- Richard (10/5): A spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a fabulous location on the harbour. - Well fitted out, with elements of the original warehouse retained within modern build. Luxury touches and extras such as drinks and snacks included. Great location on the harbour. Flexible host allowed us late checkout.

Kitchen stocked with many essentials and a bottle of wine and some extras was a nice touch. Dishwasher wasn't working and 2nd bedroom was quite small as was the only bathroom in the unit.

Excellent location - next to the wharf which is very picturesque and lots of restaurants and 5 min walk to the shopping area. 2. Very big, clean and well decorated apartment, and very comfortable to stay 3. Excellent heating system in cold weather. 4. Owner generously prepares lots of condiment and drinks and dairy products 5. Kitchen is well equipped. 6. Living and dining area furniture and beds are of high quality and comfortable 7. Intelligence home with voice control. 8. Spacious parking and ease of access. 9. A small study area where family members can charge their phones and other appliances - very tidy and convenient, One shower with toilet at Level 2 but only 1 toilet (without shower) at Level 1. So when come to showering, family of 4 need to take turn and wait a while.

The bedrooms in the loft above weren’t walled off and you could hear everything within the whole unit. One awake all awake. Eg could hear the kettle boil, quiet talking etc
The seating in the lounge was disjointed.

Facilities in the apartment were excellent and kitchen was extremely well appointed and stocked. A great place to chill out or socialise. Free and convenient parking was a bonus. Perfect location, few minutes only from great bars, restaurants and the docks.
Great size for a family of four with comfy beds. Really quiet and no neighbour or street noise.
We were so happy and surprised to have yummy snacks and Tasmanian Sparkling Wine, beers and soft drinks included for us to enjoy.
Very lucky to have a car park to use.
The heating was great and warm for a winter stay.
We didn’t do much cooking of meals but everything utensil wise was provided. Really handy to have condiments, oils and spices to use. Everything was great, however was a bright light from corridor shining into the apartment and master bedroom that the blinds didn’t quite cover enough . For those who love to sleep with a dark room might find this frustrating.

- Andrew (3/5): Poor - Very good kitchen and sitting area. Good location. The apartment is basically one room with two "bedrooms" separated from the living area, and each other, by one metre tall glass partitions. It is impossible for someone to sleep in one "bedroom" whilst someone else is reading, talking, or watching TV in another room. The light and the noise would prevent them from sleeping. When one person goes to bed all the other will need to go to bed as well. Similarly, when one person gets up, they will probably wake everyone.
The apartment is set up with "smart" tech, making it very complicated to do anything.without downloading the apartment guide. Simple light switches, normal TVs, etc. don't need a customer to learn new ways of using ordinary equipment. For short stays a simple, "dumb" approach is a lot more customer friendly

And excellent base in Hobart Air conditioning on lower level excellent and fan in main bedroom really useful in hot weather but 2nd bedroom could do with a fan of its own.
