• Parsons (8/5): - The apartment was lovely and in a great location right across the road from the beach Had an issue with the electronic key on arrival, called the contact number and they got us in. Also didnt know anything about water heaters and couldn't figure out why we had no hot water it for 1st couple of days. However once I emailed I got details and instructions on how to get it sorted
• David (3/5): Un desastre total no son nada profesionales - La ubicación solamente Mi estancia en este apartamento vacacional fue un desastre desde el principio. En primer lugar, la limpieza fue completamente insuficiente. Cuando llegamos, el lugar estaba en un estado deplorable: polvo acumulado, suciedad en los muebles y hasta restos de comida en la cocina. No me esperaba algo así, sobre todo cuando estás pagando por un lugar que te promete comodidad y limpieza. Para colmo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y con el calor que hacía, eso era inaceptable. A pesar de reclamarlo, nunca lograron solucionar el problema, así que tuvimos que soportar el calor todo el tiempo, lo cual hizo que la estancia fuera aún más incómoda. Lo peor de todo fueron las ventanas de salida a la terraza. No cerraban correctamente, lo que generó una sensación constante de inseguridad. Durante toda nuestra estancia temí que pudieran entrar personas ajenas al apartamento o, en el peor de los casos, que nuestras pertenencias estuvieran en riesgo. El servicio fue igualmente deficiente. La comunicación fue mínima y cuando tratamos de contactarlos para que solucionaran los problemas, no recibimos respuesta o simplemente nos dieron excusas. En resumen, una experiencia muy negativa. La propiedad no cumplió con lo que se promete en la descripción y no se hace responsable de los problemas que tiene. No volvería a quedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría a nadie.
• Lenka (8/5): - Very good location The rooms in the basement were dark and somewhat stinky Weak WiFi in the basement rooms and TV not working there
• Alan (9/5): Comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. - Excellent location, very close to the beach and many restaurants. Some areas were a little dusty. Stairs to the rooms downstairs were a little narrow and steep. Instructions to access the property could be clearer.
