The location was fantastic so we accessed our apartment throughout the day for short breaks with our kids. The manager was great with recommendations and providing help with the train strike. I would definitely stay here again.

• Nick (10/5): Geweldig!! - Wat ik het leukste vond behalve het appartement op zich, wat echt de moeite waard is, was de communicatie van Dalida. Dit was wat mij betreft een echte meerwaarde. De ontvangst was super. Italianen die zich excuseren omdat ze denken dat ze niet super Engels spreken maar dat eigenlijk echt perfect doen. De accomodatie alsook de locatie was geweldig. Echt niets op aan te merken. Ik zou hier zeker direct terug boeken. Niets, alles maar dan ook echt alles is aanwezig om een super leuk verblijf te hebben in deze accomodatie. Wanneer we terug naar Florence gaan zal dit zeker de eerste accomodatie zijn die ik terug opzoek om opnieuw te boeken.

• Guest (10/5): Surpasse nos attentes! - Malgré l’espace restreint, tout dans cet appartement était bien pensé. Fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 ! Les lieux étaient très propres et l’accueil très personnalisé. Air climatisé fut apprécié compte-tenu de la température extérieure . L’adresse de l’appartement est idéal pour visiter Florence à pied. They were in touch prior to the stay, helped us with parking our vehicle and made great dinner recommendations. The amenities inside the unit were great and it was very clean! Overall, an amazing stay!
• Shek (9/5): Great location, very very well maintained. - It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in upkeeping and maintaining this property. From the decoration, furnishing, kitchen tools, to how clean and new this property is. You also cannot beat this location. In a city like Florence it really pays to stay close to the Duomo as everything is within walking distance from here. It's so nice to be always within a 5-10 min walk to the hotel which afforts the flexibility of taking a mid-day break from the summer heat whenever you want. The room is not super spacious for a family of 4, especially with the sofa bed out. We don't feel cramped, but I wouldn't call it spacious either. The bath room is good sized though.

• Kimberly (10/5): Le Cinque is the perfect place in the perfect location - I didn’t leave a review as quickly as I wanted because we traveled around a bit after our stay at Le Cinque. Now that our travels are over, I wanted to let everyone know if you are looking for a place to stay in Florence do not look any further. Le Cinque is the perfect place to stay, it exceeded our expectations! Dalida was such a gracious host. She was so responsive and answered any questions we had. We asked for early check in, she said she’d let me know a day or 2 before our stay if she could accommodate that, she got back to me and told me our place would be ready in time for our arrival which after a very long day of traveling was very much appreciated. Dalida was waiting for us as we pulled up in our taxi which was very welcoming. They helped us upstairs with our luggage and Dalida showed us around the apartment. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the apartments everything was so clean and it smelled very clean. Everything is newer and very well appointed. All the extra touches were very much appreciated, they left us fresh fruit, water, chocolates, pastries, jam etc. Dalida said if there were things we were interested in doing she could help us book those. When we asked for extra towels late one night she was able to get us more. She ordered us a taxi to get us to the train station upon our departure. There is nothing you need here, once you arrive you have everything you need. The location couldn’t be more perfect, you step out of the apartment into the streets of Florence and everything is just steps away. Le Cinque was the perfect place for our family of 5 during our time in Florence. We will definitely be back! Thank you Dalida for making our stay so enjoyable and for all the extra touches! The one bathroom is a little tight on space but very nicely done so it’s workable. One suggestion I’d have is to leave more towels especially if someone’s stay is longer than 2 days but Dalida was very accommodating in getting us extra towels when asked/needed.

Very central and surrounded by lots of attractions and restaurants. The flats are very clean and have everything you could need. They are also incredible value for money for size and location. Excellent communication and welcome. Because of its central location there was no where to park and unload the car (I don't advise taking a car to Florence!) And the stairs up were a little steep plus no lift. Not a problem for us but something that might be worth noting for others who prefer a lift.

• Richelle (9/5): Perfect location and excellent place to stay - If you're in Florence and need accommodation, Le Cinque Lampade Florence Suites is the best place to stay! It’s close to everything, and the accommodation is excellent. The host, Dalida, is amazing—helpful, accommodating, and provides outstanding customer service. If it’s your first time in Florence and you're arriving by train with luggage, I recommend contacting Dalida in advance to book a taxi for you. In Florence, taxis must be called through an operator as there are no taxi ranks around the city. I highly recommend this place, and when I visit Florence again, I will definitely stay here—only longer!
• Fraser (7/5): Lovely location. Great apartment fora couple of days - The location is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were excellent. It is very small. It is fine for a couple but would be very cramped for any more people. The kitchen has no oven or microwave so food cannot be heated except in a pot.
• Kannan (10/5): Perfect location in front of the 5 lamps (cinque lampade) and a Carrfour market across the street. - The location is fantastic. You can see the Duomo’s walls as soon as you step outside the building with the apartment. It’s an easy walk to all the sites of Florence. Nothing to dislike about it.
• Filaretos (10/5): Fantastic accommodation from a very welcoming host - The property was exceptionally well looked after, clean and had all the amenities anybody would need. The host was incredibly accommodating and clearly cares for their guests. Convenient and safe location with all the attractions within walking distance. That we didn’t stay longer :) we will return!

The apartment is equipped with smart TVs, toiletries, adapter and hair dryer, kettle, coffee machine, and refrigerato. It also has plenty of windows and natural light, and despite being in a central location, the windows are soundproofed. It was a wonderful stay, and I sincerely appreciate the gift that Dalida gave us from a local artisan. I highly recommend this location for your visit in Florence. I hope to be back soon. Nothing. It was perfect.
