Fantastic location so close to the lake, restaurants and places of interest. Also conveniently very close to a convenience store for cold drinks, snacks and essentials . Unfortunately the kitchen is undergoing renovations at the moment so there is no bar/cafe/snacks. This was disappointing , only that it would have been nice to have somewhere other than our room to relax on return to the hotel . However we were offered breakfast at the sister hotel and escorted by motorbike or on foot to enjoy an extensive breakfast menu .

Unser Zimmer war sauber und der Komfort war top.Ein riesiges Lob geht an das gesamte Hotelpersonal, besonders an Herrn Dave! Er war nett und hat uns bei der Auswahl und Buchung unserer Tagestouren unterstützt. Da wir sehr früh angereist sind, konnten wir gegen einen fairen Aufpreis einen unkomplizierten Early Check-in nutzen – das war nach der Reise Gold wert.Da die Küche wegen kurzfristig renoviert wurde, gab es vor Ort kein Frühstück. Das Hotel hat das aber gut gelöst und uns vorab zwei Optionen angeboten: Entweder einen fairen Rabatt auf den Zimmerpreis oder ein kostenloses Frühstück im nahegelegenen Partnerhotel. Wir haben uns für den Rabatt entschieden – ein super Service! Für diesen Preis ist das Hotel einfach gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die gebuchte Tagestour: Der Zwischenstopp in einer Fabrik hätte nicht sein müssen. Dort wurden uns nur Produkte gezeigt, damit wir sie kaufen. Wir haben einen Ausflug gebucht und keine Shopping-Tour. Das war schade.Trotzdem würden wir wegen des tollen Hotels definitiv wiederkommen!

• Jake (8/5): Great hotel in a perfect location near Hoàn Kiếm Lake - - Great location near Hoàn Kiếm Lake - Easy to find and staff were very welcoming and friendly - Room was clean, air con worked great and beds were comfy. - There is 1 lift in the hotel so a couple of times I had to wait a few minutes for it to get to me but no issues. - It took me a while to get a decent temperature in the shower as it seemed to take a while for the temperatures from each tap to adjust.

• Bek (10/5): Great place! - Our hotel manager Dave and his colleagues were extremely helpful and actually helped us improve our entire trip in Vietnam by organizing transfers for us between cities we visited. There was a girl also at the front desk who was a trainee but she was extremely helpful and friendly, we enjoyed talking to her an learning about Vietnam! Our hotel room didn’t have a window but that’s because booked the budget room.

Spacious, clean, cozy, and complete with great amenities like comfortable beds, strong WiFi, minibar, air conditioning, and a relaxing seating area. The location was also super convenient, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. What truly made this stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and very accommodating from check-in until checkout. Huge shout-out to Dave and the whole team for going above and beyond to take care of us. Our flight was very early in the morning, and they even prepared breakfast for us before we left. That small gesture meant a lot and made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended if you want comfort, great service, and people who genuinely care about their guests. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Rosana (9/5): Una ecuación buena precio-calidad, con un personal muy atento y unas instalaciones limpias y cómodas - La ubicación es muy buena y estando cerca de todo el silencio en la habitación fue excelente para poder descansar. Todo el personal con muy buena atención de manera permanente. No pudieron ofrecernos el desayuno que estaba incluido pero a cambio podíamos ir a desayunar a otro hotel al que ellos mismos nos trasladaron en moto. Se agradece el gesto y el desayuno fue espectacular con unas vistas de ese otro hotel muy lindas. Si bien la ducha comparte espacio con el inodoro no fue un problema xq todo se secaba solo rápidamente. Quizás lo único raro era no tener ventana pero estuvimos tan poco el el hotel que solo por la mañana se sentía extraño no amanecer con luz natural.

We made the mistake of turning it off when leaving the room, and it took a very long time to cool down at night as the unit isn’t too strong. This led to a pretty hot night. Let it run while you leave the room.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind schön gemütlich eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Da wir etwas zu früh in Hanoi angekommen sind, konnten wir problemlos unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen und uns sogar umziehen/auffrischen, so konnten wir schon mal die Gegend erkunden bis wir einchecken konnten. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten!

• Jolanda (9/5): Goed hotel voor Hanoi; locatie is perfect; ontbijt is goed - Locatie (net buiten (5 min lopen) het hectische centrum). Vooral aanrader in het weekend want dan zijn de wegen om het meer afgesloten en is het een groot voetgangersgebied. Personeel heel behulpzaam. Tour naar Halong bay geregeld. Beetje een toerist trap - mij namelijk veel te toeristisch! Maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk ook niets aan doen; tour zelf was heel goed geregeld. Personeel is echt heel zorgzaam en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed geregeld is!! Toch wel aan de prijzige kant voor Hanoi. Ons andere hotel in Hanoi was goedkoper en deze zat midden in het centrum. Hogere prijs maar geen extra faciliteiten.

Definitely explore the area and look for hidden treasures like the pho stall in the next corridor over from the hotel entrance. It's walking distance to so much to do including the Night Market and the Note Cafe and to egg coffee shops and bahn mi carts! It's a little shocking at first to find the hotel at the end of a long corridor, but that's the architecture of Hanoi, and the inside of the hotel is fantastic with breakfast included. The staff are SUPER helpful too!

The hotel service is absolutely first-class, exceptionally thoughtful and considerate, making for a delightful stay.
