• Montserrat (8/5): - Las vistas están muy chulas y la ubicación, estás al.lado del centro. El acceso,.al estar en la parte alta de la ciudad si quieres acceder por el atajo tienes que subir unos 100 escalones hasta llegar al apartamento, o dar un rodeo por las cuestas para llegar a él.
• Slávka (10/5): Skvely apartman, kde je vše🇪🇸 - Lakalita apartmánu je perfektní, sice k němu vedou schody, pro mensi deti nebo kocarek to muze byt komplikace, ale lokalita a vzdalenost do centra a na plaz je perfektni. Majitel je vzdy k dispozici, poradi a pomuze. Apartman je cisty, vybaveny vsim, co potrebujete. Neni nic, co bychom vytkli. Klidne se sem radi veatime a doporucime dal. Meli jsme pujcene auto, to jsme bezplatne cely tyden parkovali v ulici nad apartmanem, vzdy bylo volne misto. A ten vyhled!!!

Leider die Treppe fast 150 hoch zu laufen war nicht ohne.aber wenn jmd fit ist wie wir war kein Problem. Im Apartment selbst war super sauber.im Bad leider kein Ventilator ist angeschlossen. Trotzt kleine Mangel werde immer wieder da hin kommen. Vielen Dank.

• An (10/5): - Super proper appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt om te verblijven, basis koken. Lakens en handdoeken ook inbegrepen en proper. Mooi gelegen op een berg met heel de dag zon. Airco voor warmte in de winter en koeling in de zomer. Niks viel tegen. Op 10' wandelen verschillende restauranten van hoge kwaliteit. Eigenlijk niks maar hou er rekening mee dat het op een berg ligt zodat je wel trappen moet doen. Ons stoorde het niet.

• Marta (9/5): An apartament with an amazing view and nature vines - I loved the view. It is simply amazing, and my morning coffee on the terrace was always a bliss. There is a peaceful neighborhood, the apartament is new and clean. It is well-located, close to the breakfast and dinner places. (Keyzen for breakfast was our option.) I didn't mind the stairs. Just remember, you kinda share terrace which is divided into three, one is commonly shared. But it didn't bother me.

It is clear that a lot of thought went into the design; the decor is elegant and in such good taste, blending modern comfort with local charm. Waking up to the beautiful view from the window was a highlight every morning—it really captures the vibrant spirit of Málaga. The location is also perfect; we loved being just a short walk away from a nice place to eat or do groceries, making it so easy to explore the city. Above all, the owners were extraordinary. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering the kind of genuine hospitality that is hard to find. We can’t wait to come back! • Anu (9/5): Hieno näköala - Upea näköala. Ihanan rauhallinen. Sijainti hyvä ja asunto siisti. Portaat ei ollenkaan paha normaalikuntoiselle. Sisäänkäynti keskellä portaita hieman vaarallinen ja pimeällä portaat ei valaistu koko matkalta, joten joku valo mukana tarpeen.

• Andrea (9/5): Angesichts der wunderbaren Lage des Apartments würde ich sofort wieder dort buchen. - Die großzügige Terrasse, mehrere wunderbare Wege in die Altstadt, direkte Aufstiegsmöglichkeit zu Gibralfaro und nur 5 min zum Meer. Wenn man die 122 Stufen packt, wird man wirklich belohnt. Bei Problemen mit der Dusche hat uns der Gastgeber sofort telefonisch geholfen und uns perfekt angeleitet. Im Dezember ist es im Apartment etwas kalt, v.a. der Fliesenboden. Mit Schlapfen ging es dann aber.

• Tomas (8/5): - Z ubytování je hezký výhled do krajiny a k moři.Na pláž dojdete asi za 10 minut a do centra města zhruba 20 minut klidnou chůzí.Několik restaurací a lékárna je hned na ulici pod ubytováním.Obchod s potravinami hned u býčí arény taky nedaleko. Ubytování sousedí s menším hřbitovem,který je před terasou a balkony,což by nemuselo být někomu příjemné. Nám to ale nevadilo. Schody k ubytování pěšky cestou z města nejsou vhodné pro osoby s omezenou pohyblivostí,nebo kočárky .

