• Sam C (5/5): - The room was clean and functional-ish The location isn't great, in quite a run-down neighbourhood with lots of noise. The room is located at the back of a house and the occupants were performing lots of noisy garden work during the day (chainsaws). But what I struggled with most is the lack of privacy/sense of being cooped up. All windows are frosted because they look into a small alley used by the occupants of the primary house. The place is small, like REALLY small, quite hard to function with suitcases and no cupboards. The kitchen was also like semi-equipped it was a bit strange. The washer dryer performed the wash function but not the dry, leaving me with a bunch of damp clothes. I think this place is passable if you're staying one night with a carry-on but I wouldn't reccomend otherwise. Also quite hard to access central london, multiple busses and train changes.

• Juan José (6/5): - El estudio ests en barrio tranquilo, con metro linea jubilee cerca 10 min andando, bien conectado con el centro em unos 30 min. Esta todo bastante nuevo , limpio y cama muy comoda. El alojamiento esta en un patio interior por lo que es dicifil encontrar. Ademas es super pequeño y no tienes espacio para nada, el lababo es una miniatura y no te puedes ni lavar la cara. Esta todo el suelo del pasillo de entrada en obras levantado, y con contedores de las obras en la misma puerta y da mala impresion. Pedi factura de la estancia y no me lo facilitaron.

• Chris (8/5): Great stay for Wembley trip. - Great location and set in a very safe private place. Communications by the host were good. I was disappointed that when we booked there were hidden damage waiver fees charged

• Jack (8/5): Absolutely excellent, I would definitely stay here again. - The location was perfect! A short walk to the train station with a bus stop at the end of the road. Only one train stop away from Wembley Stadium as well making it perfect for gigs and football. The accomodation was small but really well thought out. It had everything you needed from accomodation. Perfect for solo travelling or with another person. Not a lot really but if I were to "nitpick", there was a slight smell of damp initially when we arrived but that subsided over time. There was also unwashed cutlery and mugs, easily fixed by washing them myself with facilities provided.

Había muchos cubos de basura fuera en la entrada y mucha basura tirada y apenas podíamos entrar al apartamento. Creo que eso es algo que deberían de arreglar ya que da un aspecto muy malo al alojamiento.

• Sohini (6/5): Average - The property was clean. However, the location of the property was weird. There are no signs outside. At night I had to struggle for more than half an hour to search for it. There was this one kind lady who helped me in asking people to find the exact location. I would say mainly the location. Also because it’s on the ground floor, I didn’t feel it was super safe. Also there was no one to help you. It’s mostly self check in. However, the owner could have left better instructions.

• Luca (10/5): Great stay! - Really convenient and well thought out. Just minutes from the train and bus station, so getting to central London was quick and easy. The space felt safe, quiet, and had all the essentials.

• Juliana (9/5): Convenient and Safe space. I enjoyed my stay. - The proximity, location is close to train and bus station which makes travel to central London very convenient. And every amenity needed was provided. Bathroom was small but manageable
• Yvonne (2/5): Would never stay here again. - Small, well-kitted out and close to my family. I had no heating for 6 days (from Saturday when I arrived until Thursday when I was provided with a radiator). The bed mattress was uneven, uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. Access to the building was by a large number of bins from the multiple occupancy main house. They were over spilling, laying haphazardly, nappies on the ground, broken glass, litter and an old mattress. Getting support was time consuming and slow. Twice I was told there would be a refund but nothing was offered. No further contact.

• Dominica (10/5): Perfect little apartment for solo travellers - It's a lovely little apartment that's perfect for a solo traveller. It's only 10 minutes walk from Neasden tube station, which offers Jubilee line services, offering an easy access to the city centre. The apartment was very clean, it had everything what I needed. There's an electric heater that heats up the place very quickly, so it's also cosy on a cold day. The price that you see isn't the final one. There's either a deposit to pay at £250 or you can choose a waiver of £25. I opted for a waiver. I have no problems with it, the waiver is totally fine, but it would be good to know about these extras before booking. I didn't know about it being an acceptable practice (asking for an extra deposit), so when Olivia, the property owner messaged me, that before sharing property access details, I need to pay the deposit and shared a link, which has been automatically removed by Bookingdotcom platform, I became very suspicious, especially that the platform automatically displayed a warning not to click on any external links. I phoned Bookingdotcom support and they advised not to worry. To cut the long story short, it all did work out in the end, I paid the waiver. As I said, I was ok to do it, however it would be better to include that information in the listing description, to avoid people complaining and getting bad reviews, because of this, especially that the place is really lovely.

• Ivan (6/5): It was pleasant overall. - I liked the price I didn’t like that the property holds a lot of humidity, the extraction system in the toilet is very poor and the bed was broken on the left side so on the mattress on that side you can feel a hole. Mi phone fell on the right side of the bed multiple times so I after moving the bed I found a lot of dust under the bed an a lot of condensation.
• Alžbeta (8/5): Very good - Conveniently equipped one bedroom apartment, it has all that you need for short stay. If there is couple staying, then the bed might be not that comfy - one side is clearly sat on and gives you down hill feeling. But for one person the bed will be fine.
