choosing to stay behind in the apartment while a few of us explored the city. The lady who met us at the apartment for the walk through called her company and was instructed to give us her extra set of keys so problem was solved. Storage in the main bedroom was a bit limited as they stuffed all the drawers with their inventory of towels and bedding. For an apartment that accommodates 6 people they had a very small fry pan. I communicated this issue and a new large fry pan was delivered the next day. Lots of their dishes were chipped and their main kitchen IKEA knife was extremely dull and could barely cut an orange. Another issue that has been mentioned by previous guests is their clogged sink drains and broken sink stopper in the bathroom. This is a matter they can easily fix and don't understand why it's ignored. The exhaust fan in the hall bathroom was broken. Supplies they give you is allotted to 1 laundry detergent soap, 1 dishwasher soap, 1 trash can liner, and 1 small pouch for handwashing dishes. If you don't plan to use the kitchen then this is not a problem. As a family of 5 we had to purchase more laundry soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. In the 25 countries we have traveled since August 2020, we have always been supplied enough to last our stay but this company only provides a starter kit.

• Judith (7/5): We had a lovely 3 nights in Seville and the accommodation was conveniently located for all attractions we wanted to visi - The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. It was centrally located and only a short walk to most of the city attractions (Approx 10mins to La Giralda). The representatives were easily contactable and very helpful when needed. As we arrived on an early flight, they accommodated early access to the property to enable us to leave our cases and go out and explore the city until the apartment was ready. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective but was ok for the early June temperatures. The mattresses were a little too hard for us

• Edyta (1/5): Only bad feelings after stay in this place. - The apartment was renovated. It is 15 min walk to Old City. - From 2-nd day we had only cold water. The answer from Property was that we should reset the boiler, but boiler was still not working. We sent photos of boiler with error message to Property and told that there is still only cold water. We tried to google the error message, and it was showing us that there is no gas coming to boiler and plumber should come to repair. On last day we didn't have warm water either. - the remote control for TV was not working, no TV. We sent message in the morning, in the night we got answer that they can send somebody without telling when. It was already very late, they had the whole day to fix this, but didn't do anything and we should leave next day. - the sofa is not comfortable to sleep, - both sofa and armchair needs deep cleaning. The members of our group were not happy with this accommodation and ask to get a discount. When there is 32-35C outside and you have no warm water, you don't have any comfort to stay. This is also a big problem. No discount was sent to us and they don't answer us anymore. The boiler should be repair or replace, not push problem for the Guests. We came for short vacation and we are not plumbers to fix your boiler. EDIT - regarding your answer. You offered us in written 10% discount and you did received 2 messages from us via this system (marked as DELIVERED) asking why you didn't send money back as you promised (you also got our Bizum ). You were well informed. Now it is almost 4 weeks since our check-in date. We waited 14 days before we contacted this portal first time asking for help and after that we left you review. So please, do not write that you did not receive messages, because that is so much NOT correct. Reg. Tv - your first message that you can send somebody was coming in the night and no info when. Next day we should leave, so no TV either.

We heard almost no noise for the three nights we were here. Ángela met us and welcomed us to the apartment. She showed us everything we needed and gave us a list of recommendations around town. I would happily book this apartment again!