• GINTS (5/5): Good location but property could be better. - Central location 120 steps up/down to get there. Curtains were worn out. Kitchen was incomplete. Remember to have cash beforehand your decisions to check in early or out -lately. There are no mercy- nor late evening, nor steps- have cash to put in collection box😀We never come back there

• Martina (10/5): Dokonalý výhled a poloha - Skvělá lokalita, klidná a bezpečná. Nádherný výhled z prostorné terasy. K moři 7 minut. Zastávka autobusu 5 minut, obchod a kavárny, pekárna, restaurace také 5 minut chůze. Do centra pěšky 15 minut, příjemnou procházkou. Apartmán byl dobře vybaven, dokonale čistý, majitel opravdu milý a vstřícný. Doporučuji a rozhodně se vrátím.

• AngeloeAlessandra (9/5): RACCOMANDATISSIMO - posizione, pulizia della camera, spazi ampi, letto comodo, bagno e doccia grandi. Un'ottimo alloggio in una posizione fuori dal caos ma vicina sia al centro che alle spiagge. Ni ci siamo mossi sempre e solo a piedi e con delle belle passeggiate abbiamo raggiunto ogni angolo della città senza problemi, anche di notte. Raccomandatissimo. la serratura alla porta principale ci vuole un pò di tempo per prenderci confidenza.
• ALouise (7/5): Overall a pleasant stay - Nicely decorated, bright apartment. Lovely bathroom and shower. Sea view with private terrace. Apartments B and C seemed to have a private terrace whereas the terrace of Apartment A had to be crossed to access Apartments B and C. Well equipped kitchenette with hot water kettle. Approx 15 minutes walk to the main port area and a few minutes in the other direction to a supermarket. Excellent communication from Juan. Just to note these were not major issues for me but as a single female traveller I was not comfortable being out at night as the area is not well lit so made sure I was back before nightfall. There are very steep stairs (estimated by the host as 100 of them) quite rustic so not an easy walk. The entrance door to the apartments comes directly off the stairs; there is no landing so a bit tricky with a suitcase and not for anyone with any concerns about mobility. The AC kept turning itself off every few hours off and unfortunately this made a noise in the night which made for a disturbed night's sleep. I contacted Juan about it and he looked into it and although everything seems to be managed from a distance he tried his best to help.
• Kamil (5/5): Dla dwójki jurnych ludzi na 3 dni idealne miejsce. - Cudowny widok, szkoda że się nudzi po kilku dniach. Duża przestrzeń, poprawnie wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Bardzo zadbana i nowoczesna łazienka. Cicha okolica obok opustoszałego cmentarza. Dostąpna pralka, duża lodówka, mikrofalówka. Dostałem pokój z nieprzechodnim tarasem, ale takie również istnieją. Świetne miejsce dla par, które przyjechały zajmować się sobą, ale nie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Gospodarz przekazał wszystkiego instrukcje na 15 minut przed przyjazdem, do końca trzymając w niepewności. Wysłał wiadomość z listą zakazów i nakazów. To pierwsze miejsce w którym byłem, gdzie po pobycie należy posprzątać. Taras, który widać na zdjęciach jest oddzielony od innych ścianą z materiału. Obok mojego pokoju za ścianą była przestrzeń jakby parkingowa przerobiona na plac zabaw, która wyglądała jak opustoszałe Squid Game. Klimatyzacja chłodzi i to mocno bezpośrednio na łóżko. W nocy albo się marznie, albo płonie. Dobra wentylacja to pojęcie względne, bo jej zupełnie nie ma. Ostatniego dnia chciałem sobie zrobić na śniadanie bruschette i przez przypadek przypaliłem pieczywo. Przez dwie godziny nie udało mi się wywietrzyć pomieszczenia. Wifi w porywach mocne 15mb/s, ale tylko przy drzwiach. Brak parkingu, ale przez dwa dni, gdy mielismy samochód, udało się znaleźć miejsce. Wejście do mieszkania ukryte wzdłuż długich schodów.

Die Aussicht aufs Meer sehr schön. Dielage ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Dieser war freundlichvund hilfreich.

