• Bruno (7/5): No es para 5 - Excelentemente ubicado Se menciona como un apartamento para 5 y no lo es. En el sofá cama que tiene no se puede dormir. El colchón es tan fino que sentís los alambres del catre y esta hundido en el centro

• Martine (9/5): Superfijn appartement hartje centrum - Perfecte plek, hartje centrum in het winkelgebied. Fijne uitvalsbasis om de stad (lopend) te verkennen. Netjes, schoon. Prettige communicatie met de host. We waren met 4 volwassenen. Dat past wel, maar is niet erg ruim. Er is overigens geen vaatwasser (staat wel bij de faciliteiten vermeld).

• Mirosława (10/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja w pobliżu wszystkich atrakcji, bezproblemowe zameldowanie, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, klimatyzacja - działająca bardzo cicho. Bardzo czysto, mieszkanie wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty, włącznie z kapsulkami do kawy, zmywarki, pralki. Niezbyt wygodny, mocno wygnieciony materac na jednym łóżku, tylko 3 kubki na 4 osoby.

Kwaliteit van het appartement redelijk/slecht - Locatie, locatie, locatie Slechte bedden (180cm bed), slaapbank was vreselijk, veel zaken kapot, stoelen breekbaar, houtje touwtje constructies, wastafel kapot, balkondeur kon niet dicht en een herrie op straat die direct hoorbaar was in de slaapkamers. Max. 4 personen
• Inma (10/5): apartamento centrico con todo lo necesario - Apartamento que tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. Además está muy bien situado, en el centro, cerca de las setas de Sevilla. Si volvemos a Sevilla ya sabemos donde alojarnos.

• Secci (5/5): Profiteren van de locatie veel veel te prijzig !!!!!! - Locatie was perfect , echt top . Het appartementje mag echt dringend een opfrisbeurt krijgen !!!! Keuken : er zijn afwas blokjes maar geen afwasmachine, geen keuken handdoeken , koffiezet vier capsules aanwezig we waren met vijf , na dag 1 werkte het toestel al niet meer . Rekje om was op te hangen valt bijna uit elkaar en strijkijzer stampt nog van de middeleeuwen . Om deur te beveiligen loopt gewoon over de grond achter de spoelbak bij de kraan ???!!!!. Living : stoelen valt je bijna door en je mag er niet tegen leunen of je valt naar beneden . Zetel : geen plaats voor vijf man misschien voor hoogstens drie ?! Je mag het kastje van onder de tv en boven niet aanraken want valt gewoon naar beneden . Tv : internet werkt traag en tv is aan de zeer kleine kant . Badkamer : je kan je moeilijk draaien , douche ziet er mooi in maar als je aan de kanten kijkt mag de siliconen echt opnieuw gespoten worden , graag iets meer wc rollen twee voor vijf man voor drie dagen is echt veel te weinig ! En de aanwezigheid van een wc borstel is geen overbodige luxe . Hanger voor de handdoeken valt bijna naar beneden en afzuiging in geen luxe ! Slaapkamers : betonnen kussen je wordt gebroken wakker en veel te klein enkel voor mini mensen .
• madariaga (7/5): - La ubicacion era perfecta. Instrucciones para entrada muy comodas y deferencia por parte del propietario para permititnos dejar las mochilas tras el check in. En general, todo correcto La casada sólo para 4 perdonas ya que la cama del sofá es impracticable., muy muy incómoda. Faltan enchufes y hay un cable en la entrada q va hasta el enchufe de encima del lavano de la cocina q es, a mi parecer, muy peligroso.
• Cecilia (8/5): Muy bien ubicado - La ubicacion es lo mejor que tiene. También la atención que recibimos. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas sin costo por mediodía, de forma muy amable. El apartamento está bien pero necesita unas renovaciones (hay una silla rota, el sillón no está en su mejor momento, le faltan enchufes-estuvimos toda la estancia con el enchufe de la puerta de adelante que es automático atravesando la cocina-, el mueble del baño está quebrado). Nada que impida alojarse ahí, pero nos pareció importante transmitir estas sugerencias.

