• DANIEL NORBERTO (5/5): Imprevistos no esperados - La ubicación Se cortaba la luz en forma reiterada cuando se usaban dos hornallas juntas. El lavarropas cortaba la luz cuando se encendía y tenía la puerta con la cerradura rota, tuvo que venir un técnico para destrabar la y poder retirar la ropa lavada.

• Gaspar (10/5): Apartamento excelente y bien ubicado - Estancia excelente. El apartamento es súper cómodo, los colchones y las almohadas son de 10, se descansa de maravilla. Muy bien ubicado, con acceso rápido y fácil al metro, lo que lo hace muy práctico para moverse. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. Totalmente recomendable. Nada

• Juliette (7/5): Très bon séjour à Madrid, l’appartement était conforme à nos attentes. - Un peu excentré mais très bien desservi par le métro et les bus. Accès rapide au centre de Madrid. L’hôte très réactive. Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine adaptés pour cuisiner pour 4 personnes. Quelques recommandations de commerces de proximité et restaurants de quartier serait un plus. Le quartier est calme mais s’agissant d’un rez-de-chaussée, le passage des quelques piétons et véhicules peut gêner les personnes au sommeil léger.

• Natalia (9/5): - Komfortables Appartment, mit allem was wir gebraucht haben. Für Leute, die kochen, etwas wenig Geschirr. Wir haben nicht gekocht. War sehr sauber, mein Bett war bequem und groß genug. Für zwei Personen ( für jeden extra Schlafzimmer) hat auch der Platz ausgereicht. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, man hört Leute auf der Straße, wenn man aber die Fenster zumacht und nicht so empfindlich ist, geht's ganz gut. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Gegend ( Latina) ist nicht touristisch. Eher ruhig mit vielen Geschäften, Bäckereien etc. Für mich war es das richtige. Mal authentisches Leben in Madrid genießen, abseits der Touristenströme. Metro (Puerte del Angel) ist gleich in der Nähe, etwas weiter Metro Lago. Man kommt auch zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe ein kleiner See, Park und Fluss mit Promenade. Gerne wieder. Wir hätten gern den zweiten Schlüssel, der hat gefehlt.

Na tych par dni urcite fajn. Komunikacia celkom fajn, nie nanvsetkt otazky som dostala odpoved,ale snaha bola. Klima bola cez okno, nie standardna. To znamena,ze vsetok hluk isiel dovnutra a trosku horsie sme sa vyspali. Plus bola rozbita kachlicka na zemi, kde sa dcera porezala,takze opatrne,len v topankach.
• Annaïck (5/5): - L'emplacement. Il y avait des cafards dans l'égouttoir. L'évier fuyait au niveau des joints l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et c'est extrêmement bruyant. On entend la rue et les appartements au dessus ( chasse d’eau...).

• Charmaine (7/5): It was overall a good experience just the cockroaches that makes us feel a little less comfortable. - The facilities and the location. There’s a lot of cockroaches 😢

• Rahel (1/5): Bad - In general the apartment was good and by bus you are in the city center quite fast. However, Metro is a 15min walk away The apartment had a cockroach infestation. We couldn't use the kitchen and also the bathroom was occupied by cockroaches. We even saw some in the bedroom. The landlord was hard to reach and did not do anything, even though he said he would come by. In the end we felt uncomfortable for the whole stay and always had to go out to eat.

• Yonit (6/5): Pleasant - Location and cleanliness. It is not possible to heat all the rooms in the apartment because there is an electricity problem in the apartment. In addition, the washing machine cannot be used.