Doporučuji navštívit Flamenco představení s večeří, podnik Alegria je kousek od ubytování. Schody vedoucí k ubytování jsou neudržované. Nedoporučuji pro osoby se sníženou pohyblivostí.

• SEVERINE (8/5): - L'emplacement super a proximité de la plage et du centre historique. La vue sur la mer. Joli appartement bien agencé en demi étages et fonctionnel avec une grande salle de bain. Les escaliers avec ses 125 marches pour accéder à l'appartement au retour des ballades. Pas de lumière extérieure sur la grande terrasse et pas de table pour manger dehors.

• Pam (8/5): Lovely place if you’re relatively fit. - Great location aside from the very steep steps up to the apartment. Great views. Steep steps in heat wasn’t ideal. Need some sort of manual in the apartment to explain how to turn shower on, close blinds and stuff that avoid you having to message the lovely Juan. The terrace is shared by others for access so very little privacy. This wasn’t made explicitly clear when booking.
• Chiara (9/5): Superb - Superb view from the very big balcony. Very bright room with view on the see. Shower top: more than comfortable! Apartment very clean. Host always available and provided complete and clear infos on all points related to the stay. Recommended the small walk up to Gibralfaro to see the sunrise (a 10 min walk from the apartment). Reaching the apartment by the street with the luggages is a bit of a challenge :) (that's why a taxi was advised :-D), but if you're used to walk, no problem at all. Same goes for the stairs, largely rewarded by the top view and quiet position. Playa de la Malagueta and city center very closed and reachable in resp. 10 and 20 min by foot.

• Jennifer (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a quiet location, but close to everything - One of the most outstanding apartments I have stayed in, it literally had everything we needed and our host was extremely helpful. The apartment is very spacious, (3 adults) the bed was so comfortable and the huge terrace with views of the sea was beautiful. The location was within a short and pleasant walking distance to Málaga city centre, the beach, marina and shops. Altogether very impressive and I would highly recommend a stay here, we will certainly return.

• Jk (1/5): Bad - Nothing it was in possible to get up and down from the apartment never told about the amount of terrible old steps leading down to the city and the hill aswell which was impossible to walk back up. Stayed one night booked another apartment in the city and asked for for a refund which i have tried many times with no success i am very disappointed with booking. • Jure (7/5): Good - There is a lot to like about the room "C" in the Sunshine Apartments where we stayed for a week. First of all, our host, Juan, is very friendly and accommodating. He always tried to make sure we were having a good time, and was always ready to help with any questions we may have had - so that is very positive. Secondly, the location is really good as well, I would even argue it's in one of the best parts of Malaga, as it strikes a perfect balance between the vicinity to the city centre (20 mins walk away) and being close to a nice beach. We did check out the beaches all the way from the city centre to Pedrogalejo, only to realise the Playa de la Malagueta, the closest one just down the hill, is actually the nicest one of all, eliminating the need for a car. The stairs leading up to the apartment may be a bit steep as some other reviews say, but nothing to worry about. They should be perfectly manageable for anyone but perhaps elderly, people with disabilities, or other health conditions, but for most not really an issue. The room is also quite spacious and comes with a television in case you want to watch Netflix on a rainy day, which by the way almost never happens in Malaga, but it did rain for a couple of days when we were there. Oh and the view - the view is very nice too. Feels really good to just relax on the terrace on a sunny day if you manage to secure one of the sunbeds (or both) shared across three apartments. There are a couple of points however that did make the stay a bit less pleasant than expected. Firstly, the beds / mattresses really aren't very comfortable. They are thin and not very supportive. As a matter of fact, both my partner and I suffered from back pain when sleeping there.

The entry instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. Juan, the host was helpful and attentive; answering messages quickly. The shower pressure and hot water were excellent. Yes, it is a climb to get to the apartment but we found it a good way to burn off some sangria calories. We also enjoyed taking "the long way" into the city via the hillside trail behind the apartment. The views were stellar and again you could get a bit of exercise on the way to town. If you are afraid of a bit of exercise then it's also only a few euros to take a cab from the city to the apartment. The quiet and the beautiful view are worth the climb.

