• Anne (9/5): - Sijainti erinomainen. Huoneen äänieristys loistava, mitään ei kuulunut ulkoa sisälle eikä naapurihuoneistakaan. Huoneisto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Parisängyssä oli patjat, mutta ei petauspatjaa. Siten ei sovi niille, jotka eivät halua nukkua liian kovalla patjalla. Itseäni tämä ei häirinnyt.

• Kirsten (9/5): Wonderful apartment in old town - Location is perfect, walking distance to everything in old town, plus a mall and the ferry terminal. We stayed in #27, which didn't have a view of the square, but the street behind. The apartment was just the right size, and the washer was a nice feature. Nice hot shower and great water pressure. I really appreciated the hosts sending a series of photos to show how to get the key and find the apartment. Bed and fold out couch could have been a little bit more comfortable, but overall it was great.
• Elizabete (5/5): Nice location, but the apartment itself needs attention and upgrades. - Location was perfect, specially for Christmas market time. Spacious and bright apartment. The “master” bed was not stable at all, it it swung from one side to another, we were scared to sleep there because it felt like it is going to break. So my husband slept in the other room with single bed and me and our toddler slept on the couch since it was the safest option. The apartment was not very clean in the small spaces and corners, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (probably from the previous customers), dirty socks in the washing machine (since I had to use it, I had to throw them away), bedding was clean but it had long hairs on it anyway, as well as the couch had long hairs on. Pretty worn furniture overall, mould in the shower. Also note that the wooden windows look charming, but they do not insulate well - cold air came in quite noticeably. Summary: The price mainly reflects the location. The apartment itself needs significant upgrades and better cleaning.
• Catherine (9/5): Great place to stay in the heart of the old town! - Most convenient location to stay in Tallinn! Everything was in a walking distance and we were right in the heart of the Christmas market which made our stay even more magical. Also the apartment was big enough for 4 people and there was a lot of space for our luggage. There was no option to control the temperature in the apartment and at some points it felt slighly cold.

Ilmoitettiin jo muutama viikko ennakkoon että sauna ei toimi, mutta ei suostuttu millään tavoin kompensoimaan saunan puutetta. Tarjottiin vain asuntoa huomattavasti kauempaa.

Highly recommended. - The apartments are literally in the old town square, you couldn't ask for a better location. Access is easy and the apartment is comfy. The one I was in had the sauna which was a real perk - it was so good we didn't feel the need to go to to another. Not a lot - I liked it all.

Host was also kind to extend our check out by one hour. Couch was very dirty, we had to cover it to sit down. We messaged host immediately upon arrival, no immediate actions to complaints.

The apartment was a good size, clean, comfortable and secure, with easy access to the Old Town, close to a small supermarket. No fault of the host, however the apartment was in a very noisy location, if you like a quiet stay I wouldn’t choose this accomodation. There was alot of noise from the Town Square until very late into the night.

Quiet but as central as it gets. everything close by incl well equiped supermarket. Easy reach to transport and options to get to the airport. Good value restaurants near by. Very clean apt, spacious, nice coffee machine etc. Comfy beds. Lovely hot shower. Couldn't get the sauna to work. The cost was responsive about it, but I think it needs checking.

You are literally in the center of Old Town, a short stroll away from the major attractions surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped - the team is responsive and friendly! I really liked this apartment!

Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral, dafür aber am Abend und in der Naht tw. ziemlich viel Lärm von draussen. Das Badezimmer erscheint schmuddelig; vor allem die Dusche weist ziemlich viel Schimmel auf. Die Küchenausstattung beschränkt sich aufs wesentliche. Es hat zwar eine Kaffeemaschine; man kann aber nirgends die Kapseln kaufen. Vermieter geht auf Reklamationen (Schimmel in der Dusche, defekter Vorhang) nicht ein.