• FLORENTINA LIVIA (1/5): Lo peor de lo peor - Nada ,súper sucio y nada que ver con las fotos y toda la atención del personal fue lo peor de le peor Estaba súper sucio y nada que ver con la descripción y muy antiguo ,al llegar no teníamos ventana y todo el ruido de la calle más mosquitos más olor a tabaco que abajo hay un bar que no os podéis imaginar el olor y ruido que había ,no cuento que nos tuvimos que ir a otro sitio en plena noche con una niña pequeña ,esta habitación era para ella donde no había ventana
• LOUET (10/5): Tout équipé, emplacement idéal, très confortable - Emplacement idéal et très confortable, tout équipé. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et la proximité du centre tout en bénéficiants des Setas (et surtout du marché "Mercado del encarnation" en dessous) et autres commerces du quartier était idéal. Arrivée et départ en taxi facilités car station de taxi aux fameux Setas. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et l'équipe nous a facilité notre arrivée. Excellent contact. En plus il y a un ascenseur (idéal enfants ou bagages). Nous recommandons.

• Valentina (9/5): Appartamento centralissimo - Appartamento centralissimo, a due passi dalla Setas de Sevilla. Sotto casa si trovano negozi, supermercato, ristoranti e bar. Tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. L'appartamento è accogliente e funzionale. Doccia grande, letti comodi. Il checkin è stato semplicissimo e l'host sempre disponibile tramite messaggi. Consigliatissimo! Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo....abbiamo trovato i cuscini un pò scomodi ma è questione di abitudine quindi è del tutto soggettivo :)
• Marina (10/5): - Дуже гарне розташування, в самісінькому центрі, поруч супермаркет, дитячі майданчики . Сама квартира гарна, зручні матраси. В квартирі 5 балкончиків с гарним видом. Декілька днів було шумно, бо була футбольна гра і вночі проходили якісь вболівальники і голосно кричали, але це було не довго
• Alexandra (7/5): Bon séjour à Séville car l’emplacement est entouré de commerces - Très bon emplacement au cœur du centre ville et des rues touristiques. Appartement correctement équipé avec climatisation, un peu de vaisselle et d’ustensiles (la bouilloire n’est pas utilisable car le chargeur ne correspond pas aux prises européennes). Salle de bain pratique Les fenêtres sont fines et sans double vitrage. Le quartier étant bruyant il faut prendre cela en compte.
• Daniela (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - L' appartamento grande e ben strutturato in un' ottima posizione.A piedi si raggiunge tutti i luoghi più belli.L' aria condizionata funziona benissimo. Avere una macchina per il caffè con cialde omaggio un valore aggiunto. Non c'è la lavastoviglie.
• Saatleri (10/5): A very comfortable and well-equipped place in a perfect location — we would happily stay again. - The location was excellent — right in the heart of the city. Everything we needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. It felt like a home away from home. Nothing in particular. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

• Kieran (7/5): Good apartment in great location - Well located in the old town. Clean and comfortable. Host allowed us to leave our luggage at the property after check out. Lot of noise through the night from street below but you are in the heart of the city. No tea towels supplied. Pillows were memory foam and not to my liking.
• Oğuzcan (10/5): Exceptional - It is in a very central location, so there can be noise at night, but it is not a problem to keep this in mind when staying in a central location. Since it is central, you can walk everywhere. They also helped us keep our luggage there for a while after we left, I think I will stay here again if I go again. Thank you for everything
• Ian (9/5): Good, central place to stay in Seville. - Fantastic location, right in the centre. Easy to access tourist sites, bars and restaurants and shops. Well-equipped and clean. It’s a little small for 4 adults.
• Ian (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the centre of Seville. The communication from the hosts was good. The apartment had everything we needed for a short trip. It is noisy at night. Because it is so central there are people on the street below throughout the night, and you can hear this in the apartment. Overall the apartment is still excellent, but this is something to be aware of.

• Sadaf (7/5): Perfect location and snazzy apartment - An excellent location, central to the Las Sentas and a through road a small square and a range of retail shops and some food places. Thankfully, a lift to lug your luggage up! Great aesthetic styling and space to eat with a dining table. A compact useful kitchenette area with a washing machine. Beds were comfortable and good lighting. Shower had shampoo and body wash which you don't always have provided. It can get noisy at late night with bin collection and passing people due to it being a through road. Best to take some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. The shower was emitting cold water which we discovered was due to new boiler but the hosts responded and resolved promptly. Just note, 1 room was quite compact, but it didn't effect us as we were out most of the day and evening.

• Chantel (8/5): Overall great stay 🤠 - Good location, good space, comfy beds. Was not very much hot water in the shower, and it was a struggle to open the door with the key sometimes.
