• Rajala (9/5): Very good! - Property was very clean and in good location. Near train and tram station and for us it was perfect. Wifi did not work properly but we had help even late hours which is very good plus!
• Vincenzo (2/5): Esperienza negativa - La posizione era buona in quanto molto servita dai mezzi pubblici e abbastanza ricca di negozi La casa,pur avendo aspettato fino alle 16, non era pulita accuratamente, la macchina del caffè era sprovvista di capsule e inoltre non ostante abbiamo provveduto all acquisto delle stesse neanche funzionava… Ho subito comunicato la cosa tramite messaggio su Booking ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, non ho provato neanche su whatsapp perché nei giorni precedenti non mi ha mai risposto nessuno… Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se potevamo anticipare anche se di poco l’orario del check in (tra l’altro molto tardivo “alle 16,00”) e non ce l’hanno concesso dicendo che dovevano pulire bene l’appartamento, mentre noi l’abbiamo trovato molto impolverato, sotto la tv soprattutto c’è nera tanta polvere e anche sopra il mobili della camera da letto, stoviglie mal pulite e senza neanche qualche piccola attenzione per noi come ad esempio una bottiglia d’acqua… Un altra cosa molto importante i televisori non hanno quasi ricezione, si vedono solo un paio di canali e anche molto male. La cosa che mi dispiace di più è di non avere riscontrato nessuna attenzione da parte dello staff…

• Sokolova (10/5): - В квартире было все и даже больше: стирка и все для стирки, все для приготовления и даже химия для посудомойки. Расположение супер - это ближайшая остановка с аэропорта и к центру города - 40 мин пешком до Колизея. За углом дома отличный супер, напротив бар и булочная, за другим углом проспект с кучей магазинов для шоппинга. Не хватило крючков для полотенец.
• Federico (10/5): PULITO, CONFORTEVOLE E CENTRALE - Appartamento pulitissimo e molto confortevole. Zona piena di negozi e comodità. Ottimo per girare la città a piedi, con il tram si va al Colosseo in 15 minuti. Host gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici e sicuramente ci torneremo questo inverno. Avevamo letto qualche recensione di chi si lamentava del rumore delle macchine…l’appartamento si trova in una zona centrale e quindi é normale che ci sia il traffico ma chi si lamenta probabilmente vive in posti poco abitati e fuori dai centri cittadini.

• Destiny (10/5): Home away from home - It was close to Rome, there was a bus stop right outside the apartment. The building was quiet and very clean. There is also a grocery store right next to the apartment as well as restaurants. Would definitely stay here again
• Gemma (10/5): Beautiful apartment! - Absolutely loved this apartment, it was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and had a lovely little terrace. It had everything we needed and was just perfect. Definitely recommend!
• Can (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean. Everything we needed — and even more — was available. We were very comfortable with our small child. Everything was spotless. The only downside was that the location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s easily accessible by public transportation. If we come again, we would definitely choose it again. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the host, who provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better – within the distance of major landmarks like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, yet tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning and heating system was a lifesaver after long days of exploring. One of the highlights was the breathtaking balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee with stunning views of the city. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and having a fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted a break from dining out. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and Roman charm!

• Federico (10/5): I recommend it to everyone - apartment in the central area, in less than 20 minutes you are at the Colosseum with the tram. Very very clean and super equipped. Very kind host, we left our luggage in the hotel both before check in and after check out. Fiumicino airport can be reached with a direct train from Trastevere station in 25 minutes, very convenient! nothing! everything was perfect

• Lilia (7/5): Nice place to stay for a weekend with family or friends - Apartment is modern and comfortable: with a large table in the living room (nice for a company/family), lots of towels/dishes, good WiFi, comfy double bed. Location is not the best (quite dirty area) but it is easy to get to the city center by bus (20 min). Reception is very close to the apartment so in case any help is needed staff responds very fast and solves the problem!

• Aziza (10/5): Exceptional - The Property was clean and tidy and that was what I was worried before the booking, the location is good too not far from the main view area as well , like 15min drive and plus the bus stop was close to us which was not a worrying thing for us, I would have loved early checking , the checking time was 4pm and we got to station at 9am even though they were kind to accept our luggage Early, I would appreciated early checking after 29hr flight from Australia . I loved everything thank you so much

Which was very clean and it has a very good position; which is hardly 150-200 meters away from the Trastevere railway Station. Which is really convenient. There are a lot of transportation options to the center city. We found the tram 8 as the best option to get to the centre city within 15 minutes. The proximity and the collaborative relationship with the nearby hotel were very convenient as they let us leave our luggage for a few hours after our check out and they also offered us coffee. Thank you! we will definitely return to stay in this delightful apartment!!!
