• THIERRY (5/5): A little cozy but not silent at all! - Sa situation géographique. Pas loin des choses à absolument faire ou voir à Milan. La réactivité de la dame qui est venue nous régler le problème lié au Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Appartenant très bruyant: bruits provenant de la cour et des autres appartements de la cage d'escalier quand on est dans la salle de bains bien que les volets et la fenêtre soient fermés; travaux dans un appartement en face très tôt le matin; une voisine qui parle fort à partir de minuit trente; bruits forts de la climatisation (unité extérieure) alors que nous n'avions pas utilisé la climatisation. Donc malheureusement le terme "silent" dans l'intitulé de l'appartement n'est pas franchement de mise. Le matelas pas confortable du tout (problème ressort); la vaisselle rangée très haut dans le meuble côté cuisine. Appartement assez vétuste, on ne s'rend pas compte surcles photos postéescsurclecsite Booking. Check-in assez compliqué à faire en ligne alors que nous pensions avoir quelqu'un de visu en arrivant. Enfin aucune information sur le remboursement de la caution dont on ne savait pas qu'il fallait payer en arrivant, aucune information sur le site Booking.com au moment de la réservation.

También tiene cerca líneas de metro que te llevan hacia la estación de trenes y al aeropuerto con conexiones. Departamento limpio y ordenado. EL lugar es pequeño para 4, quizás para 3 esta bien y para 2 perfecto.

• Julian (3/5): Poor - The location First the check in is 3pm and check out 10am, at 10am they are already in front of the flat to kick you out, it is not a full stay 3pm to 10am…. But it’s our fault as we didn’t check when we booked otherwise we wouldn’t have booked. Lots of mold in the bathroom . The place doesn’t look like the picture, walls are dirty and everything is falling apart, really really old style, cupboard are damaged and don’t even think about using the pans or else, everything come from a dollar shop and have at least 20 years of age… And the flat is noisy you can hear everyone in the lift or other flats around . I do not recommend at all.
• Seda (5/5): I would never ever choose this place again - I have never seen such a uncomfortable entry / exit to a place. - It was ok for 3 people, 2 in the double bed, 1 on the sofa. Extremely unconvenient entry to the property. You need the key for the elevator, which is very very small. You have one key so if comes later, you need to go down and get him / her. The facility is very old fashioned, the corridors, the stairs - you feel unsecure.

We travelled as a close group of friends so the space wasn’t an issue for us at all, but probably wouldn’t be suitable for anyone that likes a bit more privacy.bathroom a little dated

• Noy (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very cute. It was located 5 minutes walk from the La Spezia central station. In my opinion, there isn’t much to do in this area but it’s a good place to sleep at. The air conditioning didn’t work in the second room but only in the main sleeping room .

• Iona (7/5): Lovely stay, but it was quite small and overpriced on the whole - We loved the location. It was a short 15 minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Make sure you put mosquito spray on. We got bitten really bad on the 1st night there. Our fault. We didn't think it would be that bad for some reason 🙈🙄 There was only air conditioning in the one room. The kitchen, living room area (sofa bed) The bedroom got extremely hot and uncomfortable. We didn't get much sleep. On the facilities list, it did say that there was a washing machine there, but there wasn't. Disappointed as we had washing to do, and it was one of the reasons we chose to stay in an apartment.
• Javed (8/5): Our Stay - During our stay, we were satisfied by the location of the apartment and cleanliness. For four people, the apartment seems to be quiet conjested. Aditionally, a microwave could be added in the kitchen and washing machine if possible.

• Inna (10/5): Fabulous apartment. Great value for the money - Excellent location (15 min walk from Duomo), authentic building, safe, equipped with security cameras, very clean, fresh bed linen. An elevator and air conditioner is definitely another huge plus. Very friendly and responsive staff

• Muhammad (8/5): Very good - Location Self Checkin Allowed 1 hour late checkin at 11 AC/Heating was not working. The heating problem was not fixed even after informing the host. After turning on the light bukb in the washroom, there was some byrning like smell but didn't notice any flashed or steam or source of smell.

Close to all ”must see” things such as Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanule II, Brera District, Castello Sforzesco and Navigli District. The apartment was unfortunately very badly affected by noise from an equipment (heating pump or AC) from the below apartment. This made it very difficult to sleep during the nights and one could even hear the noise clear and loud during day time. The agency tried to sort it out with the owner of the below apartment but no guarantees it can work in the future.

Easy walking around town. Our host was incredibly responsive. We would recommend this place to any visitor looking for value downtown.
