Péssima limpeza, geladeira nao estava gelando bem, perdemos várias coisas, leite, comida, ate o congelador é ruim, Internet Wi-Fi não funcionou, ainda bem que todos tinham e a cidade tem cobertura 5G, tentei resolver e nao consegui, descarga do banheiro estava estragada e fazendo muito barulho, os ventiladores nao tem regulagem de velocidade, o apartamento precisa urgentemente de uma reforma
