Doskonała lokalizacja. Mieszkanie czyste i przestronne. W samym centrum, blisko pociągu na lotnisko i do Malagi. Bezpieczna okolica. Dobre zabezpieczenia w budynku. Blisko Mercadona, knajpy, bary. • Antenisio (10/5): Lovely time in Torremolinos - The value for money of the booking was excellent. Because of the very affordable rate, I wasn't expecting much of the accommodation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished, and had a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was brightly lit, with a good shower, and had the added bonus of an easy to operate washing machine. And, most importantly, the bed was really comfortable! The location of the property was perfect for me: 3 min from the train station, close to bus stops and within walking distance to the beach and to all the amenities of the city centre (cafés, restaurants, shops and nightlife spots). Another highlight for me was being welcomed by a person on my arrival (instead of picking up keys from somewhere, for example). That made a difference! Throughout my stay, they messaged me to check whether everything was OK and offered the services of their website, which can organise from tours to touristic attractions to catering for special occasions. Overall, I left as a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And I will definitely stay again there if it's available on my next visit to Andalusia. The only thing that requires attention is the little outdoor terrace they have. They area attracts lots of pigeons, and they make a mess, making it almost impossible to sit down for a morning coffee there. The potted plants dotted around the terrace were also in need of some TLC.
• Ádám (9/5): - Központi lokáció és kedves segítőkész személyzet. A párnát porosnak éreztük szóltunk a megadott telefonszámon és egy órán belül vadonatúj párnát huzatot és lepedőt kaptunk. Az erkély nagyon koszos madár ürülékes volt így sajnos nem tudtuk használni.

La terrasse non entretenue avec des fientes d'oiseaux qui recouvraient le sol la table et les chaises extérieures. Un nettoyage avant l'arrivée des clients pourrait etre réalisé. Cette terrasse pourrait etre équipée d'un petit barbecue ou d une plancha electrique.
• DiegoPand (5/5): Passabile, ma si trova sicuramente di meglio - L'appartamento è in una zona molto centrale di Torremolinos quindi a piedi si raggiunge tutto: spiaggia di giorno, stazione, ristoranti e locali la sera.. Per una sola persona L'appartamento è abbastanza confortevole, spazioso e dotato di piatti, bicchieri ed elettrodomestici. Letto abbastanza comodo, smart tv funzionante. Per i primi 2 giorni non ho avuto l'acqua calda nell'appartamento. Da quando sono arrivato lo scaldabagno dell'acqua infatti era già rotto: un altro ospite prima di me aveva segnalato il problema anche dalla recensione su booking, ma comunque lo staff ha aspettato 2 giorni prima di sostituire il boiler dell'acqua. Per 2 giorni interi ho dovuto quindi fare docce fredde!! La parte esterna dove c'è il terrazzino è inutilizzabile in quanto sporchissima e piena di escrementi di piccioni: veramente indecente! E anche molto malsano... entrava puzza da fuori. La comunicazione con lo staff non è tra le migliori in quanto hanno un chatbot automatizzato su WhatsApp che fornisce risposte standard. Per questo prezzo secondo me si trova di meglio.
• Tomasz (5/5): Great location with a spacious apartment, but some areas need improvement. - Location is excellent, very close to the city center, and just a short walk away. The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of room. The kitchen is good, with a kettle and accessories. I only used it for breakfast. The bathroom is spacious and also has a washing machine. Sadly, I must be honest and say I was disappointed. The water was always cold, and despite messaging, there was no proper communication with me. I found it very frustrating to communicate via WhatsApp with an AI instead of a real person—it felt like a waste of time. When I tried to shower, the water never warmed up. The apartment also needs improvements in decoration and painting. There was an unpleasant smell inside, which made it feel unwelcoming. The walls and paint need fixing, and the place should be better organized. I compared my stay with friends who rented a different apartment nearby, and theirs was much better. Considering the high price, I expected a higher standard. The balcony was also not clean—it had bird droppings and some damage around the windows. Because of this, I couldn’t use the balcony and again felt unwelcome. Most of the time, I stayed out with friends and only came back to sleep, shower, and have a quick breakfast.

• Turley (9/5): Superb - This apartment is extremely well maintained, excellent condition with all you could possibly need. Location is fantastic 👌 very central and welcoming host was super nice and extremely helpful. There is a damp smell in the wardrobe , unable to hang or store clothes in😢
• Tomasz (6/5): Proper for a short stay for undemanding people - The room itself is ok, well equipped as are the kitchen and bathroom. terrace very dirty and with an ugly internal view of the courtyard. It was not a pleasure to be on it. There was a cockroach in the bathroom (fortunately there were cockroach repellents in the apartment). There were also dead cockroaches lying on the staircase, so I guess the whole building has this problem.
