• Damien (6/5): Emplacement parfait et appartement spacieux, mais prestations très en dessous des attentes et des photos. - L’emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel : juste en face de Harrods, avec le métro à côté, dans un quartier très vivant et parfaitement desservi (bus, métro, taxis). C’est idéal pour visiter Londres. L’appartement est aussi très spacieux, avec trois vraies grandes chambres doubles, ce qui est rare et très confortable. La communication avec la personne qui nous a remis les clés a également été simple et agréable via WhatsApp. L’appartement ne correspond pas aux photos. Il a probablement été luxueux il y a des années, mais aujourd’hui il est très vieillissant et mal entretenu. Malgré un ménage fait, de nombreux éléments sont sales ou abîmés (joints moisis, moisissures, rideaux très sales, équipements rouillés). Certains équipements sont récents (machine à laver), mais d’autres sont très anciens ce qui donne une impression générale de manque d’entretien / de vétusté … il y avait même des petites bêtes dans la salle de bain

• Lana (10/5): Amazing! - I loved the apartment! Location was amazing! It’s specious and clean… we had some WiFi and heating issues but was quickly fixed by owners! I would definitely stay again! Very early and inflexible check out at 11 .

• Simon (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - the location is great - after that EVERYTHING went down hill! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL - AVOID at ALL COSTS! This was labelled a LUXURIOUS apartment - It was the TOTAL opposite! We was celebrating my daughters 21st with our 6 month old grandson. First of all we couldn't get in the property - eventually after knocking on the door for 20 minutes we got the night porters attention! We got he keys off the night porter - we opened the door - the stench of cigarettes hit us immediately! As we walked around our shoes were sticking to the floor. There was mold everywhere - crumbs over the floor/ a cockroach trap outside the apartment/remnants of food left in the sink/carpet stains. My son who has asthma - within 10 minutes he was coughing and getting wheezy. With our 6 month old grandson and a son with asthma - we immediately knew we couldn't stay in this property. We left straight away with a daughter in tears!!

If you suffer from dust allergies or hav - Spacious, fantastic location and great views of Knightsbridge Main Street (directly opposite harrods) Struggle to believe any form of care, attention or refurbishment has been put into the accommodation for years. Cleaner should be fired.

Dirty appliances dirty sofas **Review Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay!** I recently stayed at this property, and I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with my experience. The condition of the place was far from acceptable. The pictures posted online were clearly misleading, as the reality was much worse. Upon arrival, I was greeted with an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay. The place was infested with cockroaches, which made my visit even more uncomfortable. To add to this, there was no air conditioning, making the heat unbearable. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. To top it all off, the cooker was non-functional, and the appliances were in a filthy state. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. It's a shame that such establishments can misrepresent themselves so easily. Save your money and look elsewhere!
