La ragazza della reception è stata molto carina e disponibile, ci ha permesso di fare check in anticipato e ci ha tenuto i bagagli quando abbiamo fatto il check out. Letti molto duri e finestre che non si aprono. Il bagno non è granché, la doccia è praticamente sul wc. L'asciugacapelli davvero piccolo.

Muy cómodo, la chica de recepción muy amable Google maps NO sirve para llegar! Funciona mejor Mapas de Apple. Además está el aeropuerto cerca, por lo que se sienten fuerte los aviones

- Simo (10/5): Ottimo hotel - Ottimo hotel locato all'undicesimo piano di un Palazzo nel centro di Zhangjiajie comodamente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria sud, terminal bus e terminal per la funivia. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci, soprattutto la ragazza alla reception. Ci ha aiutato a programmare al meglio il nostro soggiorno dandoci consigli molto utili. La camera era molto bella e spaziosa, bagno privato con doccia e a coronare il tutto, una splendida vista sul monte Tianmen. Svegliarsi la mattina con quella vista è stato magico. Super Consigliato!! Tutto perfetto
- FrekenBokk (3/5): - — Это не отель, это просто несколько комнат в многоквартирном доме, найти которые было непросто. Фотографии не соответствуют абсолютно. Наш трёхместный номер оказался маленькой комнаткой, где стояло 3 кровати. Но самое ужасное - санузел, отделенный от комнаты просто стеклянными перегородками. Идеальная слышимость, идеальное проникновение запахов в комнату из санузла, потому что унитаза не было, вместо этого дырка в полу. На вокзале и то такого нет давно. Из дырки вонь была, как в сортире на огороде. Ужас, а не номер. При оплате никаких документов вообще не предоставили. На вопрос, есть ли автобус до аэропорта, девица на рецепшене, даже не посмотрев в приложение, сказала, что нет автобуса. На просьбу вызвать такси до аэропорта она же сказала, что в праздник много людей, и она не будет вызывать такси. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким отношением.

I proprietari sono davvero molto gentili, sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi problema. I loro consigli si sono rivelati molto utili per esplorare al meglio i luoghi più belli di Zhangjiajie e dintorni.

The view was astonishing!! The location is fab! The lady booked all my tickets with 0 cost , no extra hidden fees or nothing, just out of her goodwill to help me I had an issue at the bus stations and she sent me a guy to help me I have no words to say how amazing everything was The pick up and drop off service, there were a couple of issues but I can't mark her down for that as she sorted out straight away! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING 💚

- Carracillo (6/5): - Posizione comoda vicina alla stazione dei bus per raggiungere il parco nazionale Zhangjiajie e poco distante dalla funivia per il monte Tienmen! La stanza era pulita e il letto comodo. Il mio consiglio: aggiornare l’indirizzo su Booking e su Maps, indicando quello corretto, così da evitare brutte esperienze ai futuri ospiti. L’indirizzo su Booking è sbagliato e ci siamo ritrovati dall’altra parte del fiume. Ci è stato inviato un messaggio per aiutarci a trovare la struttura, ma il consiglio era semplicemente quello di mostrare agli autisti la foto della facciata dell’hotel. Peccato che molti autisti non parlino inglese e spesso non ti guardino nemmeno in faccia, quindi si è rivelato un aiuto praticamente inutile. La stanza non è insonorizzata: fino a una certa ora si sentono chiaramente gli aerei che passano, perché l’aeroporto è molto vicino. Inoltre, il bagno era caldissimo, quasi una sauna, rispetto alla camera da letto che invece aveva l’aria condizionata. La camera, inoltre, non è stata rassettata il giorno seguente, cosa che ci ha dato ulteriore disagio.
- Евгений (9/5): Отличный отель с небольшими нюансами - Вид на горы, вид на город, большой светлый номер, лифт ведёт прямо к входу, расположение, до канатки 10 минут, до автовокзала 5 минут, магазины кафе все рядом, предложили на выбор два номера, посоветовали крутой маршрут, встретили с аэропорта Плохо уходит вода в душе, из за этого запах канализации в ванной, но он проходит, когда все высыхает, номер немного покоцан, не убираются каждый день, для чувствительных слухом людей может быть шумно из за самолётов ( аэропорт не далеко) а так же изредка проезжают поезда

- Janusz (9/5): - Obiekt położony blisko kolejki na górę Tianmen. Wokół dużo sklepów i jadłodajni. Personel hotelu bardzo miły i pomocny. Można się do nich zwrócić z każdym pytaniem i problemem. My spędziliśmy w hotelu trzy noce,z których mamy tylko pozytywne doznania. Polecamy.

Great location near the ZJJ train station (not the HSR) and the cable car station. Staff also recommended a place to get local food nearby that was really delicious.

The place is comfortable, great to relax after exploring the mountains, and the owners are very helpful. They picked us up at the train station, helped us book the cable car for the mountain, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Cozy Inn, good value for your money

The hotel is very well located (less that 10 minutes walk from the departure to the mountain & close to supermarket and restaurants). Really efficient place, for a good price! Excellent quality to price ratio !