• Christos Vouzoukas (10/5): Τέλεια τοποθεσία, ωραιότατο διαμέρισμα - Ωραίο, άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, ήσυχο και καινούριο διαμέρισμα. Το πιο σημαντικό είναι ότι μόλις βγεις από την πόρτα της πολυκατοικίας βρίσκεσαι στην κεντρική πλατεία του Τάλλιν. Οι οδηγίες για την είσοδο στο διαμέρισμα νομίζω ότι χρειάζονταν επιπλέον φωτογραφίες γιατί το κτήριο έχει δυο ασανσέρ, το δικό μας διαμέρισμα είχε πρόσβαση από το δεύτερο, που δεν είναι ευδιάκριτο και μας πήρε λίγη ώρα μέχρι να το αντιληφθούμε και να κινηθούμε σωστά.

Visii gražiausi miesto vaizdai, muziejai pasiekiami pėsčiomis per 5-25 min.. žinoma, jei norite ramybės tai miesto šurmulys iki 23.00 tikrai girdisi. Maloniai nustebino patogi sutarta vieta palikti iki vakaro pasaugoti lagaminus jau išsiregistravus iš apartamentų. Rekomenduojame.
• Lesage (9/5): - L'appartement est vaste et cossu. L'emplacement exceptionnel sur la place de l'hôtel de ville permet de rayonner vers tous les spots touristiques. Il serait bien de rafraîchir les joints de la baignoire qui sont noirs. La fourniture de linge est sous estimée nous étions trois et l'appartement était installé pour 2, il n'y avait pas de drap du dessous pour le canapé, il n'y avait que 3: serviettes de bain et pas de torchons.

• LMSUK (6/5): Good location but broken bed in Apartment 27 - Apartment No 27 was in a great location, main door on Town Square but apartment overlooking street at the back, opposite the Rimi shop. Apartment was spacious and had a comfortable sofa, good table and chairs, ok bathroom. The bed was rubbish! The hosts have confirmed that they know the bed is broken but were waiting for a "calmer" time to replace it. Which is daft, as accommodation is really about sleeping somewhere for the night! Also, the kitchen utensils were very limited with no large spoons or spatula for cooking. Although we requested them, they did not arrive, although they did supply a bit more toilet paper and kitchen paper which we had also asked for.

Tvarkinga, švaru, virtuvėje yra viskas ko reikia. Šalia kavinės, maisto prekių parduotuvė "Rimi", Užsakyme buvo matoma, kad nėra vietos parkuoti automobilš. Galbūt galėtų šeimininkas pasiūlyti vietą parkavimui kažkur šalia, kad nereiktų gaišti laiko atvykus. Parkingą susiradome patys, vos už 20min. kelio pėsčiomis. Galiu pasidalinti koordinatėmis: 59.4278105, 24.7347726 Parkavimo kaina 7eur už 24val. Parkingas nedidelis
• Marina (9/5): - There was no view of Old Town Square from ap 45, but location is perfect nevertheless. Taxi pickup is 200m away, grocery 30 m and restaurants right outside of the building. Overall a very pleasant apartment, toiletries and coffe included. The table needs to be stabilised and slow shower drain fixed.

• YINFEI (9/5): - The location is excellent, just in the town square. The apartment is spacious and well maintained , well equipped with everything we needed. There is a lift in the building which is not usual in the old town’s building. Lots of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. It was very noisy on the weekends since there was a bar down stairs which played live music until one in the morning. It was impossible to sleep with such loud volume of music. The shower water drained very slowly.

Мы не испытывали никакого недостатка в домашней технике. Не понравилось отсутствие кондиционирования. Мы были в июле. Было очень жарко. Кондиционера не было, поэтому на ночь приходилось открывать окна. Но с открытыми окнами спать было невозможно из-за шума на площади.

• István (9/5): - The location of the apartment is perfect, nicely and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The sauna is also super. As the apartment is on the 3rd floor, it is important that there is a lift. We only got two medium towels and one small towel for almost a week. The coffee machine is super, we got 4 capsules, but buying a new one for this rare type was impossible.

It makes a difference as without sleep you can’t get out and see things. People travel a long way to stay in Europe and they need comfortable beds. A topper and new pillows would be a start