• Geraldine (8/5): Short n sweet - Very near the city. Lovely balcony. Beautiful view. Very clean, good communication and directions from the host This property is not easy to access. Its location is on a hill with about a hundred steps to climb or a steep walk up the hill. You would have to get a taxi if you don’t like a lot of exercise.
• Tim (8/5): Very good - Excellent location just above the historic Anglican cemetery, with fantastic sea views, beach in 3 mins walk. The Picasso gallery, cathedral, historic fort and Roman remains, tapas bars, town centre, and bus stop to the airport are also all within a stroll. Coaches to Granada easily accessed by taking a bus to the bus station from the stop just at the bottom of the steps leading to the apartment.
• Joanne (9/5): Great viewpoint - The property was perfect for us, very clean, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. Bed very comfortable and excellent views from the terrace. The steps didn't hinder us too much, but for someone with mobility issues, this property may not be a suitable choice.
• Petr (8/5): modern studio with a nice view of the sea but with a lack of privacy - nice view from the terrace. location near the city beach and gibralfaro castle. interestingly designed interior. fully equiped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar, salt… perfect communication with the host. the terrace serves as access to the other two apartments so we had absolutly no privacy since the neighbours walked literally in front of our terrace door and could look in our bed. so no chance to left door open through the night. we stayed in apartment A. there are two sinks in the bathroom but the tap works only in one of them. plus it’s a press-on tap so using it is pretty awkward. towells weren’t really clean white. apartment is not suitable for older people because of a lot of stairs to get there.

• Amy (9/5): Would recommend for young couples - 1) The location is better than you can imagine. There's immediate access to the Gibralfaro Park hiking trail - it's just right outside the door. If you walk this trail, you'll see gorgeous views of Málaga from above, and then you can go into the historic sites. 2) The location is ideal for basic hikers who are good with stairs and/or people with cars. By car: We had no trouble finding parking at the top of the hill, within 400 meters of the residence. On foot: the stairs were not a problem for us (37 years old and intermediate fitness level), but this could pose accessibility issues for some children or adults with mobility issues. 3) The home is extremely clean and tidy. Everything looked new (or like new) and well maintained. I got the sense Juan really takes good care of the property and he's very organized! This means a lot to us because it feels more personable when the homeowner cares intimately about the details of the property. 4) The balcony with the view is very ideal. We were able to have morning coffee and yoga on the terrace, sunbathing and overlooking the Alboran Sea. That's how you know you're in Málaga and not just anywhere else. :) 5) The kitchen is fully equipped with knives, a cutting board, bowls, plates and cutlery. There was also coffee and tea included. It was very welcoming and no stress settling in. We had a hairdryer, an iron, a fan, and plenty of places to unpack and hang our clothes. 6) The bed was very comfortable. I'd say it was "medium-firm" and no springs. 1) The bathroom sink has a press-on faucet, which means you can't control the duration of the water flow. It's intended to reduce water waste, but it was actually so wasteful because we couldn't use it for very brief seconds, for example, when rinsing hands, brushing teeth, or splashing our faces. This system was very annoying, so we always used the kitchen sink instead of the bathroom sink. I guess some people need automation because they have children, so it may be useful. But I think most people should know how to use a regular water faucet for themselves without this kind of "assistance". 2) The main door keypad works really well, but the private door keypad to our apartment either needs a battery charge or a full replacement. It's very glitchy and doesn't work the way it should. It's a moderate inconvenience every time we returned to the apartment after a full day of hiking.

• Jacek (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice with beatiful panorama of the city and see. It is located close to see, beach, shops and museums. It was very convenient for all our family with small chld as far as logistics is concerned because most important locations was just walking distance.The terrace was big and the view was beautiful. We have always free parking close to the property. There were long stairs to the apartment and with a child it was challenging to go up and down each day with a stroller, when we were not using a car.
• Irah (9/5): Overall this property was exactly what we needed for our stay. Gets plenty sunshine and gorgeous views. Convenient walk - Beautiful views, wonderful location, extremely clean and comfortable. Not a deal breaker but to get to this property you need to go up a steep set of steps that aren’t well maintained or have to go up a road that inclines. An inconvenience if you have heavy luggage’s.
