No obstante, todo esto NO compensa el nulo descanso que pudimos tener. La habitación está llena de humedades, la limpieza es muy mejorable. Y lo peor, con diferencia, ES LA CAMA. 2 días sin poder dormir, el colchón está hundido hacia el medio, no pudimos pegar ojo mi pareja y yo.

Nonostante l'affaccio su strada il quartiere è silenzioso. La posizione non è centrale, occorre spostarsi con la macchina oppure in bus. In più la struttura è al piano terra e si affaccia sulla strada, la privacy è ridotta.

• Erika (10/5): - Egy rendkívül elbűvölő kis szálláshely, nagyon szép környéken, csendes lakóövezetben. A parkolás ház előtt utcán ingyenes. A házigazda nagyon kedvesen fogadott, segítőkész, korábban érkeztünk, lehetővé tette a korai becsekkolást. Rendkívül finom kávét és üdvözlő falatokat készített nekünk, ami a kora reggeli indulásnál nagyon jól jött. Az apartman makulátlan tiszta, jól felszerelt, tényleg minden megvan benne, amire szükséged lehet. Kiváló vendéglátás, köszönjük szépen! Az ágy lehetne keményebb, persze ez ízlés kérdése.

Une chambre décorée de manière personnelle avec des petites attentions (ex. Condiments, café, produits dans la salle de bain). Un quartier calme avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Le comptoir de cuisine est vraiment petit pour cuisiner même minimalement. La hotte est décalée par rapport à l’espace des plaques électriques, ce qui fait que les odeurs de cuisson se répandent dans la pièce.

• Irena (8/5): - Хубав, чист и подреден апартамент в близост до стария град. Възможност за паркиране на улицата безплатно. Леглото определено се нуждае от нов матрак, както и от по-големи възглавници. Желателно е филтрите на климатика да се почистват, за да работи правилно. Външната врата е метална и има нужда от сериозно уплътнение, за да не духа и да не се чува шума от външната порта. Апартаментът е на приземен етаж и гледа към улицата с големи прозорци, малко се губи уединението.
• Shane (8/5): - Igna clearly cares about his guests and wants everyone to have a great experience - he and his mom even stopped at the store to pick up sweet local treats for me, which was such a thoughtful welcome gesture. The apartment itself was clean and had some real practical perks: the kitchen was a money-saver, the shower had excellent pressure and stayed hot, and it was refreshingly quiet at night. Free street parking was a bonus, and being able to cast YouTube to the big TV was clutch after long days exploring. Igna was responsive throughout my stay, and we've even kept in touch a bit after my trip, which speaks to his genuine hospitality. Good to know: The location is walkable to the center (about 20-30 minutes), but the area is quite hilly, so you need to be in decent shape for the walk to and from. Next, when checking out - don't leave the key in the apartment like I did and lock the door because you'll need the keys to open the building door to get outside! There weren't any instructions around this and I was in 'pack and go' mode. Thankfully Igna answered his phone and let me out. Finally, I would absolutely stay here again. The electrical system needs attention - both my phone charger and the microwave gave me shocks, which is a safety concern that really should be checked by an electrician. The espresso machine didn't heat properly, so I had to microwave every cup. The bed has a noticeable dip in the middle that affected comfort, and needs full-size pillows. There were no working outlets next to the bed, and no pepper shaker or grinder in the kitchen. The apartment faces the street, and with the blinds open during the day, it feels like a fishbowl - anyone walking by can see right in, which impacted privacy. While Igna was wonderfully attentive and clearly cares about his guests' experience, a bit more awareness around timing would enhance the stay - arriving exhausted after a long journey (18.5 hours in my case), I would have appreciated a quicker check-in. Nice to have: Individual sugar packets and creamers would be a thoughtful touch (the sugar jar had clumps and black specks in it). A welcome sheet with recommendations ready upon arrival would be perfect - Igna did send them, but a day after I'd arrived, and having that info right away would have been helpful.

