Shauni (7/5): - Goede bedden, goed geïsoleerd tegen geluid, proper, mooie sauna, prachtige ligging aan de zwemplas en kasteel (wij kwamen tijdens de winter en was dit omgetoverd tot een gezellige schaatsbaan). Handig dat er een restaurant is beneden. Het is allemaal erg nieuw, maar toch karaktervol ingericht. Je kan altijd binnen met de badges die je krijgt. Je krijgt nieuwe handdoeken tijdens het midden van de week als je 7 dagen of langer verblijft. In Ladis is er geen gratis skishuttle zoals in andere skigebieden, dus het hotel biedt gratis een eigen skishuttle aan in de ochtend, na het skiën dien je wel terug te wandelen. Je kan via het hotel skilockers huren aan de skilift beneden aan een bepaalde prijs. Voor sommigen een pluspunt, maar voor ons toch een minpunt: je moest veel dingen op voorhand via de app doorgeven, wat ons minder vrijheid gaf om at-the-moment beslissingen te nemen. Het ontbijt is geen ontbijtbuffet, maar je moest een soort beperkte menu kiezen ofwel een broodlevering. Dit stond niet zo duidelijk aangegeven bij het boeken. Er stond ergens tussen de faciliteiten 'zwembad', maar dit is betalend, tussen bepaalde uren, in het hotel ernaast. Dit was ook niet duidelijk beschreven bij de boeking.
Marc (9/5): - Schöne Zimmer. Schöner Saunabereich inkl. kostenlosen Getränken. Die Gastgeberin bietet morgens einen kostenlosen Shuttle zur Skipiste an. Brötchen können zum Frühstück am Vortag bestellt werden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Im Saunabereich wurde oft sehr laut geredet. Manche Gäste haben sich mit dem blanken Gesäß auf das Holz gesetzt. Eventuell sollten den Gästen beim Check-In die Regeln explizit beschrieben werden.

De complete service van de eigenaren en het personeel, zoals de shuttleservice, het regelen van de skipassen en lockers, de broodjesservice, de parkeerplaatsen. Het prima restaurant en de sauna! Niets.

Annemieke (8/5): Heerlijke vertoeven met lieve gastvrouw! - Het is erg schoon en mooi. Mooi uitzicht! Alles goed verzorgd. Liggen handdoeken en badjassen voor je klaar. Ruime douches en ruime bedden. En heerlijke restaurant waar je evt ontbijt kunt eten elke dag maar ook diner. Met kerstavond heerlijke fondue gehad! Elke ochtend een schuttel serves naar de gondel/ depot (welke gloed nieuw is). Terug lopen is een kleine 10 min prima te doen ook voor de kleintjes! Susanne en personeel werkt elke dag kei hard. Heb ze 8 dagen gezien en elke keer weer met net zo vee enthousiasme! Soms wat gehorig!

Tuija (9/5): Relaxation and amazing view to the castle - Sauna was excellent and new, we enjoyed it every day. View from sauna department to the castle was unbelievable. The rooms and beds were very good, too. We used the opportunity to move with ski lifts from the village to village, which was new experience for us. Sauna department has a great balkon, but no chairs there. Few chairs and small table would be a great amendment for enjoyment of the view.
