- Winfried (8/5): - Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung für kurz Trip. Bei 75 Euro pro Nacht könnte man auch einen kleinen Fernseher erwarten. Gemeinschafts Bad ist gewöhnungs bedürftig.

- Agapakis (7/5): Generell war es OK und kann wiederkommen! - Sauberkeit, Komfort, Ruhe in der Nacht, sowie Rauchverbot. 3 hohe Treppen bis zum Kühlschrank, die Badewanne ist unten recht glatt und hat keine Halterung zum festhalten. Das Badezimmer hat keinen Platz für Sachen abzustellen (z.B. Rasierapparat und anfere Toilettenartikeln) oder hängen. Ich sollte z.B. die Handtücher an den Heizungskörper hängen. Sparsamkeit an Toilettenpapier! Kein Fernseher.

- Siegrun (6/5): merkwürdig - Freundlicher Hausherr, den ich am Nachmittag des 2. Tages am Abend kurz gesehen habe. Unterkunft ruhig, sauber. Das 1 Familienhaus wird von einer Familie bewohnt. In der 1 Etage sind das Bad und 3 Gästezimmer , eins zur Straße, 2 zum Garten. Parkmöglichkeit schwierig, mein Weg zum Auto war sehr weit...3x so weit wie zur Bushaltestelle. Hausfrau, leidlich freundlich , man fühlte sich mehr geduldet als willkommen. Schuhe ausziehen hinter der Eingangstür. Duschen nur zwischen 6 und 22 Uhr, danach "Bettruhe", weil viel mehr war in dem Zimmer nicht möglich. Kein Fernseher, keine Nachtischlampe, nur Deckenbeleuchtung, zum Lesen nicht geeignet. Im Zimmer zum Garten. Großes Doppelbett, fast Raumfüllend. 1 Sessel daneben ein 1 Frisiertischchen mit Wasserkessel und einen Teeglas mit Löffel ( das war wohl die angekündigte Küche). Um das Bett konnte man gerade so rumgehen. Neben dem Fenster eine offene Kleiderstange mit 3 Bügeln und zwischen Fenster und Bett eingequetscht ein Blumentisch mit großer Pflanze, zur Not als Nachtisch nutzbar. Ich habe das Zimmer nur zu 2x Übernachten gebraucht, mein Glück. Frühstücken , Abendessen oder gar Mittagessen wäre wohl schwer möglich gewesen. Weder Küche noch Terrassen Nutzung wurden mir angeboten. Nur die Badregeln ausführlich erläutert.
- Andrés (7/5): Nice, comfy and calm place far from the city centre but well connected! - The bed was huge and incredibly comfy, the pillows better than the ones I use at home! The bathroom was very nice and clean, and the hosts were very friendly. The place is very calm and quiet. It’s quite far from the centre, the connection during the day isn’t bad though, but at night the buses don’t come that often. You cannot cook in the place and I was counting on that possibility, so it was a bit disappointing. Early check-in fee of 20€ seemed a bit excessive to us, but fair I guess. Also, the check-out time at 10 AM is painfully early, specially if you aren’t leaving the city until the night and you carry heavy luggage. Tip: there are lockers in Südkreuz station, which isn’t super far, (we were taking a bus from that station, so it was perfect for us) and they are very cheap!

- Ruth (6/5): Pleasant - Clean room, quite atmosphere, the owner of the house was very kind and caring for his guests No kitchen for the guests, only microwave and fridge in the underground (I had another expectation on this regarding the description it was not clear enough for me) There is a bathtub but was not possible to bath, only shower ones a day (since you share the bathroom and have to save water)… Things that were missing for me: Maybe next to the water boiler couple of tees In the bathroom possibility to really bath and relax, hair dryer

The owner refused to give me a refund and stopped answering my messages. The bathroom is shared with other guests and family so expect to be using a toiled with about 8 other people. Shower had mildew.

- Eva (8/5): Very nice, quiet place. - Friendly family, they helped me with washing clothes, rooms very clean, nice and quiet quarter of Berlin, not so far from U-bahn with good public transport to the center. Wifi connection was available. Restaurants, shops etc are near house. Refrigerator and kettle were available. No cooking possibilities but it was announced in advance.
