• Navarro Gallardo (5/5): Lugar tranquilo, pero no cumple las expectativas ya que ofrecen piscina y no estaba apta para baño. - Lugar tranquilo para descansar. Buen desayuno y la niña que atendía en el desayuno era una excelente anfitriona. La piscina no estaba apta para baño, no la pude utilizar, y este fue el único motivo por el que arrendamos la cabaña, para que mis hijas puedan bañarse en ella. Mala experiencia. Llame a la dueña, dijo que enviaría a alguien para habilitar piscina pero nunca llego nadie. Falta tambien parrillas para hacer asado en buen estado.

• Maria Fernanda (3/5): Decepcionante - Las cabañas son amplias y las camas son muy comodas, len general la limpieza esta Ok. No hay personal disponible para atender a los huespedes, no responden a los mensajes, a las 9:30 am no habia absolutamente nada servido para el desayuno, en mi cabaña no habia servicio de gas y a pesar de que llegamos pasadas las 2 pm tuvimos que esperar cerca de 1 hora para que nos entregaran la cabaña.
• Paula (2/5): - No vale la pena. No tienen personal para atender. Alquilamos 4 cabañas y al llegar esperamos mucho tiempo hasta que apareció alguien para entregarnos las habitaciones. Una de las casas que alquilamos fue entregada horas después de que llegamos, no tenía gas. No había nadie a quien consultar. El día de ayer otra huésped estaba buscando ayuda porque su auto cayó en una zanja junto al estacionamiento de su cabaña y no había nadie. No lo recomendaría para venir con niños. La piscina tiene baldosas rotas alrededor.

• Alarcon (3/5): No nos gustó - La cabaña estaba bien equipada pero no estaba limpio, había polvo y arañas. Nos quedamos solo una noche ya que nos dieron la opción de cambiarnos a cabañas en Pucón No había personal, estaba como abandonado. El sector de piscina a medio terminar, visualmente no era llamativo. No estaba operativo la cocina como aparecía en fotos.

• Starkweather (9/5): Nice cabanas, great location. - Large clean and comfortable cabanas-ours had 2 beds, 2 baths we were 3 but could have slept 5. and a well equipped kitchen. Very good wifi. We used our bbq as well. Nice breakfast included. Great location to explore Pucon area sites. only gave us 2 bath towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels. It was not clear how to enter to property- the gate looks automatic but it is not. Just open it manually.
