You feel like you're on top of the world!! Professionally and spotlessly clean. Minor issues - no egg flip in the kitchen & no Channel 10 channels tuned in to the massive TV.

Bill was very useful and responsive when we had queries. His place was clean and well maintained with all necessary supplies. Great view of city and the ocean . Our kids love the treats he left for them in the kitchen. -The stairs . The building has no lift. The unit sits on the top level -4. It could be quite tiring to walk up and down with luggages and especially when the weather was super hot. - The main bedroom mattress was a bit soft and uncomfortable. - Only 1 central aircon in the living room. We stayed there during the hot days 35 oC and above so it felt hot in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fans and the fans helped but we still felt uncomfortable at night while sleeping.

• Peiyan (9/5): Great view from the top - The apartment had great views of the water that we could enjoy from the balcony. The place itself was well equipped. If you are walking to the accommodation, it is quite the uphill walk. But worth it for the views.

• Mark (8/5): Top view, great facilities, superb location. What more do you need? - The property's in a great location, within easy walking distance of the city centre. The outlook from the front balcony is superb across the waterfront, marina and along the coast to Woy Woy. We had great weather so that only enhanced the beautiful view. Although the unit is getting old and needs some redecorating here and there, the facilities were great. Bill left a pile of goodies (snacks and sweets) and asked us what type of wine we'd like. This is a first for us and pleasantly unexpected. Next time we're visiting Gosford we'll probably stay here again. The only thing that I'd mention, and it's not necessarily a dislike, is the six flights of stairs to get up to the unit. Definitely not suitable for anyone with a physical disability in their legs. We were all physically fit and it was still a mission getting all the bags and food for a week up to the unit.

• Megan (10/5): Great getaway spot - We loved our stay, the unit was in a great location and the views were really beautiful, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The place was equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen (cooktop, oven, coffee machine etc) through to the two bedrooms (one with another balcony), bathroom and laundry. Bill was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed to get in and during our stay.

Difficult to find apartment, not clearly labelled which apartment block. Need to climb 3 sets of stairs to apartment, no lift with suitcases.

Bill provided us with a Bottle of wine (good one too). Plus lots of snacks/chocolates and pantry items. There was a coffee machine and various coffee pods and assortments of tea. We loved the view over East Gosford and the Brisbane Waters. Didn't realise until we arrived that the unit was on the 3rd floor. Was an effort getting bags and food up the stairs.

Loved the welcome chocolates, chips and soft drinks. The view from the apartment is spectacular day and night. Very comfortable home away from home. Location is central to everything with great cafes nearby. I definitely would book again if coming to Gosford.

It was our first time visiting Gosford and for our next visit we will definitely stay here again. Hopefully won’t next visit is in the warmer months when we can sit outside and soak up the view.
• Greg (10/5): Hidden Gem in central Gosford - The property was everything described in the booking plus more. Bill is a wonderful and thoughtful host who thinks of everything and even threw in some drinks and nibbles as a bonus. The morning view overlooking the water were a beautiful sight, the bed was comfortable and made the work week relaxing. I look forward to visiting again soon.
• Jan (7/5): Briefer than expected - Not sure about the breakfast part as hubby and I moved out after just one night as I was unable to move in and out of apartment due to no lift in the building, my health is such that climbing all those stairs even once was a nightmare for me Property access via a lift would be a major improvement as everything else was beautiful including the gorgeous view

A home away from home with a few little extras that meant we didn't have to head for the supermarket straight away! Communication with Bill was perfect! When I come back I would definitely try and stay here again! If I had to be picky, the lack of lift for luggage purposes but honestly this didn't really bother us at all!

For older or disabled people the stairs up to this wonderful place could be a problem

The host communication was great getting in touch to let us know everything would be ready for our arrival. The flat has an abundance of everything you could need and more. This isn’t one of those places that says fully equipped and then only has 3 plates, the cupboards are full and makes everything easy and comfortable. Everything was clean and worked and my kids were spoilt with the snack selection lavished on us.
• Jane (9/5): Loved it! - Very well appointed, clean apartment. Lovely quiet location but still near enough to walk to the waterfront and coffee shops. We saw wallabies in the morning from the bedroom balcony and then enjoyed the views from the front balcony through the day and night. Would have liked to have known there was no lift.
