Had one hour early check in also thanks to the 2 guys who was at the welcoming and tried their best to get the room ready and neat. The noise of the huge traffic through the doors is something. If you want a peaceful sleep not recommended, also requested towels upon check in received it the next day upon same request. No bath Matts in the room too. The staff are ok but had to remind them for basic towels 2 times was not nice.

The view is stunning. I stayed in the suite room had three balconies and two windows in that room and with this vibrant location; we were barely able to sleep from the noise that coming from outside. Lots of birds whistling by the sunrise and sunset; as if they do live inside the room. It was quite hard to rest in that type of room.

The reservation staff, along with guest relations, was not friendly. They tried to push for a transfer to another room with a side view, claiming it was my original reservation, which was incorrect. Regarding the loft room, the booking made no mention of there being no types for lofts, and they asked me to contact booking.com myself. It's not my fault that I later found out I received a refund from booking.com for the last night.

- Heyu (10/5): 亚历山大的独特魅力 - 地理位置超赞，装修特别赞，室内空间超级大 装修很新，简约大气优雅，非常漂亮，搭配的动线空间在室内活动也特别自在舒服 浴室干湿分离，热水非常足 推开窗，地中海沿岸的海滨大道一览无遗，最美的风景 前台小哥特别耐心，特别好 比亚历山大的很多房间更宽敞整洁干净 中央空调很给力，厨具设施非常全，微波炉，小冰箱，电水壶，餐具一应俱全 很遗憾第二天订满了，不然还能再多住一宿，太火爆了，希望有机会再来体会亚历山大的独特魅力 亚历山大看了好几家房，好的住宿并不容易找，这家近期中国小伙伴看到价格划算的可以放心冲❤️ 床单微微起球，但被罩好，床品质量不错，睡眠舒服 室内最好再添个吹风机 楼下汽车尾气略微有点重（非酒店问题） 完美😍

- Dr Theodoros (8/5): Good room size and decent location. Noisy street. - The room size was good and the location is reasonably convenient. The apartment was also generally clean. However, the overall ambiance felt rather basic and somewhat worn. The street outside is very noisy due to traffic, which makes the apartment quite loud. Air quality can also be an issue because of the heavy traffic, though this is common in many parts of Egypt.
- QILING (10/5): 令人惊艳的公寓 - 临海，位置佳，订的海景套房，有阳台可观景。房间布置欧式风格，灰色调，木地板，空间超高，有厨房厨具烤箱洗衣机熨衣板等，入住体验棒极了。

'S nachts was er iemand aan de inkom van het gebouw, zodat enkel mensen die er moesten zijn binnen konden komen. In de launch van het hotel waren er ook camera's aanwezig.

- Noa (7/5): - The room is clean and checking in was easy. We got a completely different appartment than advertised. In the bedroom there is a window without curtain to the hall of the other apartments. A lot of light shines through this window because other guest leave the lights on. Also there's a very loud clicking sound that also kept us awake. So it is not a great apartment for a good night of sleep. The shower doesn't keep a constant temperature but switched a lot between warm and colder.

- IULIIA (10/5): - Отель находится в старинном доме колониального стиля, потрясающей красоты парадные, лифт, балкончики. Вид на море, номер стильный и большой. Хорошо работали кондиционеры не обогрев, так как было довольно прохладно. Было шумно с улицы, но это нормально для номера, где окна выходят на оживленную набережную.

- Dmitrii (8/5): - The location is great. Since the hotel is located on the Corniche, there are a lot of cafes and shops nearby, the main tram stop is very close too. The room is nice and clean. Our windows faced the dity small yard. The glass door to the toilet and shower is a terrible idea since you can hear every sounds from there.
