- Sarah (5/5): - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und im Hotel herrscht eine angenehme Ruhe, sodass man gut schlafen kann. In dieser Hinsicht war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung und entsprach den Erwartungen. Leider kann ich die positiven Bewertungen bezüglich des Empfangspersonals – konkret einer Person – überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Bei beiden Aufenthalten war der Kontakt sehr unangenehm. Beim ersten Check-in habe ich etwa 10 Minuten vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit freundlich nach einer früheren Zimmerverfügbarkeit gefragt. Ich wurde lediglich mit Schulterzucken und ablehnenden Gesten abgespeist. Kurz darauf kamen andere Gäste, und für diese wurde problemlos geprüft, ob das Zimmer bereits verfügbar ist – sie wurden normal und freundlich bedient. Der Unterschied im Umgang war sehr deutlich. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt wiederholte sich die Situation. Die gleiche Person war erneut unfreundlich, antwortete nur sehr knapp und zeigte deutlich Unwillen, überhaupt Fragen zu beantworten. Während des Check-ins wurde sogar der Ton erhöht. Obwohl ich von Anfang an Englisch gesprochen habe, wurde konsequent auf Deutsch bestanden. Der gesamte Check-in war sehr unangenehm und vermittelte das Gefühl, eher eine Belastung als ein Gast zu sein. Das Hotel selbst ist in Ordnung, aber diese eine Person an der Rezeption verdirbt den ersten Eindruck erheblich.

Zimmer sind im Altbau dahinter. Unser Zimmer war super hellhörig. Wir konnten den Nachbarn hören, wenn er sich im Bett umgedreht hat.

- Shoko&Hannah (9/5): また泊まっても良いと思うホテルです。 - ホテルは清潔で快適でした。たまに他の部屋のドアの閉まる音が聞こえましたが特に気になるほどではありませんでした。朝食はスタンダードな品揃えで美味しくいただきました。ロケーションはベルリン中央駅からSバーンで動物園駅でバスに乗り換え、最寄りのバス停から徒歩で3〜5分です。主要の観光地からは少し離れていますが、朝食付きでこの価格であればお値打ちホテルかと思います。ホテルの近くに1つカフェがあるだけでした。 受付のスタッフの方が忙しかったのか、誰もカウンターにいなかったため少し待たなけれならなかったぐらいです。呼び鈴がないようなので待つしかなかった(笑

- kaspar (2/5): Sehr lautes und helles Zimmer. Nie wieder - Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon etwa früher am Empfang unterstellen. Die Lage des Hotels. Wir waren im Anbau untergebracht. Die Vorhänge hingen zum Teil aus den Führungsschienen heraus ( zu hoch um sie selber wieder hineinzusetzen) so war es tagsüber taghell in dem Zimmer, durch das Licht des nebenliegenden beleuchteten Audi-Autohaus und der Straßenbeleuchtung. Die Fenster sind nicht ausreichend bis gar nicht Schallisolierung, es war super laut als würden die Autos direkt durchs Zimmer fahren. Zwei schlaflose Nächte für 292,- €. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Minibar. Sehr enttäuschend und nie wieder! Kein Angebot der Wiedergutmachung außer das Angebot eines netten Lächelns…

Wegen Überbuchung wurde kurz vor der Anreise vom Hotel Garner ein ZImmer im nahegelegenen Partnerhotel Candlewood Suites Berlin organisiert. Die Unterkunft war nach unserer Ansicht nicht gleichwertig. Das Frühstück musste in einem Nachbarhotel eingenommen werden.

Ist zentrumsnah, gute Anbindung ans Verkehrsnetz und Parks sind auch in der Nähe. Gutes Frühstück und wenn man einen wusch oder ein Problem hat, wird es gelöst. Gerne wieder 🥰🥰 Keine Klagen

Unser Auto mussten wir jedoch weiter weg parken und mit dem Bus und der Sbahn zum Hotel fahren - schade, dass es keine Sbahn in der Nähe gibt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kein Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels. Wir sind mit dem Bus zum Auto gefahren.

Sauber, effizient - alles was man sich wünschen kann. Das "Kind" von 16 Jahren durfte ohne Aufpreis mit in meinem Zimmer übernachten. Die U-Bahn-Station war bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Nichts. Alles war gut.

- Christian (9/5): Personal überhaupt nicht hilfreich bei Planänderungen - Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer Das Personal war mir überhaupt keine Hilfe; ich wollte den Chef sprechen, weil ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht hatte und Booking mir nicht erlaubte, sie zu stornieren. Booking hat eine Anfrage gestellt, die sie abgelehnt haben. Ich hatte einen Monat Zeit, um meine Buchung problemlos zu stornieren oder zumindest das Datum zu ändern. Sie wollten mir die Stornierung nicht gestatten und sagten, das sei ein Problem von Booking und nicht ihres. Und für die Umbuchung wollten sie mir fast das Doppelte berechnen; der Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht, sie bemühen sich überhaupt nicht, dem Kunden zu helfen.
