• Troy (5/5): - The location was great It was filthy, could not hang clothes, there was no washing up liquid. The TV in the room started randomly every night or early morning. The drawers in the bathroom were filthy, my wife had to clean it before we used it and no bathroom shampoo, conditioner etc, had 1 used bottles of someone's by the looks

• Berrick (8/5): - Location, facilities, cleanliness. Hot bedroom, no air conditioning in the bedroom. Reception would not give us after hours gate code even though they knew we were staying there. You had to go completely around the block to get to the front door for key card access. The gate code should be on list in the room with Wifi details etc.

• Tina (9/5): Good location. Lovely stay - Great location. Close to cafes, surf club and restaurants. Walking distance for all. Lovely staff good communication. Spa bath was nice and relaxing. Nice there were extra blankets to use. It was a shame the rooftop spa was not there. Would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom.
• Marianne (6/5): Not what I had anticipated sadly as no hot tub - It was immaculately clean. Easy parking with lift access. Close to the beach and shops. There was NO hot tub nor dishwasher as stated in the booking.com blurb. As a disabled older woman unable to use a beach, I was looking forward to my private hot tub, like the neighbouring units had on the roof. There was a small spa bath in the bathroom which would accommodate one person. In addition the resort pool was closed because of a chlorine dump.

Smelly and just gross for over $300 a night this is horrific The staff are rude and refuse to acknowledge the filth the huge sign on the fridge with directions to the roof top spa leads you to a grubby spot on a roof where the spa once was and ... someone stole the bedroom t.v Don't expect to hang your clothes cause the hangers and robe are black with filth and the spare blanket smells like something died on it but they do kindly supply a bible I did have to clean the floor to walk across it ... pics to prove everything attached
