Nieminen (9/5): We really enjoyed the place and the location and having breakfasts in. - Having an entry code was so much better than a key and it worked perfectly. Everything we needed was provided. The area seemed very safe and we were able to walk to most places we needed other than the grocery store or our excursions outside of the downtown area. We were not thrilled with the parking lot the pass was provided for. The location was great but there were several homeless people about which made us feel somewhat uneasy. Also we were not sure if we could park the vehicle there overnight and when I spoke to another customer there about it, he said he would not because of the homeless nearby.
