• Alex Yap (10/5): The perfect apartment in Kemi - We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Niina’s apartment in Kemi. The apartment was exceptionally clean upon check-in and felt very homely and comfortable — a perfect place to relax during winter. The location is excellent, right in the town centre at Keskuspuistokatu. It is especially convenient for winter activities, as the Icebreaker tour pick-up point is right next door at Hotel Merihovi. Shops, restaurants, and daily amenities are all within easy walking distance. Niina is an outstanding host who truly goes the extra mile. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts such as sparkling wine, chocolates, and sweets, and she also kindly helped arrange our transport to the train station. Thank you, Niina, for your warm hospitality and for making our Christmas stay so memorable. Highly recommended! Nothing

• Oksana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Clean, neat, stylish and cozy. Very comfortable beds and. The kitchen has everything, equipped with new appliances, tea, coffee. Special thanks for the welcoming compliment from the owner (delicious marmalade and a bottle of wine). The owner is very welcoming and attentive. Check-in and check-out is very easy. • Amelia (10/5): Very homey and clean flat that matched description. - We stayed in this apartment over Christmas and it had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking our Christmas dinner and everything else in the flat to make the stay feel like home. Niina is so lovely and helpful from when we booked the property to after we left. She helped us with transport and knowledge about the town. Her recommendations were very appreciated and she even put up a Christmas tree in the living room.
