• YEN-CHIEH (7/5): 除了廚房不太適合下廚外，我覺得其他都挺好的，尤其是雖然地址位於 DTLA，但感受上滿安全的，地下停車場有電動柵欄，大樓也是有監視器的密碼鎖，附近白天感受上也滿安全的。 - 地點離各景點很近，尤其是湖人主場跟道奇主場。 而且雖然在DTLA ，但房間跟附近環境感覺比真正的DTLA安全不少。 有洗衣機跟烘乾機，房間挑高且內部設計及擺設滿不錯的，入住好找也非常方便。 停車場在地下室，有電動柵欄滿安全的，大樓門口有24hrs監控的攝影機，用密碼鎖也感到安心。 離 Echo Park 很近，附近用走路的有一間 TACOS 餐車還不錯。 廚房感覺不適合下廚，沒有好用的廚刀，沒有鹽巴跟胡椒，瓦斯爐感覺也不太好。 沒有煮熱水的工具，但有咖啡膠囊機。

• Stephen (9/5): Ideal location for a Los Angeles getaway or work trip - Room was spacious and clean with a great view of the downtown skyline. Area was safe and walkable, even at night, and the complex in general was secure and quiet. Host was super helpful and communicative when I needed something, and I would definitely stay here again. Recommended for anyone wanting to stay near downtown! Patio door had issues closing and opening, so I had to put some elbow grease on it to make sure it was secure. Also, they did not have an iron, only a steamer, which was fine unless you have really wrinkled pants. Perfect stay otherwise, with a great mix of comfort and cleanliness.

• Ariel (7/5): Habitacion funcional y linda, con lavadora y parking gratis con cocina grande perdo incompleta - Muy buena comunicacion del anfitrion. Facil de ingresar y estacionamiento gratuito. La ubicacion es muy buena y la zona es segura. La habitacion es muy linda, aunque pequeña si van mas de 2 personas. Tiene una heladera grande y una lavadora con secadora dentro de la habitacion que funcionan muy bien. A sabiendas de que necesitaba ingresar mas temprano el anfitrion me escribio antes del check in para avisme que podia ingresar. Le faltan elementos basicos de cocina, no se puede suar el horno porque no hay elementos para cocinar en el. Las ollas de la cocina son de teflon que esta todo rayado y al borde de desprenderse asi que tampoco se pueden usar.

• Timothée (8/5): Bel appartement - Le fait d’avoir une place de parking à Los Angeles est en plus et de pouvoir louer un appartement nous a permis de préparer nos petits déjeuners et nos repas tous les soirs. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles sur place et la vue sur la ville est assez magnifique. La douche était bouchée, et c’est vrai que je comprends certains commentaires qui disent que le ménage n’est fait qu’en surface, quand on reste une semaine, on se rend compte qu’un bon nettoyage de fond en comble de temps en temps ne ferait pas de mal. Ils font également compter une bonne demi-heure en voiture pour accéder aux différents intérêt de la ville, mais je pense que c’est un peu partout pareil à Los Angeles puisque c’est une ville très très grande.

• Jeffrey (9/5): This is an attractive unit in a very convenient location to visit our kids in Historic Filipino town - A contemporary and roomy studio apartment with many amenities - comfortable king size bed, attactive bathroom with roomy shower and stocked with many toiletry options, full size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of dishes and utensils, coffee maker with coffee, TV with DirecTV channels, washer/dryer, included assigned indoor parking spot very convenient; decently equipped gym in building; owners were quickly responsive to any questions we had Bed pillows were wimpier than we like

Seul bémol la piscine était tout le temps chaude donc on pouvait pas y aller . Deuxième petit bémol sur les photos on voit plusieurs photos de piscines donc je pensais qu’il y avait plusieurs piscines dans l’établissement et malheureusement il n’y a en qu’une seul et je me suis fais avoir mais ça est pas grave en vrai. Le séjour était vraiment top et l’apparemment était propre et bien situé Le prix pour cet appartement est un peu cher je trouve. La piscine était tout le temps chaude

• Bhavini (6/5): Ok - Apartment was spacious We booked for 4, but the sofa bed was not made up. We could not find the pool. The communal areas are not nice and the car charger in the garage does not work
• Daniel (8/5): Nice place - Like The property was nice and the amenities were great. Close to Doger Stadium which was a quick Uber ride. They were very responsive to my inquiries. Quick and timely. Dislike The area was a little run down to walk at night. It was fine during the day. Which could be an issue if we were on the first floor (we were on the 4th floor), because the patio Dorr wouldn't lock. They sent in a request to get it repaired that occurred the day before we left. The bigger issue was the cleanliness. Overall it looks clean when you first walk in, but then you you start noticing things after a 5 night stay. -Last 2 sections of tile in the shower have mold, not black mold but that pinky/orange ting to the grout is mould. I work in property insurance and remediation, we are trained in dealing with mold. -The floors through out were likely cleaned in the open areas only. Every corner was large amounts of dust and grime. -The window sills were dirty as well. -I hope the water stains on the wall of the bathroom beind the toilet was only water. -There were many fruit flies in the condo as well. Whoever they are paying to clean the unit needs to be checked up on. We would stay here again if they can get a cleaning crew that will do their job.

The parking spot at the garage is a really save and comfortable thing for tourists, as we were :) we never had to worry for our car. Very friendly service and would definitely come back again :)

• Rubashnee (10/5): Highly recommended! Great value with magnificent views of the city Skyline - Absolutely everything! This was a fabulous stay. Super easy check in. Upon arrival we were completely blown away by the modern, spacious accommodations. We were a family of 4 so I was skeptical that it would suit us but it did! The penthouse unit was positioned right next to the rooftop pool which included multiple seating to enjoy those fabulous views and magnificent sunsets. There is a Target down the road which made it super convenient for groceries. We got to cook for ourselves which was convenient. The host thought about the littlest of details to ensure our comfort and convenience including tablets foe the dish washer and pods for washing machine and dryer. The free parking is safe a sn secure and a huge plus considering we stayed at another hotel during the first part of the vacation ans they charged an exorbitant amount for parking. Nothing.

• Jennifer (10/5): Looking forward to staying here again! - The apartment was beautiful (exactly like the photos) and thoughtfully had all the amenities you could want — even laundry detergent. Comfy bed and sofa, plenty of natural light, full kitchen, and super high ceilings. Enjoyed having access to the lovely rooftop, where we had a perfect view of the eclipse. There’s also a great breakfast spot (Clark Street) just down the hill. I wish we could have stored our luggage somewhere before the check-in time. Our flight arrived in the morning, and it was hard dealing with the bags until 4 pm.

Something that i have really appreciated was the proximity to the rooftop amenities. FUN FACT PART : I lost my wallet in front of the apartment and someone in the neighborhood kindly picked it up and put it aside. 25 minutes later, thanks to an AirTag, I was able to find this person in a local restaurant who was trying to add me on the networks to return it to me. The neighborhood is safe ;) Indoor parking was included as mentionned but i didn't know the exact spot.

• Mustafa (10/5): Perfect choice for couples and solo travelers - It's a beautiful apartment. It's suitable for solo travelers and couples. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and safe. I like the location, 5 minutes by walk to grocery and simple restaurants. There is a private parking but I didn't need to use. If you like to walk, you can rich to Historic Broadway in 20 minutes or West Hollywood 20 minutes by car, 5-6 minutes Downtown of LA. Host was very kind and self check in was very easy. I would like to stay again in my next trip to LA.