• Stefan (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft in guter, ruhiger Lage - Sehr schön, geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtete umgebaute Garage (?). Küchenzeile mit allem was benötigt wird, inkl. kleiner Spülmaschine (habe ich nicht probiert). Bett bequem. Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür! (Ist in Malaga die absolute Ausnahme.) Smart-TV. Nette Begrüßung, kostenlose Getränke (Bier, Wasser) zur Begrüßung). Ruhige Lage, oberhalb der Stadt. Wie so häufig in Südeuropa, muss man bezüglich der Umsetzung der Baumaßnahmen oder der Einrichtung gewisse Abstriche machen. Beim Öffnen einer vermeintliche Schranktür fällt der Blick auf eine Abstellkammer voller Gerümpel. Bei der Eingangstor handelt es sich um eine weiß gestrichene (laute) Stahltür (Feuerschutz?). Keine Vorabinfo, wie man in die Wohnung gelangt. Musste ca. 20 Minuten warten, bis jemand kam. WLan-Zugangsdaten wurden erst am 2. Tag auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Einweisung in den Gebrauch der Klimaanlage und den Fernseher wäre schön gewesen. Lüfter ziemlich laut. Durch das große Fenster kann man von der Straße direkt ins Zimmer schauen. Wenn man das nicht möchte, muss man das Rollo herunterziehen.

• Maciej (10/5): Wonderful spot with a soul - Wonderful localisation close to Gibralfaro Castle, walkable distance to beach and to city centre of Malaga. All necessary things at the apartment and free parking next to it. And then the wonderful small details - comfortable bed, lights on and fireplace on TV, beer waiting for us, sunny decor - we entered with WOW - and it all made our last night in Spain special. Owner, Igna who is a wizzard behind it all is amazing human being, full of good energy and vibe, with his brilliant tips and recommendations, we managed to experience Malaga and surroundings in a limited time. The best food, walking routes and local interesting spots. It all made wholesome experience and we regretted that we have been there for such a short time!

• Pavel (8/5): - Thanks for the nice sweets... it was unexpected. The mattress was very soft and my wife and I kept rolling into the center of the bed. We weigh 60 kg. The bed was clean, but the smell of powder was very strong, unbearable, we had to sleep with a T-shirt on our faces, like a filter. But this is a question to type of washing powder... nothing critical...

Molto apprezzato il benvenuto con acqua e snack. Tv con netflix prime video e disney channel Nulla. Forse solo un po' scomodo il materasso.

• RobertWitlox (6/5): Meer verwacht... - Parkeren voor de deur is geen probleem. Goede koffiemachine en ook nog een welkomstgeschenk. Zeer vriendelijke en snelle response van de eigenaar. Het bed was echt verschrikkelijk. Je rolt naar elkaar toe en voor de prijs van € 80 voor 1 nacht die we betaald voor de maand november mag je écht meer verwachten. De douche is wel prima maar pas op voor de vlonder dat je niet uitglijdt. Er rijden in de nacht ook wat motoren. Het raam open zetten om te luchten zit er dus eigenlijk niet in, terwijl de kamer best vochtig rook toen we arriveerden.

My stay in Málaga was perfect, not only because it's a vacation destination with a variety of attractions, good food, and beach time, but also thanks to Ygna's professionalism, warmth, availability, and friendliness when he welcomed me. While I was there, he was always available to answer any questions I needed. Everything was always there, from the moment I was greeted with typical local sweets to the moment I checked out, always offering the best recommendations for places to visit and eat in the Málaga region. The price-quality ratio is more than fair, and I highly recommend this place for a few pleasant days in Málaga.

• Suzanne (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Malaga! - Very clean and really comfy bed. Was located a little outside the main area so it was quiet and I like that aspect. The young man who greeted me was exceptionally friendly, and it was easy to park on the street right outside the building. I did not use the kitchen but everything was there and it was great, and I also did not use the TV but it was a big TV and would have been great to use. Really lovely bathroom too. My room was on the street level with a big window right onto the street. There were curtains on this window but they did not totally block the street lights coming in. I think they need to install those roll down blinds that are the norm in Spain. Also, there should be a sign on the building to say it is the hotel- there is no sign.
• Rise (8/5): Good stopover place! - Our host, Iggy, was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable, not just about Malaga, but about Spain in general. We sincerely appreciate him! I was ok with it, but some travelers might not like the steep hill for walking. If you do get that far though, be sure to walk a little further to the top of the hill and see the view from the Paradore. Have a drink and a bit to eat on the Mirador. Worth the extra steps!! The bed could have been a little more comfortable for my taste but I like a firm mattress.

The apartment is well-equiped and located in a calm neighbourhood, walking distance from Castillo de Gibralfaro. The parking spot is available in front of the building. We felt comfortable there and would definitely like to come back. Coming back from the city centre requires uphill climb. It was a nice experience for us, but one may prefer the bus. ;-)

If you had mobility issues it's not for you as it is on a hill. However bus stop is nearby and it didn't worry us as we like walking.
