• Kristy (6/5): Annoying & a bit half arsed to be honest but on the positive good quality contemporary furniture - Nice modern contemporary furnishings & extra blankets provided + café on site Sorry - but picking up keys from a different property is very annoying & then trying to find the allocated carpark for the unit was frustrating - the.undeground parking is not marked in any order & dimly lit - took 3 attempts /laps & over an hour to find it :> late check-in 3pm ? - NO milk in the fridge for a coffee on arrival - no top sheet or bath mats - only 1/4 roll extra toilet paper - needs a deep clean to scrub the grout in shower & sliding doors ect - need to cull.all the empty random things in the cupboards - all the plates n stuff looks like a pile of left overs - blue light in lounge area is constantly flashing # oversall just no attention to detail that guests pay for - loose the plastic plants - re merchandise the bookshelf to suit your short term guests & stick with linen sheets on the bed - that weird crushed velvet vibe was uncomfortable ## the place has potencial to be much better - needs some love - but the key thing is not for me

• Eric (10/5): Excellent stay for the price! - Lovely modern spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Excellent security with a fob to access lifts, basement carpark, and floors. Lovely heated 25m 2 lane lap swimming pool, spa and sauna, plus gym. The facilities were never crowded for anytime I used them. Within minutes drive to the beach and Southland Westfield

• Joanne (1/5): Give it a miss! - Location Picking up the key from another location. The couch pictured on Booking was falsely advertised. It had been swapped out for an old, squeaky, uncomfortable couch barely 30cm off the ground. The whole place felt grotty. Cobwebs, dirt, stained bedlinen, bathroom full of mould, toilet & toilet brush grubby. Even the freezer had not been cleaned out with old food stuffs lurking. So disappointing I could not even stay there. It just made me cringe! 20 minutes there was too long. The owner I spoke with agreed they had been trying to clean it up. I have since been fighting for a refund. I was waiting until I posted this, but they will not come to the party, so they can cop this deserved review. Stay away from this one. Poor quality! Not suitable for Booking! Never been so upset with a stay on Booking!

The apartment has a cafe and access to facilities like the pool which is good for a relaxing morning or afternoon. Also, has an Iga located on the ground floor for necessities.

• JB (9/5): Clean, relaxing & extra thoughtful touches - I have stayed here before & love this location as it's very close to my family. The bed is super comfy, shower is fabulous. All toiletries provided as well as tea, coffee, coffee machine & pods. Very clean, spacious & relaxing space. Host is extremely accommodating & available if required. Love the Cafe' downstairs. The food, beverages & staff are wonderful . The photos are true to property! I would like a top sheet on the bed & bath sheets for those of us that are a bit cuddly. But not essential.

We had trouble not knowing where the cooking fan button was whilst cooking and no fan button for in the bathroom when showering that was visible anywhere. Had trouble finding the parking spot. The apartment building allowed for pets so unsure if the room we stayed in had animals prior to our visit but my allergies were going off and can only put it down to animals.. so if pets are in the apartment room maybe that'd be a comment that could be added to people with allergies for the future that's all.

Comfortable Queen bed great location, we felt secure . - Great location ,easy access, allocated secure parking space ,secure, convenience store on premises ,comfy bed well equipped kitchen Very uncomfortable hard /sofa couch & outdated TV’s could only watch local Chanel’s no Netflix or apps supported Played around with the tv’s for an hour trying to get the apps to work. Very frustrating.

There is a coffee shop and an IGA in the block and plenty of places close by to eat etc. No problems at all. I will be booking again for sure Nothing I really enjoyed staying there

• Bevie24 (8/5): Comfy apartment - Very comfortable, good sized one bedroom apartment with balconies. Conveniently located to nearby public transport, supermarkets and shopping mall. Enjoyed the swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym in the building. Unable to use main balcony as much as I would have liked as sliding door was heavy and too difficult to open/close.

Bed very comfortable Cleaners (other owner?) arrived very rude, would not identify themselves initially, which was odd (why not?). For this reason we were concerned at leaving keys in the apartment when we left. Followed previous instructions on that front. We had a great stay, good contact with main owner., thanks for the clear and responsive contact. Apartment was left clean and tidy.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - The flat was v pleasant and v well equipped. Also welcoming. Enjoyable sitting on the verandah. It was just right for our needs. Positives far outweigh the minor negatives. Convenient having the IGA in the same complex. The getting in instructions were quite complicated and originally we did not understand the use of the key fob. Also could not find the return box. We needed more ordinary tea. It would be good to have a USB socket.

• Jb (9/5): All the comforts of home! - Easy to chat to owner via text & great video instructions of where to enter bldg. etc. Extremely clean, well set out, heaps of space & storage options. The shower was awesome. The bed was soooo comfy. Well equipped with all the things you need. eg: iron, washer, dryer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. A home away from home. Cafe downstairs was very convenient but also delicious food, especially for breakfast. I arrived later at night & didn't have a car, so having to walk further to pick up the keys was a bit of a chore. Having said that, though, I would definitely stay there again!

We are country people. - Clean and convenient, light and warm, great bathroom and laundry Awful bed linen ; Poor quality cooking aids(ie saucepans and pan). Really hard arriving for an older person on their own to find car park and work out how to access room.

• Kyliep (7/5): Comfortable stay by the sea. - Location was great. It was close to shops and activities to do with our son. It's a short distance to the beach and would make an excellent summer location. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was there was only one sheet and a blanket for the fold out sofa bed. A quilt with a cover would have been better as the blanket had a musty smell and certainly didn't smell fresh like the other linen so not pleasant to sleep under.

As this is a private let, keys need to be collected off site. Only a small niggle but this and finding the allocated parking space added significantly to check in time

• Philip (9/5): Great place for a quiet night away! - Felt very secure and private. Great tidy unit. Coffee at the restaurant was outstanding. Somehow I did not need the heater on at all. Stayed warm all night! Even with the balcony door slightly open! In the middle of winter. The rug underneath the coffee table needs to be secured with Velcro. It slips very easily. So be careful. Other than that, it was a little tricky to find the parking space in the basement. Nothing is really labelled as u drive down.

• Riko (8/5): Convenient, clean and contemporary - I appreciated the laundry. Being away from home for two weeks, having these facilities just made life easy. The apartment complex is clean and modern and in a great location. Unfortunately we were busy helping my 93 year old dad, so we didn’t get time to use all the facilities, but we did pop down to the cafe a couple of times and the IGA was also a handy bonus. I missed having a full length mirror. Also I couldn’t find garbage bags that fit the kitchen bins. The ones in the bathroom were too small. I would prefer a face towel over two hand towels. Also everyone’s different, but I couldn’t get used to the velour sheets. I prefer cotton.
